Ram Dass Guru Portugal In 2015, ARDG took a huge step forward by taking responsibility for the management of the Eco-Ashram Ram Dass Guru at Quinta do Rajo.

Created in March 2013, the Association Ram Dass Guru (ARDG) is a non-profit institution with the objective of promoting, living and sharing the teachings and practice of Kundalini Yoga (KY) in Portugal. Created in March 2013, the Association Ram Dass Guru (ARDG) is a non-profit institution started with the objective of promoting the teachings and practice of Kundalini Yoga (KY) in Portugal and taking it, through free classes, to disadvantaged audiences, who otherwise would not be able to access this practice. Also since the beginning, ARDG has offered scholarships for the training of Kundalini Yoga teachers, both nationally and internationally, namely to students from African countries. In this context, ARDG receives volunteers (sevadares) coming from different countries and demonstrates the viability of the yogic, sustainable and community lifestyle. Criada em Março de 2013, a Associação Ram Dass Guru (ARDG) é uma instituição sem fins lucrativos iniciada com o objetivo de promover os ensinamentos e a prática do Kundalini Yoga (KY) em Portugal e de o levar, através de aulas gratuitas, a públicos desfavorecidos, que de outra forma não teriam condições para aceder a esta prática. ✨ Karam Kriya Festival Online 2026 ✨
28 & 29 November
Every August, the Karam Kriya Sangat gathers in person for the festival. This year, that gathering couldn’t take place, so the Sangat chose to open the doors online and share the wisdom of numbers they have been living, researching and embodying.
Two days, eight workshops, offered by teachers from the Sangat.

From the neutral mind to the feminine and the masculine, from desire to the soul, these numbers offer a map to understand ourselves and live with more awareness.

🕘 All sessions are on UK/Portugal time. The opening is on 28 November at 8:30 AM, and the workshops run from 9:00 AM to 6:45 PM both days.
🙏 Participation is by donation, all in support of Ashram Ramdass Guru. Give what feels right and help the ashram continue its work.

✨ Festival de Karam Kriya Online 2026 ✨

Todos os anos, em Agosto, o Sangat da escola de Karam Kriya reúne-se presencialmente para um festival. Este ano, esse encontro assumiu uma forma informal e o Sangat decidiu abrir as portas online e partilhar a sabedoria dos números que tem vivido, estudado e concretizado.
Dois dias, oito workshops, orientados por professores da nossa comunidade.
Da mente neutra ao feminino e ao masculino, do desejo à alma, estes números oferecem um mapa para nos compreendermos e vivermos com mais consciência.

🕘 Todas as sessões seguem a hora do Reino Unido/Portugal. A abertura é a 28 de Novembro às 8h30, e os workshops decorrem das 9h00 às 18h45 nos dois dias.
🙏 A participação é por donativo, inteiramente a favor do Ashram Ramdass Guru, em Mafra. Contribui com o que sentires e ajuda o Ashram a continuar o seu trabalho.

Another glimpse into the social project of the ashram, bringing yoga and mantras to where it’s needed. Anne is speaking about her experience in teaching in .aria , an institution focused on mental health. This month Aria is promoting the campaign “Give the Green Light to Mental Health,” aiming to raise awareness about the importance of mental health and help combat the stigma associated with this issue.

Together, we can make mental health more visible and show that talking about mental health is important.

🐓✨ A blessed welcome to our new residents! ✨🐓

Today, our hearts (and our coop) grew a little fuller — the chickens have arrived at their new home in the Ashram! 🏡💛

They stepped out, looked around, and seemed to settle right in — curious, calm, and yes, even happy. It’s beautiful to witness them arrive with such ease, as if they already knew they were home.

We offered a blessing upon their arrival, welcoming them with love, care, and the prayer that they may live out their days in peace, safety, and freedom here with us. 🙏🌿

May they be healthy, may they be happy, may they be free. Welcome home, little ones. 🕊️
