عقدت المؤسسة الفلسطينية للتعليم من أجل التوظيف يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 23 حزيران 2026 في مدينة رام الله اجتماع مجلس إدارتها الدوري، أعقبه اجتماع الجمعية العمومية السنوي، وذلك بحضور أعضاء مجلس الإدارة والجمعية العمومية، وبمشاركة رئيس شبكة التعليم من أجل التوظيف العالمية، السيد رون برودر، والقائم بأعمال المدير التنفيذي للشبكة، الآنسة سارة ليتل، إلى جانب شركة إنجاز للمحاماة، المستشار القانوني للمؤسسة، وطاقم المؤسسة، وشركة PwC فلسطين بصفتها مدقق الحسابات الخارجي للمؤسسة.
وافتتح رئيس مجلس الإدارة، معالي المهندس مازن سنقرط، أعمال الاجتماعات مرحباً بالحضور، ومؤكداً أهمية الدور الذي تضطلع به الهيئات الحاكمة للمؤسسة في تعزيز الحوكمة والشفافية والمساءلة، ودعم رسالة المؤسسة الهادفة إلى تمكين الشباب الفلسطيني اقتصادياً ومهنياً.
وخلال اجتماع مجلس الإدارة، جرى استعراض أبرز المستجدات المؤسسية والتشغيلية، ومناقشة التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ أولويات المؤسسة وبرامجها المختلفة. كما استعرض المجلس النسخة النهائية من الخطة الاستراتيجية للأعوام 2026–2030، والتي تم تطويرها بالشراكة مع شركة Dimensions Consulting، بما يعزز استدامة المؤسسة وأثرها التنموي خلال المرحلة المقبلة.
وفي اجتماع الجمعية العمومية السنوي، استعرضت المديرة التنفيذية للمؤسسة، السيدة رانيا قطينة، التقرير الإداري السنوي للمؤسسة، متضمناً أبرز الإنجازات والنتائج المحققة خلال عام 2025، وأثر برامجها ومشاريعها في مجالات التشغيل، والتدريب المهني والتقني، وريادة الأعمال، والتوجيه المهني، إلى جانب تدخلاتها المجتمعية والإنسانية في قطاع غزة. كما تناول العرض السياق الاقتصادي والإنساني الذي عملت المؤسسة في ظله خلال العام المنصرم، والتحديات المتزايدة التي واجهها الشباب الفلسطيني، مؤكدةً استمرار المؤسسة في تطوير استجابتها البرامجية بما يتواءم مع الاحتياجات المتغيرة للشباب ومتطلبات سوق العمل. وقد جرى اعتماد التقرير والمصادقة عليه من قبل الجمعية العمومية حسب الأصول.
من جانبه، قدّم السيد يعقوب علّان، ممثل شركة PwC فلسطين، التقرير المالي المدقق للسنة المالية المنتهية، مستعرضاً النتائج المالية للمؤسسة، وقد جرى اعتماد التقرير والمصادقة عليه من قبل الجمعية العمومية حسب الأصول.
ويعكس عقد الاجتماعين التزام المؤسسة بتعزيز الحوكمة الرشيدة والشفافية والمساءلة، وترسيخ النهج التشاركي في رسم أولوياتها الاستراتيجية، بما يدعم قدرتها على مواصلة تمكين الشباب الفلسطيني والاستجابة للتحديات التنموية والاقتصادية المتغيرة.
On Tuesday, 23 June 2026, EFE-Palestine held its regular Board of Directors meeting, followed by its Annual General Assembly meeting in Ramallah. The meetings were attended by members of the Board of Directors and General Assembly, alongside Mr. Ron Bruder, Chairman of the Education For Employment Global Network, and Ms. Sarah Little, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Network. Representatives from Injaz Law Firm, the Foundation’s legal counsel, EFE-Palestine staff, and PwC Palestine, the Foundation’s external auditor, also participated.
The meetings were opened by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, H.E. Eng. Mazen Sinokrot, who welcomed participants and underscored the important role of the foundation's governing bodies in strengthening governance, transparency, and accountability, while advancing EFE-Palestine’s mission of empowering Palestinian youth through economic and professional opportunities.
During the Board of Directors meeting, members reviewed key institutional and operational developments and discussed progress against the Foundation’s strategic priorities and programmes. The Board also reviewed the final version of EFE-Palestine’s 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, developed in partnership with Dimensions Consulting, which will guide the Foundation’s efforts to enhance its sustainability and development impact in the years ahead.
During the Annual General Assembly meeting, EFE-Palestine’s Executive Director, Ms. Rania Kutteneh, presented the Foundation’s 2025 Annual Administrative Report, highlighting major achievements, results, and programme outcomes across employment, technical and vocational training, entrepreneurship, career guidance, and community and humanitarian interventions in Gaza. The presentation also addressed the economic and humanitarian context in which the Foundation operated throughout the year, the growing challenges facing Palestinian youth, and EFE-Palestine’s continued commitment to adapting its programmes to evolving labour market needs and youth priorities. The report was subsequently reviewed and formally approved by the General Assembly.
Mr. Yacoub Allan, representing PwC Palestine, then presented the audited financial statements for the fiscal year, outlining the Foundation’s financial performance and position. The financial report was subsequently reviewed and formally approved by the General Assembly.
The convening of both meetings reflects EFE-Palestine’s ongoing commitment to good governance, transparency, and accountability, as well as its participatory approach to shaping strategic priorities and strengthening its capacity to empower Palestinian youth and respond effectively to evolving economic and development challenges.
