على مدار الشهرين الماضيين، واصل فريق تثقيف المخاطر في مركز العمل التنموي معاً، جهوده الميدانية للوصول إلى أفراد المجتمع المدني من خلال جلسات التوعية التفاعلية، إيمانًا بأن الوعي هو الخطوة الأولى نحو تعزيز السلامة والحماية.

خلال هذه الفترة، تم الوصول الى أكثر من 4800 مستفيد في غزة، من مختلف الفئات العمرية. وقد تنوعت الجلسات بين النقاشات التفاعلية والأنشطة العملية والرسائل التوعوية التي ركزت على تعزيز السلوكيات الآمنة ورفع مستوى الوعي لدى المشاركين.

ما يجعل هذه الأرقام أكثر أهمية هو ما يقف خلفها من قصص وتفاعل ومشاركة حقيقية؛ أسئلة طُرحت، ومفاهيم تم توضيحها، ورسائل وصلت إلى الأسر والمجتمعات من خلال المشاركين أنفسهم.

يأتي هذا الإنجاز ضمن مشروع التوعية من المخاطر بشراكة مثمرة بين مركز العمل التنموي معاً ومنظمة HALO Trust.

Over the past two months, MA’AN Development Center’s Risk Education Team continued its field efforts to reach the civil society through interactive awareness sessions, believing that awareness is the first step towards promoting safety and protection.

During this period, we reached more than 4,800 beneficiaries in Gaza, from various age groups. The sessions included interactive discussions, practical activities, and awareness messages focused on promoting safe behaviors and raising awareness among participants.

What makes these numbers even more significant is the genuine stories, interaction, and participation behind them; questions raised, concepts clarified, and messages conveyed to families and communities through the participants themselves.

This achievement is part of the Risk Education Project, a fruitful partnership between the MA’AN Development Center and the HALO Trust.

استقبل فريق مشروع "لفت"، الذي ينفذه مركز العمل التنموي/ معاً، السيدة ليانا ناصر، مديرة مؤسسة We Effect، والسيد مراد حوساني، منسق البرنامج، بمشاركة ممثل عن مديرية الزراعة في جنين، خلال زيارة ميدانية إلى بلدة كفرذان بمحافظة جنين، بهدف الاطلاع على سير تنفيذ أنشطة المشروع ومتابعة التقدم المحرز في تحقيق أهدافه.

وتضمنت الزيارة لقاءً مع لجنة المشروع في البلدة وعدداً من المستفيدين، حيث جرى استعراض التدخلات والأنشطة المزمع تنفيذها، والنتائج المتوقعة على مستوى دعم المزارعين وتعزيز التنمية المحلية. كما ناقش المشاركون الخطط المستقبلية وآليات تعظيم أثر المشروع بما يلبي احتياجات المجتمع المحلي ويسهم في تعزيز صموده.

وخلال الزيارة، أعربت السيدة ليانا ناصر عن تقديرها للجهود التي يبذلها مركز العمل التنموي/ معاً وشركاؤه المحليون في تنفيذ المشروع، مؤكدة أهمية مواصلة العمل المشترك لتحقيق الأهداف التنموية المنشودة وتعزيز فرص التنمية المستدامة في المناطق المستهدفة.

من جانبه، أكد فريق المشروع أهمية الشراكة الاستراتيجية مع مؤسسة We Effect، مشيراً إلى أن هذا التعاون يشكل ركيزة أساسية في دعم تنفيذ أنشطة مشروع "لفت" وتحقيق أثر تنموي مستدام يعود بالنفع على أهالي بلدة كفرذان والمناطق الأخرى المستهدفة في محافظة جنين.

📌 Field Visit to Review the Progress of the LIFT Project in Kafr Dan, Jenin Governorate

The LIFT Project team, implemented by MA’AN Development Center, welcomed Ms. Liana Nasser, We Effect Country Director, and Mr. Murad Housani, Program Coordinator, with the participation of a representative from the Directorate of Agriculture in Jenin, during a field visit to the town of Kafr Dan in Jenin Governorate. The visit aimed to review the progress of project activities and follow up on achievements made toward the project’s objectives.

