جمعية الرواد والأونروا تختتمان مجموعات دعم الذكورة الإيجابية ومبادراتها المجتمعية في مخيم عايدة
اختتمت جمعية الرواد للثقافة والفنون، بالتعاون مع وكالة الأمم المتحدة لإغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين (الأونروا)، مجموعات دعم الذكورة الإيجابية في مخيم عايدة، بتوزيع شهادات المشاركة على المشاركين، تقديرًا لالتزامهم وتفاعلهم خلال اللقاءات والأنشطة التي ركزت على تعزيز مفاهيم الذكورة الإيجابية، وترسيخ قيم الاحترام والتعاون والتواصل الفعّال وتحمل المسؤولية.
وتضمنت اللقاءات تدريبات وأنشطة تفاعلية هدفت إلى تعزيز فهم المشاركين لدورهم في بناء علاقات صحية قائمة على الاحترام المتبادل، والتعبير عن المشاعر بطريقة إيجابية، والاستماع إلى الآخرين، والمشاركة في المسؤوليات الأسرية والمجتمعية، بما يسهم في الحد من السلوكيات القائمة على التمييز والعنف وتعزيز العلاقات الإيجابية داخل المجتمع.
وفي إطار الأنشطة المجتمعية المرتبطة بالمبادرة، اختتمت الجمعية والأونروا مبادرة بيئية استهدفت الأطفال في مخيم عايدة، ونُفذت على مرحلتين بهدف تعزيز الوعي البيئي وتشجيع الأطفال على المشاركة في تحسين البيئة المحيطة بهم.
وشملت المرحلة الأولى وضع صناديق مخصصة لجمع بقايا الخبز، بهدف الحد من هدر الطعام وتشجيع الأطفال على التعامل المسؤول مع الموارد. أما المرحلة الثانية، فتضمنت تنفيذ جداريات فنية هادفة في أحياء المخيم وزراعة الأشجار، بمشاركة الأطفال، بما يسهم في تحسين البيئة المحلية وتعزيز روح المبادرة والعمل الجماعي لديهم.
وتأتي هذه الأنشطة في إطار التعاون بين جمعية الرواد للثقافة والفنون والأونروا، الذي يجمع بين تعزيز مفاهيم الذكورة الإيجابية وتشجيع المشاركة المجتمعية، من خلال أنشطة تستهدف بناء علاقات قائمة على الاحترام والمسؤولية، وإشراك الأطفال والشباب في مبادرات عملية تسهم في خدمة مجتمعهم والحفاظ على بيئتهم.
Alrowwad and UNRWA Conclude Positive Masculinity Support Groups and Community Initiatives in Aida Camp
Alrowwad Cultural and Arts Society, in cooperation with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), concluded its positive masculinity support groups in Aida Camp with the distribution of participation certificates to participants, in recognition of their commitment and engagement throughout the sessions and activities. The sessions focused on promoting positive masculinity, fostering respect and cooperation, encouraging effective communication, and strengthening a sense of responsibility.
The sessions included interactive training activities designed to deepen participants’ understanding of their role in building healthy relationships based on mutual respect, expressing emotions in positive ways, listening to others, and sharing family and community responsibilities. These activities aimed to help reduce discriminatory and violent behaviours and promote positive relationships within the community.
As part of the community activities associated with the initiative, Alrowwad and UNRWA also concluded an environmental initiative targeting children in Aida Camp. Implemented in two phases, the initiative aimed to raise environmental awareness and encourage children to take an active role in improving their surroundings.
The first phase involved placing designated boxes for collecting leftover bread to reduce food waste and encourage children to use resources responsibly. The second phase included creating meaningful artistic murals in the camp’s neighbourhoods and planting trees with children’s participation. These activities contributed to improving the local environment while fostering a spirit of initiative and teamwork among the children.
These activities form part of the ongoing cooperation between Alrowwad Cultural and Arts Society and UNRWA, bringing together the promotion of positive masculinity and community engagement through initiatives that encourage relationships based on respect and responsibility. They also provide children and young people with opportunities to participate in practical activities that serve their community and contribute to protecting their environment.
