رؤية الجمعية :
جمعية أيدي جيل المستقبل أسست بأيديي فلسطينية من رجال أعمال و مثقفين ومهنيين يؤمنون بالواجب الوطني والديني تجاه قضيتهم الفلسطينية، ودعم القضية عالميا ومنح فرص للتغيير في المجتمع المحلي من ناحية الدعم المادي والنفسي .
أسست الجمعية بتاريخ 13/10/2005 وهي جمعية غير ربحية وغير حكومية مسجلة في وزارة الداخلية برقم تسجيل ((RA-22412-S ومقرها في نابلس، وتأتي خطوة تأسيسها كخطوة تطويرية في المج
تمع الفلسطيني والهدف الأساسي منها هو التنمية البشرية والإغاثية متمثلة بمجموعة من البرامج الهادفة إلى دعم جميع فئات المجتمع.
ومن هنا تسعى الجمعية إلى تجديد و تنوع البرامج والمشاريع التي تلبي حاجات فئات الجمعية المستهدفة وهذا ما تخطط له الجمعية خلال سنوات القادمة ضمن إستراتيجيتها.
كما وتسعى جمعية أيدي جيل المستقبل والتي تعمل جاهدة لتحقيق الهدف الاغاثي المنشود و المتمثل برعاية وحضانة الفئات المهمشة الضعيفة ممثلة بالنساء والأطفال والفقراء الذين لا يستطيعون توفير متطلبات الحياة الأساسية، حيث تقوم الجمعية بإعداد كوادر من المتطوعين واستقطاب الجهات الداعمة من أجل تفعيل البرامج التي تقوم عليها الجمعية وجعلها ترى النور من اجل إحداث تغييرات جذرية ضمن فئات المجتمع ككل.
إن خطتنا الإستراتيجية للأعوام القادمة تأتي في مكانها وجاءت في فترة تردي الأوضاع الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والتعليمية حتى النفسية، نتيجة الظروف الصعبة التي يعيشها مجتمعنا الفلسطيني بكافة فئاته.
تهدف الجمعية لتعزيز الوعي الاجتماعي وتحسين روح العمل التطوعي ،حيث تقوم الجمعية بتوفير الدعم والتشجيع للمتطوعين لجعلهم جزءا مهماً وفاعلاً في تطور المجتمع اقتصادياً و اجتماعياً.
تؤمن جمعية أيدي جيل المستقبل بفاعلية المشاركة والاندماج، خلال السنوات القليلة الماضية قامت الجمعية بإنشاء روابط تعاون مع العديد من المؤسسات الأكاديمية ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص.
الأهداف الإستراتيجية للجمعية :
1 – المشاركة في الأنشطة المختلفة التي تساهم في تطوير المجتمع و تفعيل العمل التطوعي .
2 – مساعدة الأسر المحتاجة .
3 – المساهمة في الأنشطة الإغاثية و الاجتماعية الفردية و الجماعية لدى الأطفال و الشباب .
4 – تقديم دعم للمشاريع الصغيرة لمساعدة الأسر المحتاجة على العيش الكريم . Future Generation Hands Association “FGHA” was established by Palestinian hands which included businessmen, cultured individuals and professionals who believe in their social, national and religious duty toward the Palestinian case to support it globally, and to provide the opportunity to improve the local community psychologically and financially. It is registered at the Palestinian Ministry of Interior (registration number RA-22412-5) as a local non-profit non-governmental organization, which is considered as a developing step in the Palestinian community that aims to contribute to human development and relief through a group of constructive programs directed to all of the categories in the Palestinian community. Motivated by its principles, the organization strategy through the coming years is to deliver new programs and different varieties of projects that meet the needs of the targeted groups in the community. The organization aims to achieve the humanitarian relief target through the care and support of marginalized and vulnerable groups, such as women, children and the poor who can’t afford to provide their basic life needs. FGHA enhances the spirit of voluntary work among Palestinians, encouraging them to enroll in the humanitarian relief actions and encouraging others to support the FGHA programs financially in order to keep the good work to benefits as much as it can in the community to have real, positive and constructing changes in the community. FGHA strategy for the next years will serve its goals, and it comes as an answer for the bad current social, economic, educational and psychological circumstances and the hard conditions that the Palestinian community is going through. The organization aims to promote cultural awareness and enhance the spirit of voluntary work in the Palestinian community by supporting and encouraging the volunteers to become significantly involved and active in the social and the economic development of their society. FGHA has a strong belief in the effectiveness of partnerships and coalitions. Over the past few years, the organization has cooperated with several academic and private sector institutions in Palestine. FGHA aims at expanding its partnerships on both a local and regional level. Strategic Objectives
• Contributing to the development of the Palestinian society and the promotion of voluntary work among Palestinian youth.
• Informing and educating the Palestinian youth generation in order to be better responsible, accountable, and able to freely express their thoughts, beliefs, and ideas, and to mobilize in order to achieve their goals.
• Engage in a diverse range of relief and social contribution projects on an individual and mass level for youth- and children-related causes.