The visit included a meeting with the project committee in Kafr Dan and a number of beneficiaries, during which planned interventions and activities, as well as the expected outcomes in supporting farmers and promoting local development, were presented. Participants also discussed future plans and mechanisms to maximize the project's impact in addressing community needs and strengthening local resilience.

During the visit, Ms. Liana Nasser expressed her appreciation for the efforts made by MA’AN Development Center and its local partners in implementing the project, emphasizing the importance of continuing joint efforts to achieve the project’s development goals and promote sustainable development in the targeted areas.

For its part, the project team highlighted the importance of the strategic partnership with We Effect, noting that this collaboration represents a key pillar in supporting the implementation of LIFT Project activities and achieving sustainable development outcomes that benefit the residents of Kafr Dan and other targeted communities across Jenin Governorate.

📌نفذ مركز العمل التنموي معاً تدخلات تنموية في الأغوار بميزانية تجاوزت 3.5 مليون دولار أمريكي منذ2020 حتى 2025.
نفذ مركز العمل التنموي معاً سلسلة من التدخلات التنموية المتكاملة في مناطق الأغوار الفلسطينية خلال الفترة 2020–2025، مستهدفاً تعزيز صمود المجتمعات المحلية وتحسين الخدمات الأساسية في قطاعات التعليم والصحة والمياه والمأوى والتمكين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والزراعة والمهارات الحياتية للأطفال، بميزانية إجمالية بلغت 3,510,612 دولاراً أمريكياً.

شملت التدخلات في قطاع التعليم مشاريع ترميم وصيانة 25 مدرسة، وإنشاء مرافق تعليمية جديدة، وتزويد المدارس بالأثاث والمعدات التعليمية، ليستفيد منها أكثر من 3,600 طالب وطالبة، وبموازنة بلغت 824,100 دولار أمريكي.

في قطاع الصحة، نفذ المركز مشاريع لترميم وصيانة ثلاث عيادات صحية، وإنشاء مركز للأمومة والطفولة، وبناء طابق إضافي في العوجا، بموازنة بلغت 212,000 دولار أمريكي، استفاد منها نحو 6,900 شخص.

أما في قطاع المياه، فقد عمل المركز على تمديد شبكات مياه الشرب وتحسين وصول الأسر إلى المياه الآمنة في عدد من التجمعات السكانية، بميزانية بلغت 82,000 دولار أمريكي، استفاد منها 1,177 شخصاً.

في قطاع المأوى، نفذ المركز أعمال ترميم وبناء منازل للأسر المحتاجة، شملت ترميم 295 منزلاً وبناء 105 منازل جديدة، بموازنة بلغت 1,620,000 دولار أمريكي، استفاد منها 2,400 شخص.

كما نفذ المركز برامج التمكين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي الهادفة إلى تعزيز فرص العمل وتحسين سبل العيش، من خلال تدريب النساء ودعم المشاريع المدرة للدخل، بموازنة بلغت 442,000 دولار أمريكي.

في قطاع الزراعة، ساهم المركز في تأهيل الأراضي الزراعية وشق الطرق الزراعية وتوفير مستلزمات الإنتاج للمزارعين، إضافة إلى تنفيذ مشاريع لدعم الأمن الغذائي، بموازنة بلغت 269,512 دولاراً أمريكياً.

في قطاع المهارات الحياتية للأطفال، نفذ المركز برامج تدريبية وأنشطة مجتمعية استهدفت الأطفال واليافعين لتعزيز مهاراتهم الحياتية والقيادية، بموازنة بلغت 61,000 دولار أمريكي، استفاد منها 656 طفلاً وطفلة.

واستكمالاً لهذه الجهود، يعتزم مركز العمل التنموي معاً تنفيذ حزمة جديدة من التدخلات التنموية خلال الأعوام 2025–2028 بميزانية إجمالية تبلغ 2,793,761 دولاراً أمريكياً، موزعة على قطاع التعليم (674,000 دولار)، والصحة (410,000 دولار)، والمياه (59,541 دولاراً)، والزراعة (220,220 دولاراً)، والتمكين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي (1,700,000 دولار)، والمهارات الحياتية للأطفال (90,000 دولار)، بما يسهم في تعزيز التنمية المستدامة وتحسين جودة الحياة في الأغوار الفلسطينية.

