🌐✨ Empowering for Human Rights Day! 🤝💙 On this December 10th, let's stand together to celebrate Rights Day and spotlight initiatives that champion equality and integration. 🌈🌍

ENFEM is committed to creating and developing local multi-stakeholder networks across 10 partner countries. 🤲🤝 Comprising local authorities, market actors, NGOs, and Third Country Nationals (TCNs), including female-focused organizations, ENFEM aligns its vision with the EU Action Plan on and Inclusion 2021-2027.

🌐✨ CEIPES ETS, our Italian partner, proudly showcased the project as a beacon of best practices during the international event in , INDIMAE. The event served as a platform to disseminate the outstanding results achieved, garnering feedback from the audience.

🚀 ENFEM's core objectives are to create and develop local multi-stakeholder networks in 10 partner countries. These networks bring together local authorities, market actors, NGOs, Third Country Nationals (TCNs), and female/gender-based organizations, guided by the EU Action Plan on and 2021-2027.

A warm and sincere thank you to our partner PATRIR who implemented the Final Romanian Conference of the ENFEM Project: "Making Cluj Thrive Together - Well-being as a Catalyst for Economic Innovation" a tremendous success! 🙌✨

They had amazing results of:
- 200 women who participated in trainings and work-based learning activities.
- 58 partners and stakeholders joined trainings, demonstrating a commitment to the journey of integrating international women into the labour market and empowering them to open their own businesses.

On October 1st, PATRIR our partner from Romania had the incredible privilege of being part of an unconventional networking event: Aspire to Inspire People, Culture, and Economy in Celebrating Nigeria's Independence Day!
It was an incredible journey that took them from artistic moments to inspiring business presentations and the incredible traditional food prepared with love and skill by the talented women from the Cluj vibrant Nigerian community.
🌐✨ What made this event even more special was the diverse group of attendees, including representatives from international communities and stakeholders deeply involved in ENFEM activities. Together, they celebrated unity, culture, and progress.
