ضمن مشروع نساء مؤثرات، نظمت مؤسسة تقدم جولة بيئية في القدس لعدد من النساء ركزت على الزراعة المنزلية واستغلال المساحات الصغيرة خلال الجولة قامت المشاركات بزراعة شتلات وتعلم خطوات عملية للزراعة في البيت
As part of the Women of Influence project, Takadom Foundation organized an environmental tour in Jerusalem for a group of women, focusing on home gardening and making use of small spaces. During the tour, participants planted seedlings and learned practical steps for growing at home.

نفذت مؤسسة تقدّم جولة ميدانية في القدس ضمن فعاليات سرد القصص والعمل من أجل تعزيز الظهور وتمكين النساء وفّرت الجولة مساحة آمنة وداعمة لمجموعة من النساء للتعبير عن تجاربهن ومشاعرهن، ومشاركة قصصهن، والتفريغ النفسي من خلال أنشطة تفاعلية ساهمت في تعزيز قدرتهن على التعبير عن أنفسهن وإيصال أصواتهن في بيئة آمنة وداعمة.
As part of the ongoing activities under the Save the Youth program, funded by the Threshold Foundation, Takadom conducted a field tour in Jerusalem as part of the Storytelling and Action for Visibility and Women Empowerment activities. The tour provided a safe and supportive space for a group of women to express their experiences and emotions, share their stories, and engage in activities that supported emotional release and self-expression. The experience also helped strengthen their confidence and ability to make their voices heard in a safe and empowering environment.

Takadom Is Proud of Its Executive Director, Wisam Ziadeh
On behalf of Takadom, we express our great pride in and appreciation for our Executive Director, Wisam Ziadeh, and congratulate her on successfully completing the first cohort of the Training of Trainers (ToT) Program at Peace Activation, following a profound educational and professional journey that extended over an entire year.
This experience was much more than a training program. It was a deep human journey toward inner peace, self-awareness, understanding differences and conflict, and developing the ability to engage in dialogue and listen from a more conscious and grounded space.
We are proud that this experience and knowledge will enrich Takadom’s work, programs, and initiatives, contributing to strengthening the capacities of the women, youth, and communities we work with through more human-centered and conscious approaches to peacebuilding.
Our sincere thanks and appreciation to Peace Activation for creating such a meaningful educational and human space, and for supporting participants through scholarships that make access to opportunities like this possible.

باسم مؤسسة تقدم (Takadom)، نعبّر عن فخرنا واعتزازنا برئيستنا التنفيذية وسام زيادة، ونهنئها على إتمامها بنجاح الدفعة الأولى من برنامج تدريب المدربين (Training of Trainers) في Peace Activation، بعد رحلة تعليمية ومهنية عميقة امتدت على مدار عام كامل.
لم تكن هذه التجربة مجرد تدريب، بل كانت رحلة إنسانية عميقة نحو السلام الداخلي، والوعي بالذات، وفهم الاختلاف والنزاع، والقدرة على الحوار والاستماع من مساحة أكثر وعيًا واتزانًا.
ونفخر بأن هذه الخبرة والمعرفة ستنعكس على عمل تقدم وبرامجها ومبادراتها، وستساهم في تعزيز قدرات النساء والشباب والمجتمعات التي نعمل معها، من خلال مقاربات أكثر إنسانية ووعيًا في بناء السلام.
كل الشكر والتقدير إلى Peace Activation على هذه المساحة التعليمية والإنسانية العميقة، وعلى دعم المشاركين من خلال المنح التي تجعل الوصول إلى مثل هذه الفرص ممكنًا.

دورة تدريبية في القدس | مشروع أصوات التغيير
نظّمت دورة تدريبية لمدة يومين في القدس تحت مشروع اصوات التغيير الممول منالاتحاد الاوروبي تحت عنوان التمثيل الديقراطي والمشاركة الفعالة بهدف تمكين الشباب والنساء الفلطسنين من اجل قيادة وحوار شاملين من خلاا تطوير مهارات القيادة والحوار والمشاركة المدنية ترجمه الى الانجليزي دورة تدريبية لمدة يومين في القدس ضمن مشروع «أصوات التغيير: تمكين الشباب والنساء من أجل قيادة وحوار شاملين»، والمموّل من الاتحاد الأوروبي بالشراكة مع مؤسسة نساء الشمس.
ركزت الدورة التدريبية على موضوع «التمثيل الديمقراطي والمشاركة الفعّالة»، بهدف تمكين الشباب والنساء الفلسطينيين وتعزيز دورهم في بناء قيادة وحوار أكثر شمولًا.

ومن خلال أنشطة تفاعلية وتدريبات عملية، طوّر المشاركون مهاراتهم في القيادة، والحوار، والمشاركة المدنية، والانخراط المجتمعي الفعّال، بما يعزز قدرتهم على أن يكونوا صانعي تغيير في مجتمعاتهم.

معًا، نستثمر في أصوات الشباب والنساء الفلسطينيين وقيادتهم ومشاركتهم من أجل بناء مجتمعات أكثر شمولًا.

