خانيونس – قطاع غزة:
جمعية القرارة لتنمية المرأة والطفل تنضم إلى تحالف مؤسسات راصد فلسطين

انضمت جمعية القرارة لتنمية المرأة والطفل في خانيونس إلى تحالف مؤسسات راصد فلسطين، عقب توقيع مذكرة تفاهم للانضمام والتعاون المشترك، في خطوة تعزز حضور التحالف في قطاع غزة وتوسع شراكاته مع المؤسسات المحلية العاملة مع النساء والشباب والأطفال.

وجرى توقيع المذكرة بحضور الأستاذ إبراهيم أبو حليب، رئيس مجلس إدارة الجمعية، والأستاذة دعاء السقا، منسقة تحالف مؤسسات راصد فلسطين في محافظة خانيونس، والأستاذ بشار العرجا، منسق التحالف في محافظة رفح.

ويتيح انضمام الجمعية تطوير برامج ومبادرات مشتركة تستجيب لاحتياجات المجتمع المحلي، وتعزز مشاركة النساء والشباب في الحياة المدنية والمجتمعية، إلى جانب تبادل الخبرات وتكامل جهود مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في خدمة المجتمع.

ويأتي هذا التعاون ضمن جهود تحالف مؤسسات راصد فلسطين لتوسيع شبكة شراكاته في قطاع غزة، وتعزيز العمل المشترك مع المؤسسات المحلية بما يدعم دورها المجتمعي وقدرتها على الوصول إلى الفئات المستهدفة.

Khan Younis – Gaza Strip:
Al-Qarara Association for Woman and Child Development Joins RASED Palestine Organizations Coalition

Al-Qarara Association for Woman and Child Development in Khan Younis has joined RASED Palestine Organizations Coalition following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding for membership and joint cooperation. This step strengthens the Coalition’s presence in the Gaza Strip and expands its partnerships with local organizations working with women, youth, and children.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Mr. Ibrahim Abu Haleeb, Chairman of the Association’s Board of Directors; Ms. Doaa Al-Saqqa, RASED Palestine Coordinator in Khan Younis Governorate; and Mr. Bashar Al Arja, RASED Palestine Coordinator in Rafah Governorate.

The Association’s membership creates opportunities to develop joint programs and initiatives that respond to local community needs and strengthen women’s and youth participation in civic and community life. It also supports the exchange of expertise and coordinated efforts among civil society organizations to serve their communities.

This cooperation forms part of RASED Palestine’s efforts to expand its partnership network across the Gaza Strip and strengthen joint work with local organizations, supporting their community role and their ability to reach the groups they serve.

راصد فلسطين ينفذ ورشة لطلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة في غزة حول المشاركة السياسية والانتخابية

نفذ تحالف مؤسسات راصد فلسطين ورشة تفاعلية في جامعة القدس المفتوحة، فرع غزة (النصر)، تناولت دور الشباب والنساء في الحياة السياسية والعملية الانتخابية، وأهمية مشاركتهم في صنع القرار.

وتضمنت الورشة جلسة استماع مع الطلبة للتعرف إلى تطلعاتهم واحتياجاتهم التدريبية، والاستفادة منها في تطوير أنشطة وبرامج مشتركة خلال المرحلة المقبلة.

وجاءت الورشة في إطار التعاون بين التحالف والجامعة، عقب زيارة نفذها فريق راصد إلى فرع غزة والشمال، بحث خلالها الجانبان توسيع الشراكة لخدمة الطلبة والشباب.

RASED Palestine Holds Workshop on Political and Electoral Participation at Al-Quds Open University in Gaza

RASED Palestine Organizations Coalition held an interactive workshop at Al-Quds Open University’s Gaza Branch (Al-Nasr) on the role of young people and women in political life and the electoral process, including their participation in decision-making.

The workshop included a listening session with students to learn about their aspirations and training needs and inform future joint activities.

It followed a visit by RASED’s team to the University’s Gaza and North Gaza Branch, where both sides discussed expanding their partnership to serve students and young people.

