استقبل نادي جبل النار وفدًا من الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ)، ضم السيدة سادي أوماهوني، مديرة برنامج الوصول إلى سوق العمل (PALM II) ومشروع «دعم الجامعات من أجل المهارات والتحول والابتكار» (SUSTAIN)، ,والسيد زبيدي حمايل، مستشار سوق العمل والتدريب المهني في الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ)، إلى جانب عدد من ممثلي الوكالة، وذلك بحضور مديرة مديرية العمل في نابلس الأستاذة إشراق مصلح، ومنسق مجلس التشغيل والتدريب في محافظة نابلس صالح دويكات.
وكان في استقبال الوفد رئيس مجلس إدارة النادي ضرار طوقان، ونائب الرئيس عوني الدنبك، والمدير التنفيذي ضياء جرار، إلى جانب عدد من أعضاء طاقم عمل النادي.
وخلال الزيارة، قدّم المدير التنفيذي للنادي شرحًا حول أبرز أنشطة النادي وبرامجه وخدماته في مختلف المجالات، كما جرى استعراض ومناقشة أبرز الإنجازات والنتائج التي تحققت ضمن مشروع «آفاق»، الذي يهدف إلى تعزيز فرص التشغيل المستقبلية للشابات والشباب المتعطلين عن العمل في محافظة نابلس، من خلال التمكين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وتطوير قدراتهم ومهاراتهم.
ويرتكز المشروع على دمج الشباب في فرص تدريب وظيفي عملية لدى شركات القطاع الخاص ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، بما يتيح لهم اكتساب الخبرات والمهارات العملية، وتعزيز جاهزيتهم للاندماج في سوق العمل، وتحسين فرصهم في الحصول على فرص تشغيل مستقبلية.
كما تناول اللقاء أهمية تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق بين مختلف الجهات ذات العلاقة بسوق العمل والتشغيل، ودور الشراكات بين المؤسسات المحلية والجهات الدولية في تطوير برامج أكثر استجابة لاحتياجات الشباب وسوق العمل، بما يسهم في توسيع فرص التدريب والتشغيل وتعزيز التمكين الاقتصادي للشباب.

Jabal An-Nar Club welcomed a delegation from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). The delegation included Ms. Sadie Omahony, Manager of the Labour Market Access Program (PALM II) and the Supporting Universities for Skills, Transition and Innovation (SUSTAIN) project, and Zubaidi Hamayel, Labour Market and Vocational Training Advisor at GIZ, along with a number of GIZ representatives. The visit was also attended by Ms. Ishraq Musleh, Director of the Nablus Directorate of Labour, and Mr. Saleh Dweikat, Coordinator of the Employment and Training Council in Nablus Governorate.
The delegation was received by Mr. Dirar Touqan, Chairman of Jabal An-Nar Club’s Board of Directors; Mr. Awni Al-Danbak, Vice Chairman; Mr. Deyaa Jarrar, Executive Director; and members of the Club’s staff.
During the visit, the Club’s Executive Director provided an overview of Jabal An-Nar Club’s key activities, programs, and services across various fields. The meeting also provided an opportunity to review and discuss the key achievements and results of the “Afaq” Project, which aims to enhance future employment opportunities for unemployed young women and men in Nablus Governorate through economic and social empowerment and the development of their skills and capacities.
The project focuses on engaging young people in practical on-the-job training opportunities with private-sector companies and civil society organizations, enabling them to gain practical experience and relevant workplace skills, strengthen their readiness to enter the labour market, and improve their prospects for future employment.
The meeting also highlighted the importance of strengthening coordination and cooperation among stakeholders working in the fields of employment and the labour market, as well as the role of partnerships between local institutions and international organizations in developing programs that are more responsive to the needs of young people and the labour market, contributing to expanded training and employment opportunities and greater economic empowerment for youth.
