✨ One of the most beautiful parts of Craftwork 4.0 All is the unexpected meetings, creative exchanges and collaborations born along the way.

This week, Portuguese crafter visited our partners at ESPRONCEDA Institute of Art & Culture in Barcelona to take part in the Craft Happening “Aluminium, Transfers and Ghostly Presences”, organised within the framework of and the exhibition DESPLAZADOS II by Guillermo del Valle.

The happening explored material transformation, ecological fragility and collective artistic creation — bringing together artists, makers and creative minds in an inspiring shared space.

Craft is also about people, dialogue and new connections across borders. More collaborations are coming soon. 💫

🌍 Our dream team talks sustainability.
What happens when young artists, designers and creatives start speaking honestly about ecology, feminism, mental health, overconsumption, community and the future they actually want to live in?

As part of the Erasmus+ project *Art for Earth*, developed in partnership with Art Center Caravel we spoke with interns and young creatives connected to ARTE.M .m.association from France, Romania and beyond about sustainable fashion, contemporary art, emotional wellbeing, social pressure, creativity after the pandemic and learning how to slow down.

Our art therapy course for partners from Poland Fundacja Universal Network - FUN🇵🇱 is slowly coming to an end after days filled with creativity, reflection, laughter, emotions, group connection and new experiences.

Huge thanks to our wonderful trainer Natalia for guiding us through this beautiful process and creating such a warm and inspiring space. 💛

🌱For the past six months, “Soil Soul” 💚project has been teaching us something simple yet often forgotten: how to listen to the Earth — not only with our minds, but with our hands, our senses, and our hearts.

Today, we are bringing together the traces of this journey in a new installation:
“SOIL SOUL – Relearning How to Listen to the Earth”
The installation weaves together the results of activities created with more than 🌱🎨100 participants: natural pigments, soil painting, seed balls, beach clean-ups, and creative experiments inspired by the relationship between people and the living landscape around them.
The installation can be visited throughout June and summer at Art Center Caravel and ARTHubMadeira 🌱