MA’AN Development Center Implements Development 📌
Interventions in the Jordan Valley with a Budget Exceeding USD 3.5 Million

MA’AN Development Center implemented a series of integrated development interventions across Palestinian Jordan Valley communities during the period 2020–2025, aiming to strengthen community resilience and improve essential services in the sectors of Education, Health, WASH, Shelter, Socio-economic Empowerment, Agriculture, and PSS (Psychosocial Support). The total budget allocated to these interventions amounted to USD 3,510,612.

In the Education Sector, MA’AN carried out the rehabilitation and maintenance of 25 schools, constructed new educational facilities, and supplied schools with furniture and educational equipment, benefiting more than 3,600 students. The total budget for this sector reached USD 824,100.

In the Health Sector, the center rehabilitated and maintained three health clinics, established a Maternal and Childhood Center, and constructed an additional floor in Al-Auja, with a budget of USD 212,000, benefiting approximately 6,900 people.

Within the WASH Sector, MA’AN extended drinking water networks and improved access to safe water for households in several communities. These interventions were implemented with a budget of USD 82,000 and benefited 1,177 people.

In the Shelter Sector, the center rehabilitated and constructed housing units for vulnerable families, including the rehabilitation of 295 homes and the construction of 105 new houses, with a budget of USD 1,620,000, benefiting 2,400 individuals.

MA’AN also implemented Socio-economic Empowerment programs aimed at enhancing livelihoods and employment opportunities through women’s training and support for income-generating projects. The budget allocated to this sector amounted to USD 442,000.

In the Agriculture Sector, the center contributed to land rehabilitation, agricultural road construction, the provision of agricultural inputs, and food security interventions for vulnerable households, with a budget of USD 269,512.

In the PSS Sector, MA’AN implemented training programs and community activities designed to enhance children’s psychosocial well-being and life skills. These activities were carried out with a budget of USD 61,000 and benefited 656 children.

Building on these achievements, MA’AN Development Center plans to implement a new package of development interventions during 2025–2028 with a total budget of USD 2,793,761, distributed across the Education Sector (USD 674,000), Health Sector (USD 410,000), WASH Sector (USD 59,541), Agriculture Sector (USD 220,220), Economic and Social Empowerment Sector (USD 1,700,000), and PSS Sector (USD 90,000), contributing to sustainable development and improved quality of life in Palestinian Jordan Valley communities.

زار وفد من مركز العمل التنموي / معاً، ضم مدير مكتب الشمال المهندس حسن أبو الرب، والمهندس رامي أبو بكر، والمهندسة فلسطين أبو بكر، بلدية يعبد، حيث كان في استقبالهم رئيس البلدية الدكتور سامر أبو بكر، وأعضاء المجلس البلدي أحمد أبو بكر ولبنى حمارشة، بحضور مدراء الدوائر والأقسام في البلدية.

جرى خلال اللقاء بحث آفاق التعاون المشترك بين مركز معاً وبلدية يعبد، ومناقشة أبرز الأولويات والاحتياجات التنموية في البلدة، خاصة في قطاعات المياه والصحة والبيئة والزراعة والطاقة البديلة، بما يسهم في تحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين وتعزيز صمودهم.

ركزت النقاشات على التحديات المرتبطة بشح المياه في قرية الطرم وتجمع أمريحة، حيث تم استعراض الواقع القائم والاحتياجات الملحة، والتأكيد على أهمية العمل المشترك لتطوير تدخلات تسهم في تحسين وصول السكان إلى المياه والتخفيف من آثار الأزمة.

كما تناول اللقاء سبل دعم الجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز الصحة العامة وتحسين الواقع البيئي في البلدة، من خلال تنفيذ مشاريع ومبادرات تنموية تستجيب لاحتياجات المجتمع المحلي.