من المخيمات إلى مراكز الإغاثة... تعاون لتعزيز التوعية ومساندة النازحين في غزة

بحث تحالف مؤسسات راصد فلسطين ووزارة الدولة لشؤون الإغاثة سبل التعاون في تنظيم ورش توعوية للنازحين داخل المخيمات ومراكز الإغاثة في قطاع غزة، بما يستجيب لاحتياجاتهم ويعزز مشاركتهم وقدرتهم على التعامل مع التحديات اليومية.

جاء ذلك خلال لقاء جمع منسق التحالف في قطاع غزة بالدكتور عدنان حمودة، منسق وزارة الدولة لشؤون الإغاثة في المحافظات الجنوبية، والأستاذ أحمد أبو زعتير، مدير مكتب الوزارة. وتناول اللقاء آليات التنسيق لتنفيذ الأنشطة الميدانية ووصولها إلى الفئات الأكثر احتياجاً.

يثمّن تحالف مؤسسات راصد فلسطين تعاون الوزارة وحسن استقبالها، ويتطلع إلى ترجمة هذا اللقاء إلى أنشطة تخدم أهلنا النازحين.

From displacement camps to relief centers: Working together to support displaced communities in Gaza

RASED Palestine Organizations Coalition met with representatives of the Ministry of State for Relief Affairs to discuss cooperation on awareness workshops for displaced people in Gaza’s camps and relief centers. The proposed activities aim to respond to their needs, strengthen community participation, and help them navigate daily challenges.

RASED’s Gaza coordinator met with Dr. Adnan Hamouda, the ministry’s coordinator in the southern governorates, and Mr. Ahmad Abu Zaiter, director of its office. They discussed how to coordinate field activities and reach communities most in need.

RASED appreciates the ministry’s warm welcome and cooperation and looks forward to turning this discussion into activities that serve displaced communities.

ثلاث قضايا تمسّ حياة الناس تحت مجهر المساءلة المحلية

أطلقت مؤسسة مجتمعات محلية وتحالف راصد فلسطين، بالشراكة مع الائتلاف من أجل النزاهة والمساءلة (أمان)، ثلاث حملات للمساءلة في رام الله وبيت فجار والجوايا – مسافر يطا، ضمن "حملة 100 يوم لمساءلة الهيئات المحلية الفلسطينية" التي تحمل شعار "من الوعود الانتخابية إلى خطط وخدمات قابلة للمتابعة والمساءلة".

في "رام الله"، تتابع الحملة سلامة الأرصفة وإمكانية استخدامها، والعوائق التي تعترض المشاة، مع اهتمام خاص بالأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وكبار السن، وتحسين الاستجابة للشكاوى.

وفي بيت فجار بمحافظة بيت لحم، تركز على غبار المقالع ومناشير الحجر، والحد من أثره على جودة الهواء، وتعزيز الرقابة والتعامل مع الشكاوى البيئية.

أما في الجوايا – مسافر يطا بمحافظة الخليل، فتتناول شفافية إدارة المياه وعدالة توزيعها، ووضوح برامج التوزيع والتواصل بين المواطنين وبلدية الكرمل.

تبدأ الحملات بالاستماع إلى المواطنين والرصد الميداني وتوثيق الشكاوى، ثم تحويل النتائج إلى مطالب إصلاحية تستند إلى الأدلة، تُطرح في جلسات حوار ومساءلة مع الجهات المسؤولة، مع متابعة ما ينتج عنها من التزامات وإجراءات.

وتشمل حملة "100 يوم" العمل مع عشر هيئات محلية، لتعزيز مشاركة المواطنين والشباب في متابعة الخدمات والأولويات خلال المرحلة الأولى من عمل المجالس المحلية المنتخبة.








Three local issues under the accountability spotlight

Local Communities Foundation and RASED Palestine Coalition, in partnership with the Coalition for Integrity and Accountability (AMAN), have launched three local accountability campaigns in Ramallah, Beit Fajjar, and Al-Jawaya–Masafer Yatta. The campaigns are part of the “100 Days for Accountability of Palestinian Local Authorities” initiative, held under the theme “From Election Promises to Plans and Services That Can Be Tracked and Held Accountable.”

In Ramallah, the campaign focuses on sidewalk safety and accessibility, obstacles facing pedestrians, and responses to related complaints, with particular attention to persons with disabilities and older people.

In Beit Fajjar, Bethlehem Governorate, it addresses dust from quarries and stone-cutting facilities, its impact on air quality, environmental oversight, and the handling of complaints.

