من صناعة المنظفات إلى تشتيل الأزهار... يوم حافل بالأنشطة في اليوم الثاني من المخيم الصحي

حمل اليوم الثاني من المخيم الصحي الصيفي السابع للنساء في مركز لاجئ مجموعة متنوعة من الأنشطة العملية والتفاعلية التي أتاحت للمشاركات فرصة التعلم والتجربة والعمل الجماعي.

وتنقلت المشاركات بين عدة محطات، شملت ورشة لصناعة المنظفات المنزلية، ونشاطاً لتشتيل الأزهار والنباتات، إلى جانب تجربة إعادة تدوير الورق وتحويله إلى منتجات قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام.

كما تضمن اليوم فقرة للتمارين الرياضية والحركية، هدفت إلى تعزيز النشاط البدني وتشجيع المشاركات على تبني أنماط حياة صحية.

From Making Cleaning Products to Planting Flowers: A Busy Second Day at the Health Camp

The second day of the Seventh Summer Health Camp for Women at Lajee Center featured a variety of practical and interactive activities that provided participants with opportunities to learn, experiment, and work together.

Participants rotated through several activity stations, including a workshop on making household cleaning products, a flower and plant potting activity, and a paper recycling session where used paper was transformed into reusable products.

The day also included a fitness and movement session aimed at promoting physical activity and encouraging participants to adopt healthier lifestyles.

للعام الرابع على التوالي.. طلاب مدرسة الثائر للسيرك في جولة ثقافية فنية إلى إسبانيا

استقبلت رئيسة وأعضاء بلدية ريفاس في مدريد، إلى جانب مدربي مدرسة السيرك وأصدقاء مركز لاجئ، طلاب مدرسة الثائر للسيرك في لقاء ترحيبي ومؤتمر صحفي جرى خلاله التعريف بالوفد الفلسطيني واستعراض برنامج الزيارة.

وتأتي هذه الجولة ضمن برنامج التبادل الثقافي والفني الذي يشارك فيه طلاب مدرسة الثائر للسيرك للعام الرابع على التوالي، حيث سيقضون 20 يومًا في مدينتي مدريد وريفاس، يشاركون خلالها في عروض فنية وأنشطة ثقافية ومخيم صيفي يجمع الطلبة الفلسطينيين والإسبان.

وتهدف الزيارة إلى تعزيز التبادل الثقافي، وتطوير مهارات الطلبة الفنية، وإتاحة الفرصة لهم لتمثيل فلسطين ومخيم عايدة والتواصل مع أقرانهم في إسبانيا من خلال الفن والسيرك.

For the Fourth Consecutive Year, Rebel Circus School Students Participate in a Cultural and Artistic Exchange Programme in Spain

The Mayor and members of the Rivas Municipality in Madrid, together with circus trainers and friends of Lajee Center, welcomed the students of Rebel Circus School during a reception and press conference, where the Palestinian delegation was introduced and the programme of activities was presented.

This visit is part of a cultural and artistic exchange programme in which Rebel Circus School students have participated for the fourth consecutive year. During their stay, they will spend 20 days in the cities of Madrid and Rivas, taking part in artistic performances, cultural activities, and a summer camp that brings together Palestinian and Spanish youth.

The programme aims to strengthen cultural exchange, develop the students’ artistic and personal skills, and provide them with an opportunity to represent Palestine and Aida Refugee Camp while building friendships and connections with their Spanish peers through art, creativity, and circus.

يتقدم مركز لاجئ – آكلي فلسطين بأحر التهاني والتبريكات للبطل قصي جادو بمناسبة حصوله على المركز الثاني في بطولة فلسطين لكمال الأجسام – فئة الفيزيك (19 عاماً).

ويأتي هذا الإنجاز ثمرةً للالتزام والإصرار والعمل المتواصل، ليؤكد قدرة شباب مخيم عايدة على تحقيق التميز ورفع اسم مجتمعهم ومؤسساتهم في المحافل الرياضية.

