جمعية فلسطينية لا ربحية، تأسست عام 2005، تهدف إلى إحداث تأثير إيجابي للشباب الفلسطيني في الِشأن العام، مشاركة، وتأثيرا، ومس
اهمة بنَاءة، وإلى كسر القوالب الإجتماعية الجاهزة، والأفكار المعلبًة، من خلال مغادرة الهوامش المجتمعية المريحة، نحو اَفاق إطلاق وتمكين طاقات الشباب الفلسطيني مبادرة، ونقدا، وابداعا، ومساهمة فاعلة في الحيز العام، وتحفيزا على إزالة التكلس والرواسب التي ولدتها اليقينيات الشعبوية الخاطئة، نحو تعزيز ثقافة البحث المنهجي، والقلق الواعي فيما يتعلق بالقضايا العامة، بهدف خلق بيئة قادرة على إنتاج فكر إبداعي، وحر، ومستقل.
نغوص في عمق القضايا المجتمعية المعقدة، ولا نتردد من طرح الأسئلة النقدية، والخوض في القضايا الجدلية، والفكرية، ولا نخفي عدائنا للفكر التسلطي الاحتكاري المنغلق، ونرفض بناء أسوار لتسييج الفكر والإبداع والرأي.
بذور للتنمية والثقافة اختارت أن تسير في الدروب الفكرية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية الوعرة، ولم تغرها الدروب الممهدة السهلة، ولم تستسلم أبدا للسير في الخطوط المرسومة مسبقا، أو التموضع في الدوائر المريحة، بل شقت دروبها الخالصة، من خلال فكر ديمقراطي مستنير، يحتكم إلى ثقافة المواطنة، وقوة التنوع، وجمالية الاختلاف، وصلابة المنطق، وضرورة الحوار، وأهمية المراجعة الدائمة للعمل، والبناء الدائم على الانجازات الصغيرة في سبيل المساهمة الحقيقية في مسيرة التنمية المستدامة، تتبنى بذور مجموعة من المسارات في عملها، منها التدريب، وطاولات الحوار المستديرة، واَراء الخبراء، والعمل التطوعي، والنشاطات الميدانية، والمؤتمرات، والمنتديات الحوارية، وحلقات النقاش.
تهدف جمعية بذور للتنمية والثقافة إلى تعزيز قيم الحرية والتضامن، والعدالة الإجتماعية، والمساواة، وتؤمن بقدرات الشباب، ومساهتمهم في مسيرة التنمية المستدامة، من خلال استخدام وسائل وأدوات مبتكرة، بما في ذلك الاستخدام الأمثل للتكنولوجيا، وأدوات التواصل العالمي، وعالم الابتكار، الذي يجعل من العالم حيزا أكثر تواصلا، وتعاونا بين البشر.
رؤيـــــــــــــــــــــــتـــــــــــــــنـــــــــــــــــــــــا:
مجتمع فلسطيني طليعته الشباب، تسوده الحرية والمساواة والديمقراطية، والكرامة الإنسانية .
أهـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــدافــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــنـــــــــــــــــــــــــا:
1- خلق حالة تفاعل ايجابي دائم بين الشباب وقضاياه السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية، من خلال مشاركة الشباب الفلسطيني في الشأن العام.
2- الارتكاز إلى قيمة المواطنة، بمفهومها الواسع،وخلق مجتمع فلسطيني يرتكز اليها في جميع شؤونه وقضاياه العامة .
3- توفير بوتقة حقيقية للشباب الفلسطيني للتعبير عن أفكارهم، واَمالاهم، ومخاوفهم، ضمن مساحة حدها الأدنى السماء.
4- تحفيز النقاش المجتمعي الجمعي، بشكل نقدي، وإيجابي، وديمقراطي، وفتح مساحات من الجدل، والنقاش في الشأن العام .
5- المساهمة في خلق تغيير مجتمعي إيجابي، من خلال استخدام وسائل غير عنفية، وغير تقليدية، إنطلاقا من صناعة الوعي.
المــــــــــــــــــــــــبادىء النـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــاظـــــــــــــــــــــمـــــــــــــــــــــــــة لسلــــــــــــــــــوكنا
1- المسائلة: نؤمن أن المسائلة التي تأخذ أشكالا عديدة، أحدها صناديق الإقتراع، هي أحد أبرز الفوارق الأساسية بين الدول الشمولية، والديمقراطية، وبين المجتمعات الحية والمحنطة .
2- الإنصاف: لا يمكن الحديث عن مجتمع ديمقراطي، ما لم يتعامل مع جميع مواطنيه على قاعدة الإنصاف، التي تقوم على ضرورة مراعاة الظروف لكل القطاعات المجتمعية .
3- التنوع والشمول: نؤمن أن المقطوعة الموسيقية للمجتمع، لا يكتمل جمالها إلى بتعدد الاَراء والإجتهادات.
4- المشاركة المجتمعية: إذ أن قوة المجتمع بمشاركة مختلف قطاعاته بالشأن العام، لا سيما قطاع الشباب.
5- الشفافية: وذلك عبر تطبيق مبادئ الشفافية والمسائلة بدءا من أسرة بذور، التي تفتح أبوابها بكل مسؤولية وشفافية أمام الجمهور الفلسطيني، عبر عرض بيانتها الإدارية والمالية أمام جميع المواطنين، وأمام كافة الأطر الرقابية، الرسمية والأهلية، كما أننا نقوم بدورنا بواجبنا الرقابي والنقدي للأداء العام، عبر أنشطتنا، وفعالياتنا وتقاريرنا الخاصة بهذا الشأن .
