From 9–17 August 2026, youth workers from 7 countries came together in Struga, North Macedonia, for the Erasmus+ Training Course “Podcast of the Future – Stories That Change the World.”

The project explored how podcasting and digital creativity can become powerful tools in youth work, while strengthening the leadership, communication and facilitation competences of youth workers.

Throughout the training, participants:
🎙️ Developed practical skills in podcast creation, recording, editing and content production
🌍 Explored intercultural learning and European cooperation
🤝 Strengthened their leadership and facilitation skills
💡 Discovered new ways to engage young people through creative digital communication
🗣️ Created spaces for sharing stories and messages around inclusion, participation and resilience

The training brought together different perspectives, experiences and cultures with one shared ambition: to make youth work more relevant, creative and accessible to today’s digital generation.

The experience in Struga was not only about learning how to create podcasts. It was about discovering how every voice can inspire, connect and create change. 🎧✨

We are proud to have completed this journey and look forward to seeing the ideas, collaborations and stories created during the project continue to grow beyond the training.

CYA, Art-Mind projesinin uygulama sürecine destek sağlamak amacıyla Antalya’ya gidiyor!

18–26 Ekim tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilecek Art-Mind projesi, 32 gençlik çalışanını bir araya getirirken önemli uluslararası işbirliklerine de zemin hazırlayacak. Başta Polonya ve İtalya olmak üzere farklı ülkelerden gelecek konuklarımız, sanatın birleştirici gücünü deneyimlemenin yanı sıra CYA ve MAGEND ile uzun vadeli iş birliklerini daha da güçlendirecek.

Antalya’yı proje lokasyonu olarak seçmemizin en önemli nedenlerinden biri, ülkemizin eşsiz şehirlerini uluslararası misafirlerimize tanıtmak ve Türk misafirperverliğini en iyi şekilde yansıtmaktır. Ekoturizm, wellness ve longevity alanlarında son yıllarda öne çıkan Antalya, sahip olduğu doğal ve kültürel zenginliklerle projemize ilham verecektir.

🇪🇸 LOCAL SHARING IN SPAIN | SusEcoWater 💧♻️

The Spanish participants brought the SusEcoWater experience back to their local communities by sharing it with friends, students, and other young people.

During their local sharing activities, they explained the objectives of the project and introduced the workshops, discussions, debates, and practical activities implemented in Braga. They highlighted the importance of protecting water resources and adopting more sustainable consumption habits in everyday life.
