The journey of ECHO continues! Our 2nd Transnational Project Meeting in Aveiro, Portugal has just concluded! 🇵🇹

For two days, the beautiful space of the Estaleiro Teatral became the beating heart of our transnational planning.
All consortium partners gathered to review the first months of work, celebrate our shared successes, and chart the path for the upcoming exciting phases.

✨ Here are the main milestones of our shared journey:

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: We analyzed and celebrated the extraordinary results of the national workshops under WP2. The voices, logbooks, and personal growth of the young migrants involved are living proof of how art can break down barriers and build deep human connections.

𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: The march doesn't stop! We have defined the methodological guidelines and operational timelines for our next challenges: the upcoming workshops for WP3 (Theatre for Active Citizenship) and WP4 (Theatre for Employability and Social Entrepreneurship), which are ready to launch across all partner countries!

𝐀𝐧 𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐎 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐨𝐧: The work to build the ECHO Toolkit is progressing at full speed. We are collecting and integrating national video tutorials and pedagogical materials to create an open, inclusive, and accessible methodological guide for all European youth workers.
