We’ve reached the final day of another edition of the Portuguese Home Sector’s participation at IDS Vancouver! 🇵🇹

Over the past few days, we’ve had the opportunity to showcase the excellence of Portuguese design, strengthen relationships with industry professionals, and create new business opportunities in a strategic market for the internationalisation of Portuguese companies.

We would like to thank all the visitors, partners, and participating companies who contributed to the success of this collective presence.

The Portuguese Home Sector is once again making its mark internationally. 🌍

APIMA is taking part in the Interior Design Show Vancouver 2026, one of Canada’s leading events for interior design and furniture, showcasing the very best of Portuguese design, innovation, and manufacturing expertise through the MADE IN PORTUGAL naturally brand.

With the participation of around twenty Portuguese companies, this presence reflects the strength of a sector that combines creativity, technical expertise, sustainability, and industrial excellence to reach new markets.

We continue to take Portuguese talent and craftsmanship further than ever. 🇵🇹

APIMA, accompanied by a group of Portuguese companies and the institutions AEPF, ASEP and INOMMOB, participated in the Twinning Action Palermo, held in Palermo, Sicily, as part of the S3 Fitt-Ness Project – Fostering Innovation & Twin Transition and Inclusive Design for Smart Homes.

Over two days, the event brought together workshops, meetings and networking opportunities, fostering knowledge sharing, the creation of new connections and the identification of collaboration opportunities in the fields of innovation and the twin transition within the Smart Homes sector.

The event brought together companies and organisations from Portugal, Spain and Italy, as well as institutions from several European countries, strengthening the project's international and collaborative dimension.

🤝 An opportunity to bring companies, institutions and different European ecosystems closer together, promoting innovation, cooperation and internationalisation.
