إذا كنت شاباً أو شابة مهتماً/ة بقضايا مجتمعك، وعندك رغبة تتعلم أكثر عن المناصرة، القيادة، المشاركة المجتمعية، الإعلام الرقمي وصناعة المحتوى، فهذه الفرصة قد تكون مناسبة لك 💡✨

من خلال البرنامج، ستتعرّف على أدوات ومهارات تساعدك على فهم القضايا من حولك، والتعبير عنها بطريقة مؤثرة، والعمل مع شباب وشابات آخرين على تطوير أفكار وحملات رقمية مرتبطة بقضايا تهم مجتمعاتكم 🤝📢

سيتم تقسيم المشاركين إلى مجموعات تدريبية في مواعيد مختلفة، وسيكون التدريب:

• 📅 لمدة 3 أيام
• ⏰ بواقع 6 ساعات يومياً

المواعيد المتوقعة 🗓️
• المجموعة الاولى: نوفمبر 2026
• المجموعة الثانية: يناير 2027
• المجموعة الثالثة: فبراير 2027

بعد التدريب، سيعمل المشاركون معاً على تطوير حملة مناصرة رقمية حول قضية تهم الشباب أو النساء أو المجتمع المحلي، مع وجود متابعة ودعم خلال مرحلة تطوير وتنفيذ الحملة 🚀📱

الفرصة متاحة للشباب والنساء من عمر 18–35 عاماً من مختلف مناطق الضفة الغربية 🌍

لا يشترط وجود خبرة سابقة 🙌
الأهم هو وجود دافع حقيقي للتعلم، والاستعداد للمشاركة والعمل ضمن فريق، والرغبة في إحداث أثر إيجابي في المجتمع 💛

تعلن مؤسسة شِيم – شباب يصنع المستقبل عن طرح طلب عروض فنية ومالية لتقديم خدمات مهنية ضمن مشروع " تمكين الشباب والنساء من أجل السلام والمناصرة في فلسطين"، والمنفذ بدعم من مكتب ممثلية فنلندا من خلال صندوق التعاون المحلي.

يشمل نطاق العمل تصميم وتنفيذ ثلاث مجموعات تدريبية إلكترونية لبناء القدرات في مجالات المناصرة والقيادة والمساواة بين الجنسين والمشاركة المدنية، بالإضافة إلى تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد لدعم تطوير وتنفيذ ثلاث حملات مناصرة رقمية يقودها الشباب.

ندعو الشركات ومقدمي الخدمات المؤهلين والمسجلين محلياً، والذين يمتلكون الخبرة ذات الصلة، إلى الاطلاع على تفاصيل طلب العروض والتقدم ضمن الموعد المحدد.

تواصل جمعية وفاق لرعاية المرأة والطفل، بالشراكة مع شيم – شباب يصنع المستقبل، تنفيذ أعمال الحفر الامتصاصية في مخيمات النزوح بقطاع غزة، ضمن مشروع التدخل الطارئ في مجال المياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة.

تهدف الأعمال إلى تحسين الظروف الصحية والبيئية والحد من المخاطر التي تواجه الأسر النازحة.

نفخر بمواصلة هذا العمل مع جمعية وفاق، وبكل خطوة تسهم في توفير بيئة أكثر أماناً وكرامة للعائلات النازحة في غزة.

Wefaq Society for Women and Child Care, in partnership with Shiam – Youth Make the Future, continues work on septic-tanks in displacement camps in Gaza as part of the Emergency Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Intervention.

The work aims to improve health and environmental conditions and reduce risks facing displaced families.

We’re proud to continue this work with Wefaq and support every step toward a safer, more dignified environment for displaced families in Gaza.

ضمن مشروع "الرعاية الشبابية"، تم تسليم لجان الحماية المجتمعية في حلحول، بيت عوا، بيت فجار، وسعير حقائب إسعاف أولي، استكمالاً لتدريباتها في الإسعاف الأولي والإسعاف النفسي الأولي والتعامل مع الأزمات والطوارئ.

يُنفذ المشروع من قِبل جمعية التنمية المجتمعية والتعليم المستمر بالشراكة مع شيم – شباب يصنع المستقبل، وبتمويل من مؤسسة مكنولتي.

As part of the Youth Care – Y-Care project, Community Protection Committees in Halhul, Beit Awwa, Beit Fajjar, and Sa’ir received first aid kits following their training in first aid, psychological first aid, and crisis and emergency response.

The project is implemented by Community Development & Continuing Education Institute (CDCE-I) in partnership with Shiam – Youth Make the Future, with funding from McNulty Foundation.

ضمن مشروع الرعاية الشبابية – Y-Care، عقدت جمعية التنمية المجتمعية والتعليم المستمر (CDCE-I) جلستين لتبادل الخبرات، بمشاركة ممثلين عن لجان الحماية المجتمعية في حلحول، بيت عوا، بيت فجار، وسعير.

ناقش المشاركون الدروس المستفادة من عمل اللجان وسبل تعزيز استدامتها وتعاونها مع الجهات المحلية. يُنفذ المشروع من قِبل CDCE-I بالشراكة مع شيم – شباب يصنع المستقبل وبدعم من مؤسسة مكنولتي.

As part of the Youth Care – Y-Care project, Community Development & Continuing Education Institute (CDCE-I) held two sessions with Community Protection Committee representatives from Halhul, Beit Awwa, Beit Fajjar, and Sa’ir.