In Al-Jawaya–Masafer Yatta, Hebron Governorate, it focuses on transparency and fairness in water management and distribution, as well as clearer distribution schedules and communication between residents and Al-Karmel Municipality.

Each campaign begins by listening to residents, documenting complaints, and gathering field evidence. The findings will inform specific calls for improvement, followed by accountability dialogues with the responsible authorities and continued tracking of commitments and actions.

The wider 100-day initiative works with ten local authorities to strengthen citizen and youth participation in monitoring services and priorities during the first stage of the elected local councils’ work.

من تعزيز الشراكة إلى العمل مع الطلبة.. راصد فلسطين يوسع تعاونه مع جامعة القدس المفتوحة

نفذ فريق تحالف مؤسسات راصد فلسطين في قطاع غزة زيارة رسمية إلى جامعة القدس المفتوحة، حيث استقبل الفريق الدكتور زكريا سقالله، مدير فرع غزة والشمال، والأستاذ محمد غريب، المساعد الأكاديمي.

وبحث اللقاء سبل تعزيز التعاون المؤسسي وتوسيع آفاق الشراكة بين التحالف والجامعة، بما يسهم في تنفيذ برامج وأنشطة مشتركة تستهدف تمكين الطلبة والشباب، وتطوير قدراتهم، وتعزيز مشاركتهم في الحياة المدنية والمجتمعية.

وضمن ترجمة هذا التعاون إلى عمل ميداني مباشر، نفذ التحالف في جامعة القدس المفتوحة – فرع غزة (النصر) ورشة تفاعلية حول "دور الشباب والمرأة في الحياة السياسية والعملية الانتخابية المقبلة"، ركزت على أهمية توسيع مشاركتهم في صنع القرار، وتعزيز حضورهم في المشهد الديمقراطي، وتطوير معارفهم وأدواتهم للمشاركة المدنية والسياسية الفاعلة.

كما تضمنت الورشة جلسة استماع مباشرة مع الطلبة للتعرف إلى تطلعاتهم واحتياجاتهم، وتحديد البرامج والتدريبات التخصصية التي يحتاجونها خلال المرحلة المقبلة، بما يساعد على بناء قدراتهم وتمكينهم من تحويل أفكارهم واهتماماتهم إلى مشاركة عملية ومبادرات مجتمعية مؤثرة.

وتأتي هذه الزيارة والورشة في إطار عضوية جامعة القدس المفتوحة في تحالف مؤسسات راصد فلسطين، استنادا إلى مذكرة تفاهم وقعت مؤخرا بين الجامعة والتحالف، بما يعزز العمل المشترك ويوسع مساحات التعاون في خدمة الطلبة والشباب والمجتمع الفلسطيني.

From Strengthening Partnerships to Engaging Students: RASED Palestine Expands Cooperation with Al-Quds Open University

A delegation from RASED Palestine Organizations Coalition in the Gaza Strip conducted an official visit to Al-Quds Open University, where the team was received by Dr. Zakaria Saqallah, Director of the Gaza and North Gaza Branch, and Mr. Mohammad Gharib, Academic Assistant.

The meeting explored opportunities to strengthen institutional cooperation and expand the partnership between the Coalition and the University through joint programs and activities that empower students and young people, develop their capacities, and enhance their civic and community participation.

Translating this cooperation into direct field engagement, the Coalition conducted an interactive workshop at Al-Quds Open University – Gaza Branch (Al-Nasr) on “The Role of Youth and Women in Political Life and the Upcoming Electoral Process.” The workshop highlighted the importance of expanding their participation in decision-making, strengthening their presence in the democratic landscape, and developing the knowledge and tools required for meaningful civic and political engagement.

The workshop also included a direct listening session with students to identify their aspirations, needs, and priority areas for specialized training during the coming period. This participatory approach seeks to strengthen their capacities and support them in transforming their ideas and interests into practical engagement and impactful community initiatives.

The visit and workshop were held within the framework of Al-Quds Open University’s membership in RASED Palestine Organizations Coalition, pursuant to a memorandum of understanding recently signed between the University and the Coalition. This partnership strengthens joint action and expands opportunities for cooperation in serving students, young people, and Palestinian society.

