Oferta especial do solstício de verão: 🫧 Vou participar na Leve.Mente para ensinar a fazer sodas selvagens (limonadas naturais probióticas)! 🌸

No sábado, dia 20 de junho, junta-te a mim no Convento em Gaeiras, das 11h00 às 12h30, para descobrir o poder das bebidas vivas e fermentadas. 🫚 Vamos aproveitar leveduras selvagens de frutas, raízes e flores para criar os nossos próprios refrigerantes selvagens sazonais.

A experiência incluirá uma degustação de refrigerantes selvagens e uma sessão prática de preparação de refrigerantes selvagens.

Donativo: 🙏 5€ – 15€, conforme as possibilidades de cada pessoa (se toda a gente contribuir com 10€, isso cobre os custos dos materiais e das bebidas).

It’s been two years since we purchased and moved to our land. 🌱 That’s two transformative years since our dream of the life we are now living began to take root.

Life on the land has changed us in many ways. We’ve learned lessons on slowness and seasonal energies. 🌀 On the delicate balance between push and pull. On finding a rhythm that allows things to flow. Our priorities and the way we approach life on the land are continuously shape shifting…

In the wise words of one of my Permaculture teachers, Silvia Floresta from — are we farming the land or is it farming us?

This week was so many things… Slow yet busy. Planned yet spontaneous. Flowy yet glitchy.

A huge highlight was having Tia Lexi from .co stay with us. 💞 And all the infinite Indi cuddles. 🥰 And this beautiful evening around the fire with .torraoprimo and 🔥 Not to mention all the walks and talks and first steps and handstands…. 🤸🏻

🫧 Join me tomorrow in Caldas da Rainha to celebrate the community space & boutique shop’s official opening with a bubbly, living welcome drink. 🍹

Estaminé is a place of gathering. A place that sparks creativity and fosters community. A space that opened its doors to local makers and shakers. A space for learning, skill-sharing and connections.

Two months ago I published an open call for locations. I was looking for a roof over my head to share my fermentation workshops regularly. The minute I set foot inside I knew this was a family I wanted to be part of. The love and care that Mafalda & her team have poured into its walls speak for themselves. 💞 This space is going places. Come see for yourselves! And who knows, maybe you’ll feel inspired to host your next offering or gathering around the community table…

🌼 On Friday, April 24th I’ll be serving living welcome drinks at Estaminé’s official opening party from 15:00-19:00! Stop by to check out the new space, meet all the amazing makers who are infusing it with their creativity, and come taste the bubbly wild sodas and kombuchas I’ve been brewing.

BOOK NOW ~ Come learn how to brew bubbly probiotic drinks! 🫧 In this workshop, we’ll harness the powers of fermentation to create delicious and nutritious fermented refreshments that everyone loves.

🍹 You’ll get a kombucha SCOBY and a base recipe so you can continue brewing in your very own kitchen. You’ll also take home your very own bottle of kombucha.

Seasonal ingredients, snacks and drinks will be provided.

COME PRUNE WITH US ↟ We’re very excited to welcome a special guest teacher back to Quinta da Cultura — Permaculture designer and passionate tree-keeper Gui Ramalho from Poda Magica will be sharing his knowledge with us on Friday, March 27. The full-day program (10:00 to 16:00) includes:
✺ A theory session (tree structures and biology, pruning tools, pruning cuts, development forms of trees)
✺ A hands-on session (observation of what, where and how to cut, practical work pruning trees, useful guidelines for tool safety and maintenance)
✺ A nourishing vegan lunch, several short breaks, sharing circles, individual as well as group activities

🌶️ It’s a kimchi party! 🙌 (PT in comments) Roll up your sleeves, save your spot at our community table, and come ferment with us at on March 15 from 11:00 - 14:00!

The Program includes:🥬 Intros to fermentation, cabbages & kimchi-making by Gabi from and Maia from 🫙Making an XXL batch of vegan kimchi together 🍽️ A cabbage-themed potluck (bring a taste of your favorite (fermented) cabbage dish).

Here’s how it works: We’ll provide bowls, cutting boards, knives & co. as well as the ingredients needed (think: cabbages, carrots, spring onions, rice flour, gochugaru & more). We’ll chop, slice and dice everything together. You’ll learn how to make a simple gochugaru-rice-paste (aka Gochujang). Everyone will get to take home a jar of kimchi. After we’re done, we’ll share a potluck meal together around the communal table.

Please note that, as this is not a classic workshop and we will be sharing experiences, basic knowledge of veggie fermentation is required.

🎄 This Sunday we’re doing a little pop-up bar at this festive garage sale—stop by for a kombucha, wild soda, mulled wine and more! 🍷 🫖 🍹

and will be serving vegan cheese platters and a hearty soup. 🍲 🔥 And they’ll be roasting chestnuts on an open fire.

The garage sale will feature a mix of small artisanal products — conscious bodycare by and macrame dog collars — as well as some second-hand treasures from .on.the.land , Eva & more.

Come learn how to harness the combined powers of flour, water and wild yeasts to make delicious sourdough breads. You’ll take home your very own sourdough loaf along with a 160-year-old heritage sourdough starter and some easy recipes to help kickstart your sourdough journey.

🍞 When? Friday, November 21, from 14:00 to 17:30
📍Where? Vidais, Caldas da Rainha
💙 How? Price: €45 pp (spots are limited, DM to register)

🫧 An assortment of fermented snacks and drinks will be provided. DM to register!

No previous knowledge of fermentation or bread-baking is required.