Participants shared lessons from the committees’ work and discussed ways to strengthen their sustainability and cooperation with local stakeholders. The project is implemented by CDCE-I in partnership with Shiam – Youth Make the Future, with funding from McNulty Foundation

من التدريب إلى الجاهزية

ضمن مشروع "الرعاية الشبابية – Y-Care"، تسلّمت لجان الحماية المجتمعية في حلحول، بيت عوا، بيت فجار، وسعير حقائب الإسعاف الأولي، بما يسهم في تعزيز جاهزيتها وقدرتها على الاستجابة للاحتياجات والحالات الطارئة في مجتمعاتها المحلية.
ويأتي تسليم الحقائب استكمالًا للتدريبات التي تلقاها المشاركون في الإسعاف الأولي والإسعاف النفسي الأولي والتعامل مع الأزمات والطوارئ، والتي هدفت إلى تزويدهم بالمعارف والمهارات اللازمة للاستجابة والمساندة الفاعلة في الميدان.

يُنفذ مشروع "الرعاية الشبابية – Y-Care" من قبل جمعية التنمية المجتمعية والتعليم المستمر (CDCE-I)، بالشراكة والدعم من مؤسسة شيم "شباب يصنع المستقبل"، وبتمويل من مؤسسة مكنولتي (McNulty Foundation).

From Training to Preparedness
As part of the “Youth Care – Y-Care” Project, the Community Protection Committees in Halhul, Beit Awwa, Beit Fajjar, and Sa’ir received first aid kits, contributing to strengthening their preparedness and capacity to respond to needs and emergency situations within their local communities.
The distribution of the kits builds on the training received by participants in First Aid, Psychological First Aid (PFA), and crisis and emergency response, which equipped them with the knowledge and practical skills needed to provide effective support and assistance in the field.

The “Youth Care – Y-Care” Project is implemented by the Community Development and Continuing Education Institute (CDCE-I), in partnership with and with the support of Shiam – Youth Make the Future, and funded by the McNulty Foundation.

Today, Ambassador Tarja Kangaskorte and Chairwoman Lana Abu Hijleh signed an agreement with Shiam - Youth Make the Future under Finland’s Fund for Local Cooperation (FLC).

Through the 12-month project “Empowering Youth and Women for Peace and Advocacy in Palestine”, 120 Palestinian women and young people will be supported to strengthen their leadership, advocacy and civic participation. The initiative will focus on gender equality, inclusion, women’s leadership and peacebuilding, combining capacity-building with digital advocacy, innovation and youth-led initiatives that contribute to stronger and more inclusive communities.

Finland remains committed to supporting the meaningful participation of women and youth in civic engagement and decision-making, in line with the principles of UNSCR 1325 on Women, Peace and Security and UNSCR 2250 on Youth, Peace and Security.

Empowering women and youth to participate, lead and shape their communities is an investment in a more inclusive and peaceful future.

We look forward to working closely with Shiam - Youth Make the Future to advance these shared goals and support greater opportunities for women and youth to contribute to the development and well-being of their communities.

اختتام برنامج عزيمة: مسارات يقودها الشباب للعيش بكرامة في محافظة جنين، والذي نُفذ من قبل منتدى الفكر الشبابي، بدعم من مؤسسة شيم – شباب يصنع المستقبل، وبتمويل من مؤسسة مكنولتي، على مدار ثلاثة أشهر، واستفاد منه 30 شابا وشابة.

جمع البرنامج بين الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، وبناء المهارات، والتدريب على إدارة المشاريع والتسويق والإسعاف الأولي، إلى جانب الإرشاد والمتابعة الفردية للمشاركين.

وفي إطار الانتقال من التدريب إلى التطبيق العملي، تم دعم المستفيدين بحزم من الأدوات والمعدات الإنتاجية الملائمة لمشاريعهم، والتي تنوعت بين مشاريع الأغذية، والصيانة، والخياطة، والتصنيع الغذائي، والأعمال الزراعية وغيرها، بما في ذلك مشاريع لأشخاص من ذوي الإعاقة، لمساعدتهم على تطوير مصادر دخل مستدامة وتعزيز اعتمادهم على أنفسهم.

نعتز في مؤسسة شيم – شباب يصنع المستقبل بهذه الشراكة وبما حققه البرنامج من نتائج، ونتطلع إلى مواصلة العمل مع شركائنا لخلق المزيد من الفرص التي تدعم الشباب وتمكّنهم اقتصاديا.

The “Azimeh: Youth-Led Pathways to Living with Dignity” program in Jenin Governorate has concluded after three months of implementation, benefiting 30 young women and men. The program was implemented by Youth Thought Forumمنتدى الفكر الشبابي, with the support of Shiam – Youth Make the Future, and funded by McNulty Foundation.

The program combined psychosocial support, skills development, and training in project management, marketing, and first aid, alongside individual mentoring and follow-up for participants.

As part of the transition from training to practical implementation, beneficiaries were supported with tailored packages of productive tools and equipment for projects in food production, maintenance, sewing, home-based food processing, agriculture, and other areas, including projects led by persons with disabilities, helping them develop sustainable sources of income and strengthen their self-reliance.

At Shiam – Youth Make the Future, we are proud of this partnership and the results achieved through the program, and we look forward to continuing our work with our partners to create more opportunities that support youth and strengthen their economic empowerment.
