بيت الإبداع يناقش مع الشباب الريادة المجتمعية وآفاق العمل المستقبلية
ضمن جهوده لتعزيز التواصل مع الشباب والاستماع إلى احتياجاتهم وتطلعاتهم، التقت رئيسة مجلس إدارة بيت الإبداع، سمر ثوابتة، بمجموعة من الشباب والشابات في لقاء حواري وتعريفي استعرض رؤية المؤسسة وتوجهاتها المستقبلية، ودورها في تمكين الشباب الفلسطيني وتعزيز مساهمتهم في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.
واستعرضت ثوابتة رسالة بيت الإبداع بوصفه مؤسسة غير ربحية تعمل على توفير المساحات والموارد والمعارف التي تمكن الشباب من تطوير مبادراتهم وأعمالهم الريادية، وتحويل أفكارهم إلى مشاريع ذات أثر مجتمعي.
وشهد اللقاء حوارًا مفتوحًا حول أبرز التحديات التي تواجه الشباب، خاصة في مجالات العمل والريادة والمشاركة المجتمعية، إلى جانب تطلعاتهم نحو فرص اقتصادية أكثر تنوعًا، ومساحات أوسع للابتكار والمبادرة.
وأكدت ثوابتة أن المرحلة المقبلة ستشهد إطلاق برامج تستجيب لهذه الاحتياجات، من خلال دعم المشاريع الريادية والمدرة للدخل، وبناء شراكات مع منظمات دولية ومستثمرين، وتنظيم مسابقات للمبادرات الشبابية، والعمل على إنشاء مساحة للعمل المشترك وحاضنة للأعمال والمبادرات الشبابية.
كما يعمل بيت الإبداع على تعزيز الوعي بالحقوق والسياسات الاقتصادية، وإجراء الدراسات والأبحاث، وتبني منهجية التفكير التصميمي، وتنظيم الهاكاثونات الاجتماعية، وتطوير شبكة لرواد الأعمال الاجتماعيين، وصولًا إلى إنشاء حاضنة للقيادة المجتمعية في فلسطين.
واختتم اللقاء بالتأكيد على أن الشباب شركاء أساسيون في تحديد الأولويات وتصميم البرامج، وأن بيت الإبداع سيبقى مساحة مفتوحة للتعلم والابتكار، وتحويل الأفكار إلى حلول ومشاريع تسهم في تنمية المجتمع وصناعة أثر مستدام.
Innovation Hub Engages Youth in Dialogue on Social Entrepreneurship and Future Opportunities
As part of its commitment to strengthening youth engagement and understanding their aspirations and needs, Innovation Hub organized an interactive dialogue with a group of young women and men, led by Chairwoman of the Board, Samar Thawabteh, to present the organization's vision, strategic priorities, and its role in empowering Palestinian youth to contribute meaningfully to economic and social development.
During the meeting, Thawabteh introduced Innovation Hub as a non-profit organization dedicated to equipping young people with the spaces, knowledge, and resources needed to develop social entrepreneurship initiatives and transform innovative ideas into sustainable, community-driven solutions.
The discussion provided a platform for participants to share the key challenges they face, particularly in employment, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement, as well as their aspirations for broader economic opportunities and greater space for innovation and leadership.
Thawabteh highlighted the Hub's upcoming initiatives, which will focus on supporting youth-led and income-generating enterprises through small grants, partnerships with international organizations and investors, entrepreneurship competitions, and the establishment of a co-working space and business incubator for youth initiatives.
Innovation Hub also aims to promote awareness of economic rights and policies, conduct research on the aspirations and economic needs of youth and women, adopt design thinking methodologies, organize social hackathons, and develop a network of social entrepreneurs.
Looking ahead, the organization envisions establishing a Community Leadership Incubator in Palestine to nurture emerging young leaders, strengthen local partnerships, support youth and women's cooperatives, and foster sustainable social enterprises.
The meeting concluded by reaffirming that young people are essential partners in setting priorities, co-designing programs, and creating sustainable impact, while positioning Innovation Hub as an open space for learning, innovation, and transforming ideas into initiatives that contribute to resilient and thriving communities.