الــــــــــــــــــــــقيـــــــــــــــــــــــــم الـــــــــــــــــــــــــمــــــــــــــــــــــوجـــــــــــــه لأدائـــــــــــــــــــــــــنــــــــــــــتا:
1- الحرية: نؤمن أن الحرية شمس يجب أن تشرق في كل نفس.
2- المشاركة: نحلة واحدة لا تجني العسل.
3- النزاهة: النزاهة أول فصل في كتاب الحكمة.
4- الاحترام: الاحترام هو حارس الفضيلة الذي نسعى لحضوره الدائم في كل أعمالنا.
5- الديمقراطية: نؤمن أن رصيدالديمقراطية الحقيقي ليس في صناديق الإنتخابات فحسب, بل في وعي الناس.
6- النزاهة: تعتبر النزاهة بمثابة الوعاء الجامع الذي يوجه أدائنا العام، ويرسم خطانا تجاه المجتمع والمؤسسة وأعضاء أسرة المؤسسة .
7- التطوع: التطوع هو روح المواطنة وأحد أبرز قيمها السامية.
8- المواطنة: والمواطنة برؤيتنا أعمدتها الحرية والمساواة، والمشاركة، والمسؤولية، إن غاب أحدها أختل وهدم .
9- المساواة: وهذا يشمل المساواة الجندرية، والمجتمعية، والإقتصادية، ويشمل كل نواحي الحياة .

About us:
Founded in 2005 as a non-profit organization, Seeds Association for Development and Culture aims to empower the Palestinian youth to positively impact and effectively contribute to the public interest. It also strives to break the social stereotypes, by stepping out of comfortable socforts to sweep worn-out attitudes generated by false certainties and promote a culture of systematic research and conscious concern regarding public issues, thus creating an environment capable of generating creative, free, and independent thought. We delve deep into complex societal issues and are not reluctant to ask critical questions and engage in controversial and intellectual issues. We also refuse authoritarian, monopolistic thought, and setting limitations to creativity and freedom of thought. Seeds Association for Development and Culture has opted to follow the hard intellectual, social and economic routes, not tempted by easily paved ones. It has never succumbed to follow previously- drawn lines or be placed in comfortable circles. Instead, it has made its own way through an enlightening democratic thought, invoking the culture of citizenship, the strength of diversity, the beauty of difference, the solidity of rationale, the importance of dialogue, the importance of constant work review, and permanently building on small achievements in order to truly contribute to the sustainable development process. The Association adopts a set of techniques in its work, including training, round table talks, expert opinions, volunteer work, field activities, conferences, discussion forums, and discussion groups. Seeds Association for Development and Culture aims to promote the values of freedom, solidarity, social justice, and equality. It believes in youth`s potential and their contribution to sustainable development through the use of innovative means and tools, including the optimal use of technology, global communication tools, and the innovation world which makes the world a more connected and collaborative space. Vision:
A Palestinian youth society where freedom, equality, democracy and human dignity prevail. Objectives:
1- Creating a state of positive interaction between the youth and their political, social, and economic issues, through their active participation in the public interest.
2- Building on the value of citizenship, in its broad sense, and creating a Palestinian society based upon such citizenship in all its public affairs and issues.
3- Providing a real crucible for Palestinian youth to express their thoughts, hopes, and fears, within an unlimited space.
4- Boosting collective community debate, critically, positively, and democratically, and providing spaces of debate and discussion on public affairs.
5- Contributing to the creation of positive societal change, through the use of non-violent, non-traditional means, based on the creation of awareness. The principles governing our behavior:
1- Accountability: We believe that accountability, which takes many forms, one of which is the ballot box, is one of the most fundamental differences between totalitarian states and democracy, and between living societies and semi-dead ones.
2- Equity: One can't talk about a democratic society, unless it deals with all its citizens on the basis of equity, which is based on the need to take into account the conditions for each of the community sectors.
3- Diversity and inclusion: We believe that the society melody, cannot be complete but with a diversity of opinions and views.
4- Community engagement: The power of society is shared by its various sectors, especially the youth sector.
5- Transparency: This is achieved through the application of the principles of transparency and accountability, and disclosing the Association`s administrative and financial statements to all citizens and to all official, civil and supervisory entities. We also perform our duty in monitoring and evaluating public performance through our activities, events, and reports on the regard. Performance-oriented values:
1- Freedom: We believe that freedom is a sun that must shine at every breath.
2- Participation: One bee does not reap honey.
3- Integrity: Integrity is the first chapter in the book of wisdom.
4- Respect.: Respect is the guardian of virtue whose presence we seek in all our actions.
5- Democracy: We believe that the real balance of democracy is not only in the polls, but in the consciousness of the people.
6- Integrity: Integrity is the overarching vessel that guides our overall performance, drawing our lines towards the community, the Association, and its family members.
7- Volunteering: Volunteering is the spirit of citizenship and one of its most high values.
8- Citizenship:In our vision, citizenship is defined by freedom, equality, participation and responsibility, once one of them is lost, the whole pillar tumbles and falls apart.
