A little experiment in living the way many of us secretly wish we could more often. We’re inviting you to come and experiment living differently.

This autumn we’re opening Casa do Sol in Óbidos for a week of Flow Living, the 4th edition, in collaboration with Co-llab.

We’ll work on our own projects during focused co-working sessions, cook together (no chef, just many hands and Laura from the Table leading intuitive cooking), move, play, have conversations that matter, dance in the kitchen, share long dinners and create a rhythm where work and life stop competing and start nourishing each other.

2nd edition of Collab and we’re still counting our blessings 🌞

Who would know one can go through such deep transformation by coming together, singing under the moon, dancing on a medieval castle, dipping in the ocean and delighting in great food. A reminder that it really is about the little things ❤️