ويتوجه المركز بشكرٍ خاص للمدرب محمد أبو حماد، مدرب نادي مركز لاجئ – آكلي فلسطين، على جهوده الكبيرة ومتابعته الحثيثة للاعب على مدار أشهر طويلة من التدريب والتحضير، حيث كان له دور أساسي في تطوير قدرات اللاعب ومرافقته في رحلته نحو هذا الإنجاز المشرف.

كما نتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير للمدرب خليل عبد ربه على متابعته المستمرة، وللمدرب عبدالله سلمان على دعمه ومساندته خلال فترة الإعداد للبطولة.

Lajee Center – ACLAÍ Palestine extends its warmest congratulations to champion Qusai Jado on winning second place in the Palestine Bodybuilding Championship – Physique Category (19 years old).

This achievement is the result of dedication, determination, and continuous hard work, reflecting the ability of Aida Camp’s youth to excel and proudly represent their community and institutions in the sporting arena.

The Center also extends special thanks to Mohammad Abu Hamad, coach of the Lajee Center – ACLAÍ Palestine Gym, for his tremendous efforts and close guidance throughout months of training and preparation. His role was instrumental in developing the athlete’s abilities and supporting him on his journey toward this remarkable achievement.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Khalil Abdul Rabbo for his continuous supervision and support, and to Abdullah Salman for his encouragement and assistance during the preparation period for the championship.

125 سيدة يفتتحن فعاليات المخيم الصحي الصيفي السابع في مركز لاجئ

شهد اليوم الأول من المخيم الصحي الصيفي السابع للنساء في مركز لاجئ مشاركة واسعة من السيدات، حيث تنوعت الأنشطة بين التوعية الصحية والتفريغ النفسي والأنشطة الترفيهية التفاعلية.

وتنقلت المشاركات بين عدد من المحطات التي شملت جلسات للدعم والتفريغ النفسي، وإعداد أطباق صحية من الفواكه، إلى جانب نشاط عملي في صناعة الشوكولاتة. كما تضمن اليوم فقرات تعارف وألعابًا تفاعلية أتاحت للمشاركات مشاركة تجاربهن.

وجاءت أنشطة اليوم الأول لتوفر مساحة تجمع بين الفائدة والتواصل الاجتماعي والترفيه، ضمن برنامج المخيم الذي يهدف إلى تعزيز الصحة النفسية والجسدية للمشاركات.

125 Women Launch the Seventh Summer Health Camp at Lajee Center

The first day of the Seventh Summer Health Camp for Women at Lajee Center witnessed strong participation, with 125 women taking part in a range of activities focused on health awareness, psychological well-being, and interactive recreational engagement.

Participants rotated through several activity stations, including psychological support and emotional well-being sessions, the preparation of healthy fruit dishes, and a practical chocolate-making activity. The day also featured icebreaker activities and interactive games that encouraged participants to share their experiences and engage with one another.

The first day’s activities provided a space that combined learning, social connection, and recreation as part of the camp’s broader goal of promoting the physical and mental well-being of participants.

محطات موسيقية وثقافية في اليوم الرابع من المخيم الموسيقي الثالث

حمل اليوم الرابع من المخيم الموسيقي الثالث في مركز لاجئ طابعًا موسيقيًا وثقافيًا مميزًا، حيث أتيحت للمشاركين فرصة التعرف إلى تجارب فنية مختلفة واستكشاف جوانب جديدة من عالم الموسيقى.

وتعرف الطلبة خلال إحدى الفقرات على تجربة الفنانة الفلسطينية دلال أبو آمنة، ودورها في إحياء التراث الموسيقي الفلسطيني وتقديمه بأساليب معاصرة، إلى جانب الاطلاع على عدد من أعمالها الفنية ومسيرتها الموسيقية.

