The 47th OIV World Congress of Vine and W**e will bring these questions together through a rich scientific programme exploring the current challenges, innovations and opportunities across the global vine and w**e sector.
From 12 to 16 October 2026, scientists, researchers and experts from around the world will meet in Yinchuan, Ningxia, China, to share the latest research, exchange knowledge and discuss the future of the sector.
Under the theme "Shaping new paradigms for the global Vine and W**e sector: transforming to meet challenges, innovating to ignite vitality, and sustaining to anchor a shared future", the Congress brings together four scientific sessions covering key challenges and developments across the sector:
