Leading a sustainable microfinance sector as an integral part of the Palestinian national economy.

The Palestinian Network for Small & Microfinance, herein after referred to as “Sharakeh,” is a non-profit non-governmental organization established in 2002 in the city of Ramallah according to the law of charitable associations. Its mandate was stated as “building and developing the sector of small and micro finance for contributing in the development of the small and micro finance projects through: representation, support, organization, and empowering the people applying to these services in Palestine.” Its field of work was declared to be “supporting and empowering institutions working in the small and micro finance sector, and creating the appropriate legal and competitive environment.”

أصدر الاتحاد الفلسطيني لشركات الإقراض، بدعم من مؤسسة ضمان للمشاريع الصغيرة، دراسة أعدّتها شركة حلول حول واقع تنظيم وعمل مؤسسات التمويل الأصغر في فلسطين، من خلال مقارنة الإطار التنظيمي والضريبي والتسعيري مع الأردن، مصر، تونس، والمغرب.
وتبرز نتائج الدراسة خصوصية الحالة الفلسطينية، خاصة من حيث العبء الضريبي المتمثل بخضوع أرباح مؤسسات التمويل الأصغر لضريبة الدخل وضريبة القيمة المضافة معا، إلى جانب فرض ضرائب على المؤسسات غير الربحية، وهو ما لا يطبق في الدول المقارنة.

اختتم الاتحاد الفلسطيني لشركات الإقراض الصغير ومتناهي الصغر "شراكة"، 3 تدريبات متخصصة في الربع الأول من عام 2026، ضمن مشروعه الممول من صندوق سند (Finance in Motion).

تم تنفيذ البرامج التدريبية في شركة فاتن - رام الله، بمشاركة 57 موظفا وموظفة من 9 شركات إقراض متخصصة.