كما استضاف المخيم عازفة الكمان كارول إبراهيم، التي شاركت الطلبة جانبًا من رحلتها الفنية وتجربتها في تعلم الموسيقى، وقدمت لهم نصائح وإرشادات عملية، قبل أن تشاركهم العزف على آلة الكمان.

وفي إطار التعرف إلى المؤسسات الموسيقية الفلسطينية، نظم المخيم زيارة إلى معهد إدوارد سعيد الوطني للموسيقى، حيث اطلع المشاركون على مرافقه وبرامجه ودوره في دعم التعليم الموسيقي وتطوير المواهب.

كما شملت الزيارة لقاءً مع صانع الآلات الموسيقية عارف السيد، الذي اصطحب الطلبة في جولة تعريفية حول مراحل صناعة الآلات الموسيقية والمواد المستخدمة فيها، مقدمًا لهم تجربة فريدة للتعرف إلى الحرفية الكامنة وراء إنتاج الآلات التي يعزفون عليها.

وجاءت هذه الأنشطة في إطار سعي المخيم إلى توسيع آفاق الطلبة الموسيقية وربطهم بتجارب فنية وثقافية متنوعة تثري معارفهم وتدعم مسيرتهم الفنية.

Musical and Cultural Highlights on Day Four of the Third Music Camp

The fourth day of the Third Music Camp at Lajee Center offered participants a rich musical and cultural experience, providing them with the opportunity to explore different artistic journeys and discover new aspects of the world of music.

During one of the sessions, students learned about the experience of Palestinian artist Dalal Abu Amneh, her role in preserving and promoting Palestinian musical heritage, and her efforts to present it through contemporary approaches. Participants were also introduced to a selection of her artistic works and musical achievements.

The camp also hosted violinist Carol Ibrahim, who shared part of her artistic journey and experience in learning music. She offered students practical advice and guidance before joining them in a violin performance session.

As part of introducing participants to Palestinian musical institutions, the camp organized a visit to the Edward Said National Conservatory of Music, where students learned about its facilities, educational programs, and role in supporting music education and nurturing young talent.

The visit also included a meeting with instrument maker Aref Al-Sayed, who guided students through the different stages of crafting musical instruments and explained the materials used in their production, offering them a unique opportunity to gain insight into the craftsmanship behind the instruments they play.

These activities were organized as part of the camp’s efforts to broaden students’ musical horizons and connect them with diverse artistic and cultural experiences that enrich their knowledge and support their artistic development.

تواصلت فعاليات المخيم الموسيقي الثالث في يومه الثالث بمشاركة طلبة وحدة الموسيقى في مركز لاجئ، حيث تضمن البرنامج مجموعة متنوعة من الأنشطة الموسيقية والتعليمية.

واستُهلت الفعاليات بأنشطة للتفريغ الموسيقي ساعدت المشاركين على التعبير عن أنفسهم وتعزيز تفاعلهم مع الموسيقى. كما واصل الطلبة تدريبات العزف الجماعي والغناء مع الكورال، وتدربوا على أداء أغنية "قمرة يا قمرة" بهدف تعزيز الانسجام والتعاون بين العازفين والمغنين.

واستضاف المخيم ممثلين عن مؤسسة إنجاز فلسطين الذين قدموا لقاءات تفاعلية تناولت موضوعات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وأهميته واستخداماته في الحياة اليومية، إلى جانب جلسات حول الأسرة والريادة وتنمية المهارات الحياتية لدى الأطفال واليافعين.

Day Three of the Third Music Camp at Lajee Center

Activities of the third music camp continued on its third day with the participation of students from the Music Unit at Lajee Center, featuring a variety of musical and educational activities.

The day began with music-based recreational activities that encouraged participants to express themselves and engage more deeply with music. Students also continued their group instrumental and choir rehearsals, practicing the song *“Qamra Ya Qamra”* to strengthen harmony and cooperation among performers.

