هيئة الزكاة الفلسطينية. Palestinian Zakat Institution

تنشأ بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون هيئة تُسـمّى (هيئة الزكاة الفلسطينية) تتمتع بالشخصية الاعتبـارية والاستقـلال المالي و الإداري والأهلية القـانونيـة، لمباشرة جميع الأعمال والتصرفات التي تكفل لها تحقيق أغراضها، بما في ذلك تملك الأموال المنقولة وغير المنقولـة اللازمة لسير أعمالها وممارسة نشاطها والتصرف فيهــا وفـق أحكـام القانـون.
مادة رقم (26) قانون تنظيم الزكاة الفلسطيني رقم (2008/9)

According to the provisions of this Law, a body named (the Palestinian Zakat Bureau) shall be established. This Bureau enjoys legal entity, financial and administrative autonomy, and legal capacity to undertake all actions and measures that ensure the achievement of its goals, including the possession of movable and immovable property that is deemed necessary for the conduct of its
business and exercise of its activity in accordance with the provisions of article 26 of the Palestinian Zakat Regulation Law No. 9/2008
