The program objectives are:
* To enhance the competencies of Palestinian youth to compete for employment opportunities in the local market and abroad;
* To improve the access of Palestinian youth to the information, resources, and linkages required to make informed career decisions and gain useful employment; and
* To facilitate sound opportunities for regional and international businesses
to set up outsourcing entities in Palestine employing Palestinian human resources. In total, more than 12,000 youth will be exposed to the program activities over the course of three years and around 350 youth will gain long-term employment. The program will address qualified and semi-qualified youth and young adults to have their skills upgraded or need assistance in being placed in an employment opportunity. The program will also recruit potential entrepreneurs who have promising ideas and link them to market players and incubate them with the goal of creating new employment opportunities. The program is funded by:

* The Arab Fund for Social and Economic Development
* The Swiss Agency for Development and Co-operation
The YES program is managed by and at the Welfare Association by a 3-person professional team situated in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Although individual program activities are implemented by various local and international program partners (NGOs, private, and public institutions) selected in most cases through a competitive process.
