The Palestine Information and Communications Technology Incubator (PICTI), is an independent Palestinian organization that has been created through the initiative and support of the Palestinian Information Technology Community. PICTI and its partner organizations, including PITA and Paltrade, have as their mission the revitalization and the sustainable growth of the Information Communication Techn

ology (ICT) sector in Palestine. The strategic core components of PICTI is an Incubator facility that offers professional business services to Palestinian entrepreneurs who have mature concepts for unique and innovative ICT products assessed to have strong market potential. The key competitive advantages of PICTI include its governance structure that provides access to economic clusters, its dedicated staff with incubation know-how, its clients and pipeline of entrepreneurial ideas, and an initiative underway to structure a seed fund for the benefit of pre-revenue start-up companies incubated at PICTI. PICTI aims to develop the Palestinian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) as well as high growth model sector as a mean to generate new jobs, attract foreign investment and improve the economic situation in Palestine.

المجلس الأعلى للشباب والرياضة و"بيكتي" و"إنترتك" يوقعون اتفاقية لتطوير حل رقمي لدعم مشاركة الشباب
رام الله، 30 حزيران 2025 – في إطار جهود حاضنة فلسطين لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (PICTI)، وضمن خطة عملها الاستراتيجية الهادفة إلى تمكين الشباب وتعزيز الشفافية من خلال الحلول الرقمية، تم توقيع اتفاقية لتطوير حل رقمي تفاعلي، وذلك في مقر المجلس الأعلى للشباب والرياضة بمدينة رام الله، ضمن مشروع "Youth Tech: for Transparency; From Ideas to Impact" الذي تنفذه PICTI بالشراكة مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي (UNDP/PAPP)، وبدعم من وزارة الخارجية البريطانية (FCDO) والحكومة السويدية.

ويمثل المشروع خطوة عملية في إطار جهود PICTI المستمرة لتوسيع استخدام التكنولوجيا في خدمة المشاركة المجتمعية، وتعزيز حضور الشباب في مساحات التأثير وصنع القرار على المستوى الوطني.

وجرى توقيع الاتفاقية بحضور معالي الوزيرعصام قادومي، الأمين العام للمجلس الأعلى للشباب والرياضة، والسيد تامر البرانسي، رئيس مجلس إدارة PICTI، والسيد علاء علاء الدين، المدير التنفيذي لشركة إنترتك، والسيد منذر مسالمة، وكيل المجلس الأعلى للشباب والرياضة، إلى جانب ممثلين عن UNDP/PAPP وكافة الشركاء في تنفيذ المشروع.

ويهدف الحل الرقمي إلى تعزيز قنوات الاتصال بين الشباب والمؤسسات ذات العلاقة، وتوفير بيانات دقيقة تدعم تطوير سياسات شبابية أكثر فعالية وشمولًا. ومن المتوقع أن يُشكل هذا الحل نقلة نوعية في آليات تفاعل الشباب مع البرامج الوطنية والمبادرات العامة.

ويعكس المشروع نموذجًا تكامليًا للتعاون بين القطاع الحكومي، والخاص، والمجتمع المدني، والمؤسسات الدولية، بما يساهم في تعزيز الحوكمة الرقمية وترسيخ مبادئ الشفافية والابتكار في فلسطين.
