Hello everyone, we are a group of Palestinian volunteers under the supervision of the Palestinian influencer and community activist AbdelHakim Awad, and we are planning on implementing a range of activities for children in Gaza who are mentally suffering due to the ongoing trauma they face on daily basis
The intensification of hostilities in the Gaza Strip is wreaking havoc on children and families. More than 5,000 children have reportedly been killed, and thousands more have been injured. Over 1.7 million people have been displaced in Gaza, half of them are children. They do not have enough water, food, fuel, or medicine. Their homes have been demolished, and their families have been shattered.
In the aftermath of the recent crisis in Gaza, the children who have endured unimaginable trauma are in desperate need of support and healing. Our experience in the field, is built on a foundation of compassion and expertise in child mental health, seeks to provide solace and assistance to these young souls who have faced the horrors of war, loss, and deprivation. By channeling our collective efforts into a well-organized fund, we aim to bring joy, laughter, and therapeutic relief to the children of Gaza.
The primary objective of our fundraising campaign is to purchase games, toys, and organize recreational activities that serve as a means of catharsis for these children. We firmly believe that engaging them in playful and positive experiences will contribute significantly to their psychological recovery. Through this initiative, we hope to provide a ray of hope in their lives and help them rebuild their shattered spirits.
