Life in Hebron.

Israeli settlers placed a large rock at the entrance of a Palestinian home belonging to an elderly woman, deliberately blocking her access to her own house.

We removed the rock and reopened the entrance.

In Hebron, even an elderly Palestinian woman’s basic right to enter her own home can become something she has to fight for.

This is not an isolated incident. It is part of the daily reality of Palestinians living under settler violence and restrictions in Hebron.

We will continue to stand with our community, defend freedom of movement, and resist every attempt to make Palestinians disappear from their homes and neighborhoods.

Never give up dreaming of freedom, justice and equality.

New “Blue Roads” have appeared in Hebron, including near my home, marked as open exclusively to Israelis. Restricting access to roads based on national identity is institutionalized segregation, not security. Hebron continues to serve as a laboratory of separation, unequal rights, and movement restrictions imposed on Palestinians.

COEXISTENCE, MY ASS! is an award winning documentary film starring Noam Shuster, a long time activist in Israel-Palestine. With biting satire, Noam pushes her audiences to face difficult truths that aren't always funny but do remind us that another reality is possible here. Following the film, there will also be a Q&A with Noam.
The film will be presented with English subtitles.
It will take place on Thursday, Dec 25 at 18:00 and all are welcome.
