اختتمت مؤسسة تعاون لحل الصراع تدريباً متخصصاً في محافظة جنين، استهدف عشرات الطلبة من الجامعات الفلسطينية، بعنوان “الإعلام والصراع والحوار”، واستمر على مدار يومين بواقع 16 ساعة تدريبية.
يأتي تنظيم هذا التدريب ضمن مشروع “خبز وملح” الذي تنفذه المؤسسة بالشراكة مع DW وبتمويل من الاتحاد الأوروبي و BMZ بهدف تعزيز دور الشباب في تبني ممارسات إعلامية مسؤولة، وتطوير خطاب مهني يسهم في إدارة النزاعات وتعزيز الحوار المجتمعي.
شمل التدريب عدداً من المحاور الرئيسية، من بينها مفاهيم الإعلام الحساس للنزاعات، وأخلاقيات العمل الإعلامي، إلى جانب مهارات وأدوات الحوار البنّاء. كما تضمن تطبيقات عملية ركزت على تمكين الطلبة من إنتاج محتوى إعلامي واعٍ يراعي خصوصية السياق المجتمعي ويسهم في تعزيز السلم الأهلي.
وأكدت المؤسسة أن هذا التدريب يأتي في إطار مساعيها المستمرة لتمكين طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية، وتطوير قدراتهم ليكونوا فاعلين في نشر ثقافة الحوار والتفاهم، لا سيما في ظل التحديات الراهنة التي يشهدها المجتمع.
Taawon for Conflict Resolution concluded a specialized training in Jenin Governorate, targeting dozens of Palestinian university students. The training, titled “Media, Conflict, and Dialogue,” was delivered over two days, totaling 16 training hours.
The training was organized as part of the “Bread and Salt” project, implemented by the organization in partnership with DW and funded by the European Union and BMZ. It aims to strengthen the role of youth in adopting responsible media practices and to foster professional discourse that contributes to conflict management and the promotion of community dialogue.
The training covered several key areas, including concepts of conflict-sensitive media, media ethics, as well as constructive dialogue skills and tools. It also featured practical sessions focused on empowering students to produce informed media content that is responsive to the societal context and contributes to strengthening social cohesion.
The organization emphasized that this training falls within its ongoing efforts to empower Palestinian university students and enhance their capacities to play an active role in promoting a culture of dialogue and mutual understanding, particularly in light of the current challenges facing society.
