من التدريب إلى أثر يصل إلى أطفالنا
في قلب التدريب كان سؤال واحد: كيف نساعد كل طفل يتعثّر؟ بهذا السؤال بدأت المعلمة غادة حديثها عن تدريبات التعليم العلاجي المدمج بالدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، وهو سؤال يختصر جوهر ما نسعى إليه من خلال هذا المشروع: أن نمنح كل طفل وطفلة فرصة أخرى للتعلّم، وأن نساعد المعلمات على الوصول إليه بطريقة أكثر فهمًا وفاعلية. في مؤسسة نعلّم لفلسطين، نؤمن أن التعليم في الظروف الصعبة لا يحتاج إلى الاستمرار فحسب، بل إلى أن يكون تعليمًا يستجيب لاحتياجات الأطفال ويأخذ بعين الاعتبار مشاعرهم وتجاربهم والتحديات التي يواجهونها. لذلك، يأتي تدريب المعلمات على التعليم العلاجي المدمج بالدعم النفسي والاجتماعي كخطوة أساسية نحو بناء بيئات تعليمية أكثر أمانًا واحتواءً، تساعد الأطفال على تجاوز فجوات التعلّم، واستعادة ثقتهم بأنفسهم، والإيمان بقدرتهم على التقدم. فالتدريب ليس مجرد ورشة، بل محطة تحول؛ من الخطأ إلى فرصة للتعلّم، ومن التعثر إلى خطوة جديدة نحو التقدم. ومع كل معلمة تتطور مهاراتها، هناك طفل يحصل على دعم أفضل. ومع كل طفل يستعيد ثقته بقدرته على التعلّم، نقترب خطوة من الأثر الذي نطمح إلى تركه. هدفنا طالب أقوى، وتعليم أجود، وأثر يبقى. وهذا هو جوهر عمل مؤسسة نعلّم لفلسطين: الاستثمار في المعلمين والمعلمات، لأن دعمهم هو بداية الطريق لخلق فرص تعليمية أفضل للأطفال وبناء مستقبل أكثر أملًا.

"From Training to Impact That Reaches our Children"
At the heart of the training was a single question: how do we help every struggling child?
That's how the teacher Ghada opened her reflection on the remedial education training integrated with psychosocial support — a question that captures the essence of what we're working toward through this project: giving every child another chance to learn, and helping teachers reach them in ways that are more understanding and more effective.
At Teach For Palestine, we believe that education in difficult circumstances doesn't just need to continue — it needs to respond to children's needs and take into account their feelings, their experiences, and the challenges they face.
That's why training teachers in remedial education integrated with psychosocial support is a foundational step toward building safer, more nurturing learning environments — ones that help children close learning gaps, rebuild their self-confidence, and believe in their ability to move forward.
Because this training isn't just a workshop; it's a turning point — from mistake to learning opportunity, from struggling to a new step forward.
With every teacher who grows her skills, there's a child who receives better support. And with every child who regains confidence in their ability to learn, we move one step closer to the impact we're working toward.
Our goal is one: a stronger student, better education, and impact that lasts.
This is the essence of Teach For Palestine's work: investing in teachers, because supporting them is the starting point for creating better educational opportunities for children and building a more hopeful future.

وتستمر الحكاية... ✨

ما بدأ كفكرة داخل قاعة تدريب، أصبح ممارسة حقيقية داخل صفوف أطفالنا في غزة.

ضمن مشروع بناء قدرات الكادر التعليمي لمراكز التعلم المجتمعي التابعة لبرنامج نور لرعاية الأيتام في قطاع غزة، بالشراكة مع مؤسسة التعاون، تواصل معلماتنا تحويل ما اكتسبنه خلال التدريب إلى ممارسات تعليمية تفاعلية داخل بيئات التعلم، بما يسهم في تلبية الاحتياجات النفسية والاجتماعية للأطفال، وتعزيز مشاركتهم وتفاعلهم داخل الصفوف.