وأكد وفد مركز العمل التنموي / معاً التزام المركز بمواصلة التعاون مع الهيئات المحلية والشركاء، والعمل على تطوير مشاريع تنموية مستدامة تستجيب لأولويات المواطنين وتسهم في تحسين جودة الحياة في مختلف المناطق المستهدفة.
📌 MA’AN Development Center Discusses Enhanced Cooperation with Ya'bad Municipality to Implement Development Projects

A delegation from MA’AN Development Center, including Northern Office Director Eng. Hassan Abu Al-Rub, Eng. Rami Abu Baker, and Eng. Palestine Abu Baker, visited Ya'bad Municipality, where they were received by Mayor Dr. Samer Abu Baker, Municipal Council members Ahmad Abu Baker and Lubna Hamarsha, in the presence of heads of municipal departments and divisions.

During the meeting, both parties discussed prospects for strengthening cooperation between MA’AN Development Center and Ya'bad Municipality, as well as the town’s key development priorities and needs, particularly in the sectors of water, health, environment, agriculture, and renewable energy, with the aim of improving services provided to citizens and enhancing their resilience.

Discussions focused on the challenges related to water scarcity in Al-Turm Village and the Ameriha community, where the current situation and urgent needs were reviewed. The participants emphasized the importance of joint efforts to develop interventions that improve access to water and help mitigate the impacts of the ongoing crisis.

The meeting also addressed ways to support efforts aimed at promoting public health and improving environmental conditions in the town through the implementation of development projects and initiatives that respond to the needs of the local community.

MA’AN Development Center delegation reaffirmed the Center’s commitment to continuing cooperation with local authorities and partners, and to developing sustainable development projects that respond to citizens’ priorities and contribute to improving quality of life in the targeted areas.

📌تعزيزاً للقيادة المجتمعية والحماية: إطلاق مساحة آمنة للنساء والفتيات النازحات في دير البلح
أطلق مركز العمل التنموي - معاً مساحة آمنة لتمكين النساء والفتيات في المحافظة الوسطى، وتحديداً في مخيم الست أميرة بمدينة دير البلح، ضمن مشروع "تمكين النساء والفتيات النازحات في قطاع غزة من خلال القيادة والحماية والعمل المجتمعي"، الذي ينفذه المركز بالشراكة مع هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة وبتمويل من صندوق المرأة للسلام والعمل الإنساني.
ويأتي إطلاق هذه المساحة الآمنة في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز صمود النساء والفتيات النازحات، وتوفير بيئة داعمة وآمنة تسهم في تنمية قدراتهن وتمكينهن من المشاركة الفاعلة في مجتمعاتهن، في ظل التحديات الإنسانية والاجتماعية المتفاقمة التي يشهدها قطاع غزة.
ويهدف المشروع إلى دعم النساء والفتيات من خلال مجموعة متكاملة من الأنشطة والبرامج التي تركز على بناء القدرات القيادية، وتعزيز الحماية والدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، إلى جانب تطوير المهارات الحياتية والمجتمعية، بما يعزز مشاركتهن في عمليات التعافي المجتمعي وصنع القرار على المستويين المحلي والمجتمعي.
كما تسعى المساحة الآمنة إلى توفير برامج تدريبية وتوعوية متخصصة في مجالات القيادة، والحقوق، والمناصرة، والمشاركة المجتمعية، إضافة إلى دعم المبادرات المجتمعية التي تقودها النساء والفتيات بما يسهم في تعزيز دورهن كشريكات فاعلات في التغيير المجتمعي.
ويستهدف المشروع فئات عمرية متعددة تشمل الفتيات من عمر (13–17) عاماً، والشابات من (18–29) عاماً، والنساء فوق سن الثلاثين، من خلال أنشطة متنوعة تراعي احتياجاتهن المختلفة، وتسهم في تعزيز الثقة بالنفس، والتمكين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، وتنمية المرونة النفسية.
ويؤكد مركز العمل التنموي - معاً أن افتتاح هذه المساحة يمثل خطوة مهمة نحو تعزيز حضور النساء والفتيات النازحات في الحياة المجتمعية، ودعم أدوارهن في القيادة والعمل المجتمعي، بما يساهم في بناء مجتمع أكثر تماسكاً وعدالة وشمولاً.
📌Enhancing Community Leadership and Protection: Launch of a Safe Space for Displaced Women and Girls in Deir Al-Balah

