We are still trying to taking in that this is over... But we said goodbye with a BIG farewell 🧘‍♂️

In day 6 we had the honor to receive one of the Yoga and Meditation classes of . We finished this project by connecting with ourselves, trying to focus on the present to be able to enjoy the very last moments together. The class was all about breathing, sun salutations, and yoga postures we should be proud of having achived doing 🤸‍♀️

David also led us through the opportunities and the learnings we gained during the week. Check out our highlighted stories for more memorable moments!

I know I know... I'm way behind SORRY!
It's already day 7 and I'm publishing day 5, but this is just proof of how bussy these days have been, they were non-stop.

So here you have the highlights of day 5 of . We started the day with some interesing streching and activations with Arleta (check final photo). Then we had some 20th century social media (also known as traditional games), as well as some rural situation theater performances (those were too ridiculous to upload sorry, but it was so much fun).

We booked the afternoon to FINALLY STEP ON THE CITY after 5 days on the rural nowhere. It felt special. And, of course, we had the mandatory tour of the castle with our amazing-incredible-marvelous-superinteresing-intelligent-unbeatable Sira Camacho.

Thank you all for these special final days. I'll keep posting day 6 and more highlights. There are many moments worth sharing.

When family is far away... project families are a good alternative 🥰

In every SuA project we create families to reflect, to hold on each other, to share, to feel part of the group. This is a must to make sure everyone has support and no one is left behind.

Unforgotten roots DAY... does it look like a 4?
PEOPLE! It's been more than half a project, time flies 🪰🪰🪰

Today we worked community management, debating, strategies, democracy, participation... all of it through active participation, non-formal education and games. It was challenging, we can't deny that, but we learnt so so so much.

We started with some journaling like every day, and finished trying to figure out how to make a human 4 (slide till the last photo to see the process). Stay tuned for the last 2 days, they're very promising.

How should we create the human 5? Any ideas?

Burriscas ➡️ Torre da Gadanha
Today our team had a nature-walking experience through Montemor's ecopista.
This chill, relaxing and beautiful path unites Montemor-o-Novo and Torre da Gadanha. While walking, the different groups had to identify the weaknesses, opportunities, threats and strenght of rural areas. It was a change to connect with the rural, and with ourselves.

It's been ✌️ days but feels like ✌️ weeks,

and today was full of fuuuuun! We dedicated it to co-creation: a creature inspired by nature, team sculptures, collaborative murals... Creativity was at its highest and we laughed until tears came out 🤣

Como é uma primeira experiência Erasmus+?

Em fevereiro, o Ivo, a Nadia e o Ricky participaram no Mentoring through Creativity, com a nossa associação parceira em Itália, PiGreco. Alguns meses mais tarde, partilham os seus testemunhos sobre esta experiência.