Training Workshop in Jerusalem | Voices of Change
Takadom organized a two-day training workshop in Jerusalem as part of the “Voices of Change: Empowering Youth and Women for Inclusive Leadership and Dialogue” project, funded by the European Union in partnership with Women of the Sun..
The training focused on “Democratic Representation and Active Participation,” with the aim of empowering Palestinian youth and women and strengthening their role in building more inclusive leadership and dialogue.
Through interactive activities and practical exercises, participants developed their skills in leadership, dialogue, civic participation, and active community engagement, strengthening their ability to become changemakers in their communities.
Together, we invest in the voices, leadership, and participation of Palestinian youth and women to build more inclusive communities.
Our voices matter. Our participation makes a difference. Leadership creates change.

Takadom for Peace was honored to participate in the Paris Forum for Peace following an invitation from the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, ALLMEP, and Principles for Peace.
This important gathering provided a valuable platform to bring Palestinian voices to the international community and to highlight the realities, needs, and challenges faced by Palestinian women and youth. It also created opportunities to build new partnerships and strengthen international cooperation in support of women’s empowerment.
We are grateful to the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, ALLMEP, and Principles for Peace for this opportunity to engage with policymakers, donors, civil society leaders, and peacebuilders from around the world. These meaningful conversations reinforced the importance of investing in local leadership and ensuring that Palestinian women have a stronger voice in shaping their future.
At Takadom for Peace, we remain committed to advancing inclusive peacebuilding, empowering women and youth, and build cooperation that contribute to a more just, peaceful, and sustainable future for all.
تشرفت تقدُم من أجل السلام بالمشاركة في منتدى باريس للسلام، وذلك بدعوة كريمة من وزارة أوروبا والشؤون الخارجية الفرنسية، وتحالف ALLMEP، و مؤسسة مبادئ السلام (Principles for Peace).
شكّل هذا المنتدى منصة مهمة لإيصال الأصوات الفلسطينية إلى المجتمع الدولي، وتسليط الضوء على الواقع والاحتياجات والتحديات التي تواجه النساء والشباب الفلسطينيين. كما أتاح فرصًا قيّمة لبناء شراكات جديدة وتعزيز التعاون الدولي لدعم برامج تمكين المرأة .

In a small village south of Ramallah, one woman showed what community leadership truly looks like.

When she received 10 Ramadan food and hygiene baskets through Takadom Palestine تقدم , she didn’t simply distribute them equally. Instead, she carefully assessed the needs of women in her village and redistributed the contents based on who needed what most.

She was even reluctant to take anything for herself, believing others were in more difficult situations.

Her approach is rooted in self-reliance. With a small but productive homestead—chickens for eggs, goats for milk and cheese, and horses to work her land—she is able to support her household while maintaining independence and dignity.

But her vision goes further. She hopes to expand her farm—adding more livestock and planting more fruit trees—so she can regularly prepare food packages for women and children in her community.

She does not see this as a business, but as a responsibility to uplift those around her.

Her story is a reminder that real impact often begins within communities themselves.

As part of the Women of Influence Program, Takadom successfully conducted a workshop on Grounding, Trust, and Emotional Awareness in partnership with Peace Activation.
The workshop provided a safe and supportive space for women leaders and community influencers to explore practical tools for emotional resilience, self-awareness, and trust-building. Through interactive exercises, guided discussions, and reflective activities, participants strengthened their ability to navigate challenges, manage stress, and foster meaningful connections within their communities Peace Activation

Due to urgent needs on the ground and operational constraints, this phase of the initiative focused on providing immediate assistance to the most vulnerable families, with special attention given to women-headed households in East Jerusalem and the Ramallah area.

Takadom for Peace successfully implemented the second workshop of the Future Pioneers program, funded by Principles for Peace Principles for Peace, designed to empower Palestinian women leaders and build their capacity to advocate for their rights and future on both local and global stages.
This session brought together aspiring women leaders from diverse Palestinian communities, focusing on leadership skills, civic engagement, and strategic advocacy. Through interactive discussions, experiential activities, and peer-to-peer learning, participants explored how to translate their lived experiences into meaningful actions that influence decision-making and community development.
A huge thank you to all participants for their energy, curiosity, and commitment! 💫

نفّذت تقدّم بنجاح الورشة الثانية من برنامج نساء رياديات الممول من مؤسسة مبادئ السلام، المصمّم لتمكين القيادات النسوية الفلسطينية وبناء قدراتهن على الدفاع عن حقوقهن ومستقبلهن على المستويين المحلي والعالمي.
جمعت هذه الجلسة القيادات النسوية الطموحات من مجتمعات فلسطينية متنوعة، وركّزت على مهارات القيادة، والمشاركة المدنية، والدفاع الاستراتيجي. من خلال النقاشات التفاعلية، والأنشطة التجريبية، والتعلّم، استكشف المشاركات كيفية تحويل تجاربهن الحياتية إلى أفعال مؤثرة تُساهم في صنع القرار وتنمية المجتمع.