MA’AN Development Center has launched a safe space for the empowerment of women and girls in the Central Governorate, specifically in Al-Set Ameera Camp in Deir Al-Balah, as part of the project “Empowering Displaced Women and Girls in Gaza through Leadership, Protection, and Community Action.” The project is implemented by MA’AN in partnership with UN Women and funded by the Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund.
The launch of this safe space comes as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the resilience of displaced women and girls and to provide a supportive and secure environment that fosters their development and enables them to actively participate in their communities amid the worsening humanitarian and social challenges facing the Gaza Strip.
The project aims to support women and girls through a comprehensive package of activities and programs focused on leadership development, protection, psychosocial support, and the enhancement of life and community skills. These efforts seek to strengthen their participation in community recovery processes and decision-making at both the local and community levels.
The safe space will also offer specialized training and awareness programs in leadership, rights, advocacy, and community participation, in addition to supporting community initiatives led by women and girls, thereby reinforcing their role as active agents of social change.
The project targets various age groups, including adolescent girls aged 13–17, young women aged 18–29, and women over the age of 30, through a range of activities tailored to their specific needs. These activities aim to build self-confidence, promote social and economic empowerment, and enhance psychological resilience.
MA’AN emphasizes that the opening of this safe space represents an important step toward strengthening the presence of displaced women and girls in community life and supporting their roles in leadership and community action, contributing to the creation of a more cohesive, inclusive, and just society.

تواصل التجمعات الفلسطينية في المنطقة (ج) جنوب الضفة الغربية، وخاصة في مسافر يطا وشرق بيت لحم وعلى امتداد شارع 317، مواجهة تحديات متزايدة في الوصول إلى المياه الآمنة والمنتظمة نتيجة اعتداءات المستوطنين، والقيود المفروضة على الحركة، وتراجع كميات المياه المتاحة.

استجابةً لهذه الاحتياجات الملحة، نفّذ مركز العمل التنموي/معاً، بدعم من الصندوق الإنساني للأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، تدخلاً متكاملاً في قطاع المياه والإصحاح البيئي يهدف إلى تحسين وصول الأسر الأكثر ضعفاً إلى المياه وتعزيز قدرتها على الصمود في مواجهة الأزمات المتكررة.

شملت التدخلات توزيع 380 خزان مياه متنقل بسعة 10 أمتار مكعبة، وتأهيل آبار جمع المياه المتضررة، وتنفيذ إجراءات لتحسين جودة المياه، وتنظيم جلسات توعية حول التخزين الآمن للمياه واستخدام الكلور، بالإضافة إلى توفير المياه الطارئة من خلال صهاريج نقل المياه.

Across Area C of the southern West Bank, communities in Masafer Yatta, East Bethlehem, and along Road 317 continue to face severe challenges in accessing safe and reliable water due to settler violence, movement restrictions, and reduced water supplies.

To help address these urgent needs, MA’AN Development Center, with support from the oPt Humanitarian Fund, implemented an integrated emergency WASH response aimed at improving access to water and strengthening community resilience. Through the distribution of 380 portable water bladders, rehabilitation of water cisterns, water quality interventions, awareness activities, and emergency water trucking, vulnerable families are better equipped to cope with ongoing disruptions and protect their access to this essential resource.

This video highlights the impact of these interventions and the resilience of the communities they support.

📌 تنفيذ اليوم التدريبي الثاني ضمن سلسلة تدريبات تطوير نماذج أعمال اقتصادية اجتماعية في الخليل

نفذ مركز العمل التنموي – معاً ومركز الفن الشعبي اليوم التدريبي الثاني من سلسلة تدريبات تطوير نماذج أعمال اقتصادية اجتماعية، بمشاركة 35 مبادرة اقتصاد اجتماعي في مجال الحرف اليدوية من محافظتي بيت لحم والخليل، وذلك في مقر غرفة تجارة وصناعة محافظة الخليل.

