Nos dias 15 e 16 de setembro de 2026, reunimo-nos em Pau, França, para a última Reunião Transnacional de Parceiros presencial do projeto EmpowerHER! 🇫🇷 O encontro, acolhido pela Pistes Solidaires, marcou um momento importante para fazer o balanço do trabalho desenvolvido e preparar os últimos passos do projeto.
Ao longo dos dois dias, revimos os principais resultados alcançados e as atividades ainda em curso. Entre os aspetos abordados estiveram a implementação do Programa de Formação, o desenvolvimento e adaptação do ProfilPASS, a WebApp, os recursos criados para apoiar a integração de mulheres migrantes no mercado de trabalho e as atividades realizadas com mulheres migrantes, profissionais e empregadores nos diferentes países. Analisámos também a Campanha de Redes Sociais, os testemunhos em vídeo de mulheres migrantes e os restantes conteúdos de comunicação e disseminação. Houve ainda espaço para rever os indicadores do projeto, refletir sobre o seu impacto e partilhar as principais aprendizagens destes quase dois anos de trabalho conjunto.
Uma parte importante do encontro foi também dedicada ao futuro do EmpowerHER. Em conjunto, explorámos formas de dar continuidade e ampliar o trabalho desenvolvido, incluindo uma maior cooperação com empregadores e instituições públicas, formação sobre integração intercultural no local de trabalho, programas de mentoria, novas parcerias e possibilidades para futuras iniciativas europeias.
Agradecemos imenso à Pistes Solidaires pelo acolhimento em Pau e a todos os nossos parceiros: Wisamar, Pistes Solidaires, DIE, OnProjects e COMCY, por estes dois dias de trabalho e por toda a colaboração ao longo do EmpowerHER. ✨
Entramos agora na fase final do projeto, focados em concluir as atividades em curso e em garantir que as ferramentas, recursos e aprendizagens desenvolvidos através do EmpowerHER possam continuar a apoiar mulheres migrantes para além do projeto.

On September 15 and 16, 2026, we gathered in Pau, France, for the final face-to-face Transnational Partner Meeting of the EmpowerHER project! 🇫🇷 Hosted by Pistes Solidaires, the meeting marked an important moment to take stock of the work developed so far and prepare the final steps of the project.
Over the two days, we reviewed the main results achieved and the activities still in progress. The aspects discussed included the implementation of the Training Programme, the development and adaptation of the ProfilPASS, the WebApp, the resources created to support migrant women’s integration into the labour market, and the activities carried out with migrant women, professionals and employers across the partner countries. We also reviewed the Social Media Campaign, video testimonials from migrant women and the remaining communication and dissemination activities. The meeting also gave us the opportunity to review project indicators, reflect on its impact and share the main lessons learned from almost two years of working together.
An important part of the meeting was also dedicated to the future of EmpowerHER. Together, we explored ways to continue and expand the work developed through the project, including stronger cooperation with employers and public institutions, training on intercultural integration in the workplace, mentoring programmes, new partnerships and possibilities for future European initiatives.

We are now entering the final phase of the project, focused on completing the remaining activities and ensuring that the tools, resources and lessons developed through EmpowerHER can continue to support migrant women beyond the project.
