🐾 Have you ever stopped to wonder who left those tracks behind?

Animal footprints are like clues written by nature. From the soft paw prints of big cats such as lions, tigers, and leopards, to the hoof marks of deer and horses, and even the unique tracks of birds every footprint tells a story.

By learning to recognize animal tracks, we can discover where animals travel, how they behave, and what species share the environment around us.

The next time you spot prints in mud, snow, or sand, take a closer look. You may be following the footsteps of a fascinating wild visitor. 🐾🌿

Berry bushes are slow at first, but so worth it 🫐 A few tips I’ve learned:
🌱 The first year, I focus more on strong roots than big harvests. Patience really pays off.
🍇 Gooseberries and currants are great if you want fruit without needing a huge garden space.
🌸 Elderberries are extra useful because you get flowers and berries from the same plant.
🫐 Honeyberries are fun because they can fruit earlier than many other berries.
🌳 Serviceberry and aronia are nice if you want something productive that also looks pretty in the landscape.
🍂 I always mulch around berry bushes to help keep the soil cooler and more evenly moist.
Planting berries feels like giving your future garden a little gift 🌿

👍

The direction your house faces can change the whole planting plan 🏡🌤️ Sun, shade, reflected heat, and wind all shape what will grow best in each spot.