يأتي هذا التدريب ضمن مشروع “تعزيز مبادرات الاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني من أجل الصمود الاقتصادي الشامل في بيت لحم والخليل”، بالشراكة مع مؤسسة التضامن الاشتراكي البلجيكي، وبتمويل من منطقة العاصمة بروكسل.

يهدف البرنامج التدريبي إلى تعزيز قدرات المبادرات المشاركة في تطوير نماذج أعمال مستدامة، ودعم مشاريع الاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني بما يسهم في تعزيز الصمود الاقتصادي وخلق فرص تنموية مستدامة للفئات المستهدفة.

📌 Implementation of the Second Training Day in a Series on Developing Social and Economic Business Models in Hebron

MA’AN Development Center and the Popular Art Centre implemented the second training day of a series of trainings on developing social and economic business models, with the participation of 35 social economy initiatives in the handicrafts sector from Bethlehem and Hebron governorates. The training was held at the Hebron Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

This training comes within the project “Promoting Social and Solidarity Economy Initiatives for Inclusive Economic Resilience in Bethlehem and Hebron,” implemented in partnership with SOLSOC and funded by the Brussels-Capital Region.

The training program aims to strengthen the capacities of participating initiatives in developing sustainable business models and supporting social and solidarity economy projects, contributing to enhanced economic resilience and creating sustainable development opportunities for the targeted groups.

📌الانتهاء من أعمال ترميم وتوسعة في عيادة عرانة وإنشاء مختبر طبي:
يواصل مركز العمل التنموي/ معاً تنفيذ تدخلاته الهادفة إلى تعزيز الخدمات الصحية وتحسين بيئة المرافق الطبية، حيث تم الانتهاء من أعمال ترميم وتوسعة عيادة عرانة في محافظة جنين، بدعم من التضامن الفرنسي الفلسطيني (AFPS) وبالتنسيق مع وزارة الصحة.

وشملت الأعمال إنشاء مختبر طبي متكامل داخل العيادة، ، إضافة إلى أعمال إعادة التقطيع الداخلي بما يسهم في تحسين كفاءة استخدام المساحات داخل العيادة. كما تضمنت الأعمال توسعة قاعة الانتظار وتحسين مدخل العيادة، بهدف توفير بيئة أكثر راحة وملاءمة للمرضى والمراجعين.

ومن المقرر تزويد المختبر بالأجهزة الطبية اللازمة فور الانتهاء من إجراءات التوريد، بما يعزز من جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للسكان.
ويستفيد من خدمات العيادة بشكل شهري حوالي 2822 مستفيداً ومستفيدة، من بينهم 1597 امرأة و1221 رجلاً، إضافة إلى الطاقم الطبي العامل في العيادة.

ويأتي هذا التدخل ضمن جهود معاً الهادفة إلى دعم القطاع الصحي وتعزيز صمود المجتمعات الفلسطينية من خلال تطوير البنية التحتية الصحية وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين.

📌Completion of Renovation and Expansion Works at Arrana Clinic and Establishment of a Medical Laboratory

MA’AN Development center continues to implement interventions aimed at strengthening healthcare services and improving the environment of medical facilities. Renovation and expansion works at Arrana Clinic in Jenin Governorate have now been completed, with support from the French-Palestinian Solidarity Association (AFPS) and in coordination with the Ministry of Health.

The works included the establishment of a fully integrated medical laboratory within the clinic, in addition to internal reconfiguration works to improve the efficient use of available space. The intervention also involved expanding the waiting hall and improving the clinic’s entrance to provide a more comfortable and accessible environment for patients and visitors.

The laboratory will be equipped with the necessary medical devices upon completion of procurement procedures, further enhancing the quality of healthcare services provided to the local population.

The clinic serves approximately 2,822 beneficiaries each month, including 1,597 women and 1,221 men, in addition to the medical staff working at the facility.

This intervention comes as part of MA’AN’s ongoing efforts to support the healthcare sector and strengthen the resilience of Palestinian communities through the development of health infrastructure and the improvement of services provided to citizens.