ويأتي هذا التدخل ضمن برنامج تدريبي مكثف ومتكامل يتضمن ستة محاور تدريبية، صُممت بما يتواءم مع الواقع التعليمي والإنساني الذي يعيشه الأطفال في قطاع غزة، بهدف تمكين المعلمات من توفير بيئات تعليمية أكثر دعمًا واحتواءً، وتعزيز قدرة الأطفال على التعلم والتعبير والمشاركة الفاعلة

من الموارد المتاحة إلى تجارب تعلّم مبتكرة: 80 معلمة يشاركن في تدريب التعليم التكاملي والابتكار في البيئة
المحلية

ضمن مشروع بناء قدرات الكادر التعليمي لمراكز التعليم المجتمعي التابعة لبرنامج «نور» لرعاية الأيتام في قطاع غزة، والمنفّذ بالشراكة مع مؤسسة التعاون، شاركت 80 معلمة في تدريب التعليم التكاملي والابتكار في البيئة المحلية، الذي عُقد في جمعية تأهيل المعاقين في دير
البلح.

ركّز التدريب على تمكين المعلمات من تصميم تجارب تعليمية تربط بين المعارف والمهارات في مجالات متعددة، وتحويل المواد البسيطة والمتاحة في البيئة المحلية إلى وسائل ونماذج تعليمية تفاعلية، بما ينسجم مع واقع التعليم في قطاع غزة ومحدودية الموارد المتاحة.

وخلال الأنشطة التطبيقية، عملت المعلمات ضمن مجموعات على ابتكار نماذج تعليمية تناولت موضوعات حياتية وبيئية، من بينها دورة المياه في الطبيعة، والتبخر والتكاثف، وتجميع مياه الأمطار وترشيد استخدامها. وقد جمعت هذه النماذج بين العلوم والفنون والتصميم والعمل الجماعي وحل المشكلات، وأظهرت قدرة المعلمات على تحويل المفاهيم المجردة إلى خبرات محسوسة يمكن للأطفال ملاحظتها وتجربتها والتفاعل معها.

ويأتي هذا التدريب ضمن جهود مؤسسة نُعلّم لفلسطين لتعزيز قدرات المعلمات في مراكز التعليم المجتمعي، وتمكينهن من توفير تعلّم نشط وهادف يستثمر ما هو متاح في البيئة المحلية، ويشجّع الأطفال على التساؤل والاستكشاف والابتكار، حتى في ظل الظروف الاستثنائية التي يشهدها قطاع غزة.

فحين تصبح البيئة المحيطة مساحةً للتعلّم، تتحول أبسط المواد إلى أدوات للمعرفة، وتتحول الأفكار إلى تجارب تنمّي لدى الأطفال الإبداع والثقة والقدرة على إيجاد الحلول.

Turning Local Resources into Innovative Learning Experiences: 80 Teachers Participate in Integrated Learning and Local Innovation Training

As part of the project “Building the Capacity of Educational Staff and Developing Learning Guides and Methodologies for the Community Learning Centres of the NOOR Orphan Care Programme in the Gaza Strip,” implemented by Teach For Palestine in partnership with Taawon, 80 female teachers participated in a training programme on Integrated Learning and Innovation Using Local Resources, held at the Rehabilitation Association in Deir Al-Balah.
The training aimed to equip teachers with the skills needed to design integrated learning experiences that connect knowledge and skills across different subject areas. It also enabled them to transform simple, locally available materials into interactive educational tools and models that respond to the realities of education in Gaza and the limited resources available.

During the hands-on activities, the teachers worked collaboratively to develop educational models addressing practical and environmental topics, including the water cycle, evaporation and condensation, rainwater harvesting, and responsible water use. The models combined science, art, design, teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving, demonstrating the teachers’ ability to turn abstract concepts into tangible learning experiences that children can observe, explore, and engage with.

The training forms part of Teach For Palestine’s efforts to strengthen the capacities of teachers working in community learning centres and enable them to provide active, meaningful, and context-responsive learning experiences. By drawing on resources available in the local environment, teachers can encourage children to ask questions, explore ideas, create, and develop solutions, even amid the exceptional circumstances facing the Gaza Strip.

When the local environment becomes a space for learning, even the simplest materials can become tools for discovery, while ideas can grow into meaningful experiences that foster children’s creativity, confidence, and problem-solving skills.

