Youth Line Family Youth Line is a youth association active in 🇵🇹, 🇱🇻, 🇬🇷, 🇩🇪, 🇳🇱, 🇸🇪, 🇵🇱!

Our team have participated and organised many initiatives within the field of developing of skills and competences, many of which
included young people as participants or target groups but some of which included them as co-organisers, assistants or volunteers
as well. Our team has a network of contacts, gained during these activities, of young people, minorities, as well as youth workers whose s

pecific situation or knowledge can be put to good use within this project. Moreover we have really positive experience in organising youth projects, we know all the stages and always do everything as effective and responsible as possible. We care about our reputation, about our partners, about our participants and about our donors. In spite of content of our projects, we spend a lot of recourses for organising and reporting. And surely we are oriented not only to achieve the best results, moreover we tend to share the information about our achievements and to make our results more useful in a long-term perspective.

Join an international youth exchange with participants from Poland, Portugal, Spain, Türkiye, and Serbia.

During the project, we will explore how art and culture can promote inclusion, equality, active citizenship, and intercultural dialogue through workshops, discussions, creative activities, and cultural exchange.

🧭 We’re happy to share our INCLUSIVE YOUTH WORK GUIDE!

Created during the Erasmus+ training course “Inclusive Youth Work for Tackling Discrimination and Promoting Equality”, this practical resource brings together activities, facilitation methods, and tools developed by 32 participants from Latvia, Finland, Spain, Romania, Poland, and Germany.

🌍 The guide is designed to support youth workers, trainers, facilitators, and organisations in creating more inclusive learning environments, promoting equality, and addressing discrimination through non-formal education.

The final day of the project was dedicated to looking ahead and turning ideas into future opportunities. Participants explored different NGOs and civil society organisations, exchanged project ideas, and discussed possibilities for future cooperation and initiatives.

The group also focused on dissemination and reflected on the knowledge, skills, and experiences gained throughout the training course. The project concluded with a final evaluation, a closing ceremony, and a bonfire night, celebrating a week of learning, collaboration, and new international friendships. 🔥🌍

The sixth day of the project focused on active participation, critical thinking, and sharing the knowledge gained throughout the training course. Through activities such as “Activism vs. Vandalism” and the Fishbowl Debate, participants explored different viewpoints and reflected on the role of young people in creating positive social change.

The group also worked together on developing the project’s Notion guide, collecting best practices, methods, and tools that can support youth workers in promoting inclusion and equality across Europe. 🌍📚

The fifth day of the project was dedicated to learning by doing. Participants continued testing the sessions they had developed, gaining hands-on experience as facilitators and receiving valuable feedback from the group.

The programme also included activities such as “Agree to Disagree” and “Moral Compass”, which encouraged participants to reflect on different perspectives, values, and decision-making processes. The day ended with a bonfire night, bringing everyone together for meaningful conversations and a relaxed evening by the fire. 🔥✨

Through discussions and interactive activities, the group also explored ways to support refugee, migrant, and rural youth, and discussed how Erasmus+ and youth work can become more accessible and inclusive for everyone. 🌍

Through interactive activities such as “Take a Step Forward” and “Can I Come In”, participants reflected on different life experiences, social barriers, and the importance of creating inclusive communities.

The group also discussed sensitive topics such as terrorism and its impact on society, while strengthening intercultural understanding through open dialogue and reflection. The day concluded with an intercultural evening hosted by participants from Germany, Romania, and Poland. 🌍✨

The first full day of the project was dedicated to getting to know each other, building trust, and creating a safe learning environment. Through interactive activities, participants explored human rights, inclusion, and cultural diversity while sharing their own experiences and perspectives.

We also introduced YouthPass and reflected on the learning journey ahead. The day ended with an intercultural evening hosted by participants from Finland, Latvia, and Spain, giving everyone the opportunity to discover new traditions, food, and cultures. 🌍✨
