جمعية الشابات المسيحية في رام الله هي جمعية وطنية نسوية، تم تأسيسها في فلسطين سنة 1918 حيث تهدف إلى العمل مع المرأة من أجل تطوير قدراتها وتمكينها من الاعتماد على نفسها والمشاركة في صنع القرارات وإفساح المجال لديها لتحقيق منظورها النسوي ليكون عاملا في رقي المجتمع وتطويره. هذا بالأضافة الى العمل مع الأطفال والشباب من خلال البرامج المختلفة التي تقدمها الجمعية من أجل تحقيق العدالة والمساواة والحرية
واحترام قدر الإنسان وبيئته. ومن أهم برامج الجمعية: برنامج دبلوم التعليم والتدريب المهني في ادارة المكاتب الذي يهدف الى التمكين الاقتصادي لفئة الشباب؛ بالإضافة لعدة برامج تشغيلية تهدف الى تمكين المرأة اقتصادياً، ومنها برنامج إدارة المناسبات، برنامج إدارة العلاقات مع الزبائن و برنامج تطوير البرمجيات(IT). The YWCA of Ramallah is a Palestinian organization that works with women, youth and children, and supports and aspires to create women leadership especially among young women and girls, to realize their full rights and capabilities and to promote and advance their full participation in the decision making process in all aspects of life. The young Women Christian Association in Ramallah (YWCA) was established in 1985 to respond to the ever-increasing needs of the Ramallah area for the quality services the YWCA has been offering. The YWCA of Ramallah runs a Vocational Training Center that was established in 2001 to cater for the needs of students in Ramallah and the surrounding areas. The main program currently offered is the "Office Management” Diploma; a 10-month program which has been rapidly growing to meet the emergent needs of the youth who are seeking immediate employment after graduation. The Office Management program which is accredited from the Palestinian Ministry of Labor has been recently upgraded to become more gender-sensitive and to satisfy the demand of the developing and transforming local market and to provide grounds for the new specialization in “Events Management” that was launched in September 2012.
