Fifteen fifth-grade students participated in a golf awareness activity on May 13, 2026, at Quinta do Lago, with the support of the Tiago Sousa Association. These students learned the principles of the sport, had the opportunity to try out various golf clubs, and played several fun games related to it. This activity was led by two golf course instructors who taught them various techniques of the game.

It was a very fun afternoon, rich in new technical knowledge of the sport and full of new experiences.

Quinze alunos do 5.º ano de escolaridade participaram, no dia 13/05/2026, numa atividade de sensibilização da modalidade desportiva de Golf que de correu na Quinta do Lago com o apoio da Associação Tiago Sousa. Estes alunos aprenderam os princípios deste desporto, tiveram a oportunidade de experimentar vários tacos de Golf e de realizaram vários jogos lúdicos relacionados com esta modalidade. Esta atividade foi dinamizada por dois professores do Campo de Golf que lhes ensinaram várias técnicas do jogo.

Fui uma tarde bem divertida, rica em novos conhecimentos técnicos desta modalidade e cheia de novas vivências.

Thank you to all that attended the 3rd Tiago Sousa Memorial Golf Tournament, special thanks to Quinta Do Lago without their help and support we would not be able to do this event. We hope you all had fun and looking forward to see you all again next year. Keep on Golfing
