Cara Comunidade Académica,
Convoca-se o corpo estudantil da Faculdade de Letras da Universidade do Porto para uma Assembleia Geral Ordinária a realizar-se no dia 30 de setembro de 2026, pelas 16:30 horas, no Anfiteatro Nobre da Faculdade de Letras com a seguinte ordem de trabalhos:
Ponto Um - Informações.
Ponto Dois - Leitura e aprovação das atas anteriores;
Ponto Três - Apresentação, discussão e votação dos Relatórios
financeiros relativos dos meses de abril, maio, junho, julho e agosto de 2026;
Ponto Quatro - Outros Assuntos.
Caso à hora marcada não estejam presentes 50% dos estudantes, e de acordo com o artigo 16.º, ponto 4, alínea b) dos Estatutos da AE-FLUP, a Assembleia Geral terá início 30 minutos depois, tendo a Mesa da Assembleia Geral definido a presença de 20 membros como número mínimo para a realização da Assembleia Geral Ordinária.

Dear Academic Community,
The student body of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Porto is hereby convened to attend an Ordinary General Assembly, to be held on 30 September 2026 at 4:30 p.m., in the Main Auditorium of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, with the following agenda:
Item One - Information;
Item Two - Reading and approval of the minutes of previous meetings;
Item Three - Presentation, discussion and voting on the financial reports for the months of April, May, June, July and August 2026;
Item Four - Any Other Business.
Should 50% of the students not be present at the scheduled time, and in accordance with Article 16(4)(b) of the Statutes of AE-FLUP, the General Assembly shall begin 30 minutes later. The Board of the General Assembly has established a minimum attendance of 20 members for the Ordinary General Assembly to take place.
The Zoom link for the General Assembly, as well as the necessary documents, will be sent in due time.