من المعلّم إلى صانع تغيير: تحويل التعليم المناخي إلى فعل

في إطار التزامها بدعم الاستدامة وتعزيز دور التعليم في مواجهة التحديات البيئية والمناخية، شاركت مؤسسة نُعلّم لفلسطين في مؤتمر الشباب المحلي للتغيّر المناخي في فلسطين LCOY Palestine 2026، الذي عُقد في جامعة النجاح الوطنية، من خلال ورشة تفاعلية بعنوان: «من معلّم/ة إلى صانع/ة تغيير: تحويل التعليم المناخي إلى فعل»، قدّمتها الأستاذة دعاء سليم، مسؤولة الإشراف التربوي في المؤسسة.

انطلقت الورشة من فكرة أساسية مفادها أن المعرفة المناخية وحدها لا تتحول تلقائيًا إلى فعل، وأن دور المعلّم/ة يتجاوز نقل المعلومات إلى تصميم تجارب تعليمية تمكّن الطلبة من ملاحظة التحديات البيئية في سياقاتهم، وفهمها، والمشاركة في ابتكار استجابات عملية لها.

وخلال الورشة، تعرّف المشاركون والمشاركات إلى تجربة المعلمة سارة ملحم، إحدى خريجات الفوج الأول للمسار غير الحكومي في مؤسسة نُعلّم لفلسطين، التي حوّلت مشكلة تراكم النفايات في ساحة المدرسة إلى مشروع تعليمي قائم على التعلّم بالمشاريع ومنهجية STEAM. وقد مكّن المشروع الطلبة من جمع المواد المستهلكة وفرزها وإعادة استخدامها وتحويلها إلى منتجات وأفكار مبتكرة، وأسهم في امتداد أثر التعلّم من الصف إلى المدرسة والمجتمع.

كما عمل المشاركون والمشاركات ضمن مجموعات على تحويل تحديات بيئية ومناخية من واقعهم إلى استجابات تعليمية بسيطة وقابلة للتطبيق، تبدأ ببناء الوعي بالتحدي، ثم التعلّم عنه وفهم أسبابه وآثاره، والانتقال إلى فعل يقوده الطلبة، وصولًا إلى إحداث تغيير ملموس يمكن ملاحظته واستدامته.

وتعكس هذه المشاركة نهج مؤسسة نُعلّم لفلسطين في دمج الاستدامة في الممارسات التعليمية، والاستثمار في المعلمين والمعلمات بوصفهم قادة تربويين وصُنّاعًا للتغيير، قادرين على تمكين الطلبة من تحويل التحديات البيئية والمناخية إلى فرص للتعلّم والعمل، والإسهام في بناء مدارس ومجتمعات أكثر وعيًا ومسؤولية واستدامة.

From Teacher to Changemaker: Turning Climate Education into Action

As part of its commitment to advancing sustainability and strengthening the role of education in addressing environmental and climate challenges, Teach For Palestine participated in the Local Conference of Youth on Climate Change – LCOY Palestine 2026, held at An-Najah National University, through an interactive workshop titled “From Teacher to Changemaker: Turning Climate Education into Action.” The workshop was facilitated by Doaa Salim, Education Supervision Officer at Teach For Palestine.

The workshop was grounded in the idea that climate knowledge does not automatically translate into action and that the role of teachers extends beyond sharing information. Teachers can design learning experiences that enable students to identify environmental challenges in their own contexts, understand them and contribute to developing practical responses.

Participants explored the experience of Sara Melhem, an alumna of the first cohort of Teach For Palestine’s non-governmental track, who transformed the problem of waste accumulating in the schoolyard into a project-based learning initiative grounded in the STEAM approach. The project enabled students to collect, sort, reuse and creatively transform discarded materials into new products and ideas, extending the impact of learning from the classroom to the wider school and community.

Working in groups, participants also transformed environmental and climate challenges from their own contexts into simple and practical educational responses. Their ideas began with building awareness of the challenge, followed by learning about its causes and effects, moving towards student-led action and ultimately creating tangible and sustainable change.

This participation reflects Teach For Palestine’s approach to embedding sustainability within educational practices and investing in teachers as educational leaders and changemakers. By equipping teachers to connect learning with real environmental challenges, the organisation supports students in becoming active contributors to more aware, responsible and sustainable schools and communities.