The camp also hosted representatives from “INJAZ Palestine”, who delivered interactive sessions on artificial intelligence, its importance and applications in everyday life, in addition to discussions on family, entrepreneurship, and life skills development for children and youth.

The day concluded with further group rehearsals for both the instrumental ensembles and the choir, as students continued preparing for upcoming activities and performances.

اليوم الثاني من المخيم الموسيقي الثالث في مركز لاجئ

تواصلت فعاليات المخيم الموسيقي الثالث في يومه الثاني، بمشاركة طلبة وحدة الموسيقى في مركز لاجئ.

وتضمن اليوم الثاني مجموعة من الأنشطة وشملت ألعابًا إيقاعية متنوعة ساعدت الأطفال على تنمية حسهم الموسيقي وتعزيز تفاعلهم مع الإيقاع.

كما تعرف المشاركون إلى عدد من الآلات الموسيقية العربية والغربية، واستكشفوا أصواتها المختلفة، وتعلموا التمييز بين الأصوات الرفيعة والثخينة من خلال أنشطة سمعية أسهمت في تطوير إدراكهم الموسيقي.

وشهد اليوم أيضًا تدريبًا على العزف الجماعي لأغنية "قمرة يا قمرة"، بهدف تعزيز الانسجام والتعاون بين الطلبة أثناء الأداء الموسيقي.

كما أتيحت للمشاركين فرصة التعرف إلى آلة التشيلو وتجربتها عمليًا، إلى جانب التعرف إلى خصائصها وطبيعة صوتها، تخلل ذلك مجموعة من الألعاب والأنشطة الموسيقية التفاعلية.

واختُتمت فعاليات اليوم بمراجعة الأغاني والتدريبات الخاصة بالكورال، استعدادًا للأنشطة والعروض القادمة.

Day Two of the Third Music Camp at Lajee Center

Activities of the third music camp continued on its second day with the participation of students from the Music Unit at Lajee Center.

The second day included a variety of activities, featuring rhythm-based games that helped children develop their musical sense and enhance their interaction with rhythm.

Participants were also introduced to a number of Arabic and Western musical instruments, explored their different sounds, and learned to distinguish between high-pitched and low-pitched tones through listening activities that contributed to the development of their musical awareness.

The day also included a group performance practice of the song “Qamra Ya Qamra”, aimed at strengthening harmony and cooperation among students during musical performance.

In addition, participants had the opportunity to learn about and try the cello, while exploring its characteristics and unique sound. This was accompanied by a range of interactive musical games and activities.

The day concluded with a review of songs and choir rehearsals in preparation for upcoming activities and performances.

بين الاستيلاء على عشرات آلاف الدونمات، وشرعنة البؤر الاستيطانية، وتوسيع المستعمرات، ونقل الصلاحيات القانونية والإدارية إلى سلطات الاحتلال، تتسارع خطوات فرض واقع استعماري دائم على الضفة الغربية.

الهدف واضح: السيطرة على أكبر مساحة ممكنة من الأرض الفلسطينية، مع عزل الفلسطينيين في جيوب معزولة ومفككة، وحرمانهم من حقهم في التطور والسيادة والعيش بحرية.

ما يجري ليس "نزاعًا على الأرض"، بل عملية منظمة لإعادة تشكيل الجغرافيا والديموغرافيا الفلسطينية بالقوة.

82٪ من الضفة الغربية مستهدفة بالهيمنة الاستعمارية.

Through the seizure of tens of thousands of dunams, the legalization of colonial outposts, the expansion of settlements, and the transfer of legal and administrative powers to the occupying authorities, efforts to impose a permanent colonial reality across the West Bank are rapidly accelerating.

The objective is clear: to control as much Palestinian land as possible while confining Palestinians to isolated and fragmented enclaves, depriving them of their right to development, sovereignty, and freedom.

What is taking place is not a “land dispute,” but a systematic process aimed at reshaping Palestinian geography and demography through force.

82% of the West Bank is being targeted for colonial domination.