من داخل مقر لجنة الانتخابات المركزية في دير البلح، يتابع مراقبو تحالف مؤسسات راصد فلسطين اليوم استقبال القوائم الانتخابية وطلبات ترشحها، ويرصدون سير الإجراءات ميدانياً مع انطلاق مرحلة الترشح للانتخابات التشريعية 2026.

ويأتي هذا الحضور ضمن جهود التحالف في مراقبة مراحل العملية الانتخابية وتوثيق ملاحظاته باستقلالية، بما يعزز الشفافية وثقة المواطنين بالإجراءات الانتخابية.

From Deir al-Balah: RASED Palestine Observes the Start of Legislative Election Nominations 🗳️🇵🇸

At the Central Elections Commission office in Deir al-Balah, observers from RASED Palestine are monitoring the submission of electoral lists and nomination applications today, documenting how procedures are carried out as the nomination phase of the 2026 legislative elections begins.

This field presence is part of RASED Palestine’s independent observation of the electoral process, supporting transparency and public confidence in election procedures.

لقطات مختارة من النشاط التفاعلي الذي نظّمه تحالف مؤسسات راصد فلسطين، بالشراكة مع لجنة الانتخابات المركزية، في مخيم "بسمة أمل الشمولي" بدير البلح، حول حقّ الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في الانتخاب والترشّح.

قبل الحرب، كانت 21% من أسر غزة تضمّ فرداً واحداً على الأقل من ذوي الإعاقة، وفقاً لبيانات أوردتها اليونيسف. ومنذ تشرين الأول 2023، تقدّر منظمة الصحة العالمية أن أكثر من 5,000 حالة بتر للأطراف وقعت في القطاع. تكشف هذه الأرقام اتساع الحاجة إلى إتاحة المشاركة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقات المختلفة، بمن فيهم من أصيبوا خلال الحرب.

تضمّن النشاط محاكاة لخطوات الاقتراع باستخدام لغة الإشارة ووسائل ميسّرة. ويواصل راصد فلسطين العمل مع شركائه لتكون إجراءات الانتخاب والترشّح متاحة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة على اختلاف احتياجاتهم، وليكون لهم حضور في التمثيل وصنع القرار.



In the frame and at the decision-making table 🗳️🇵🇸

Selected moments from an interactive activity held by RASED Palestine Organisations Coalition in partnership with the Central Elections Commission at Basmat Amal Inclusive Camp in Deir al-Balah, focusing on the rights of persons with disabilities to vote and stand for election.

Before the war, 21% of households in Gaza included at least one member with a disability, according to figures cited by UNICEF. Since October 2023, the World Health Organization estimates that more than 5,000 limb amputations have taken place in Gaza. These figures underscore the need to make political participation accessible to people with different disabilities, including those injured during the war.

The activity included a voting simulation using sign language and accessible materials. RASED Palestine continues to work with its partners so that people with different access needs can exercise their rights to vote and run for office, and have a voice in representation and decision-making.

في مخيم "بسمة أمل الشمولي" بمدينة دير البلح، نظّم تحالف مؤسسات راصد فلسطين، بالشراكة مع لجنة الانتخابات المركزية، نشاطاً توعوياً تفاعلياً للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

تناول النشاط حقّ الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في الانتخاب والترشّح، وأهمية مشاركتهم في الحياة العامة والتعبير عن آرائهم. وتضمّن محاكاة عملية لخطوات الاقتراع باستخدام لغة الإشارة ووسائل ميسّرة.

ويؤكد تحالف مؤسسات راصد فلسطين أن المشاركة السياسية للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة حقّ يشمل التصويت والترشّح، وأن إتاحة ممارسته على قدم المساواة تعزّز حضورهم في مواقع التمثيل وصنع القرار.

The right to vote, the right to run, and a voice in decisions 🗳️🇵🇸

At "Basmat Amal Inclusive Camp" in Deir al-Balah, RASED Palestine Organisations Coalition, in partnership with the Central Elections Commission, held an interactive awareness activity for persons with disabilities.

The activity addressed their rights to vote and stand for election, participate in public life, and express their views. It also included a practical simulation of the voting process using sign language and accessible materials.

RASED Palestine affirms that political participation includes both voting and standing for election, with equal opportunities to take part in representation and decision-making.
