عقد مجلس إدارة المؤسسة الفلسطينية للتعليم من أجل التوظيف اجتماعه الدوري برئاسة معالي المهندس مازن سنقرط، رئيس مجلس الإدارة، وبمشاركة أعضاء المجلس والإدارة التنفيذية، وذلك لمتابعة الأداء المؤسسي والبرامجي والمالي، ومناقشة التوجهات الاستراتيجية للمؤسسة للمرحلة المقبلة.
وخلال الاجتماع، استعرضت السيدة رانيا قطينة، المديرة التنفيذية للمؤسسة، التحديث الإداري والبرامجي والمالي، حيث تم تسليط الضوء على أبرز الإنجازات والتطورات، بما في ذلك تنفيذ برامج ومشاريع في الضفة الغربية والقدس وقطاع غزة، ركزت على التشغيل والمهارات وريادة الأعمال والاستجابة للاحتياجات المتزايدة في قطاع غزة.
كما ناقش المجلس أبرز النتائج المحققة خلال فترة التقرير، والتي شملت تخريج أكثر من 1,379 شابا وشابة، وتحقيق نسبة مشاركة نسائية بلغت 80%، إلى جانب تعزيز الشراكات بما يسهم في توسيع فرص التدريب والتشغيل للشباب الفلسطيني.
وقدم السيد أحمد زيد، المدير المالي، عرضا حول الأداء المالي للمؤسسة وجهود تنويع مصادر الدعم، بما يعزز الاستدامة المالية وقدرة المؤسسة على توسيع أثرها.
كما استعرض المجلس التقدم المحرز في تطوير الخطة الاستراتيجية للمؤسسة للأعوام 2026–2030، وناقش التوجهات المستقبلية الهادفة إلى تعزيز التشغيل والتمكين الاقتصادي، وتطوير الحوكمة والفعالية المؤسسية، وتعزيز الشراكات والاستدامة.
وفي ختام الاجتماع، أعرب مجلس الإدارة عن تقديره لجهود فريق المؤسسة، مؤكدا دعمه للتوجهات الاستراتيجية الهادفة إلى توسيع أثر المؤسسة في دعم الشباب الفلسطيني وتمكينهم اقتصاديا ومهنيا.
The Board of Directors of EFE-Palestine held its regular meeting under the chairmanship of H.E. Eng. Mazen Sinokrot, Chairman of the Board, with the participation of Board members and the Executive Management team. The meeting focused on reviewing the Foundation’s institutional, programmatic, and financial performance, as well as discussing its strategic direction for the coming period.
During the meeting, Ms. Rania Kutteneh, CEO of EFE-Palestine, presented an administrative, programmatic, and financial update, highlighting key achievements and developments. These included the implementation of programmes and projects across the West Bank, Jerusalem, and Gaza, with a focus on employment, skills development, entrepreneurship, and responding to the growing needs in the Gaza Strip.
The Board also reviewed the Foundation’s key results during the reporting period, including the graduation of more than 1,379 young women and men from its programs, achieving an 80% female participation rate, and strengthening partnerships that contribute to expanding training and employment opportunities for Palestinian youth.
Mr. Ahmad Zaid, Finance Manager, presented an overview of the Foundation’s financial performance and ongoing efforts to diversify funding sources, further enhancing its financial sustainability and capacity to expand its impact.
The Board further reviewed progress in developing the Foundation’s 2026–2030 Strategic Plan and discussed future priorities aimed at advancing employment and economic empowerment, strengthening governance and institutional effectiveness, and expanding partnerships and sustainability efforts.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Board expressed its appreciation for the dedication and efforts of the Foundation’s team and reaffirmed its support for the strategic directions that will further expand the Foundation’s impact in empowering Palestinian youth economically and professionally.
