نظّمت مؤسسة آكشن إيد – فلسطين تدريبًا بعنوان "بدء وإدارة المشاريع الصغيرة"، يستهدف التدريب 25 سيدة من المناطق المغلقة والبلدة القديمة في مدينة الخليل، وذلك ضمن أنشطة مشروع "بسالة - تمكين النساء في البلدة القديمة في الخليل" الممول من وزارة الخارجية والتجارة الأسترالية، بالتعاون والشراكة مع غرفة تجارة وصناعة الخليل.
يركّز التدريب على تعريف المشاركات بمراحل تأسيس المشاريع الصغيرة وإدارتها، بدءًا من تطوير الفكرة وتحليل احتياجات السوق، وصولًا إلى التخطيط والإدارة المالية والتسويق.
ActionAid Palestine organized a training entitled “Starting and Managing Small Businesses” targeting 25 women from the restricted areas and the Old City of Hebron. The training is part of the “Basala – Empowering Women in the Old City of Hebron” project, funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), in cooperation and partnership with the Hebron Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The training focuses on introducing participants to the various stages of establishing and managing small businesses, from idea development and market needs assessment to business planning, financial management, and marketing.

يحتفل العالم في الخامس من حزيران/يونيو باليوم العالمي للبيئة، في وقت تتصاعد فيه آثار أزمة المناخ عالمياً، من موجات الجفاف وارتفاع درجات الحرارة وتدهور الموارد الطبيعية إلى تراجع التنوع البيولوجي وتزايد المخاطر التي تهدد المجتمعات الأكثر هشاشة.
وفي فلسطين، تتقاطع التحديات البيئية والمناخية مع واقع الاحتلال والحرب، لتضاعف من هشاشة المجتمعات الفلسطينية وقدرتها على التكيف والصمود. فقد أدت الحرب المستمرة على قطاع غزة إلى تدمير واسع للبنية التحتية البيئية، وتلوث مصادر المياه والتربة والهواء، وتراكم ملايين الأطنان من الركام والنفايات، فيما يواجه الفلسطينيون في الضفة الغربية تحديات متزايدة تتمثل في مصادرة الأراضي، واقتلاع الأشجار، والقيود المفروضة على الوصول إلى الموارد الطبيعية والمائية.

In Palestine, environmental and climate challenges intersect with the realities of occupation and war, further undermining the resilience and adaptive capacity of Palestinian communities. The ongoing war on the Gaza Strip has caused widespread destruction of environmental infrastructure, contamination of water sources, soil, and air, and the accumulation of millions of tons of rubble and waste. Meanwhile, Palestinians in the West Bank continue to face escalating challenges, including land confiscation, tree uprooting, and restrictions on access to natural and water resources.
The world marks World Environment Day on 5th of June at a time when the impacts of the global climate crisis are becoming increasingly severe, ranging from prolonged droughts, rising temperatures, and the degradation of natural resources to biodiversity loss and growing threats to the world's most vulnerable communities.

يصادف اليوم 4 حزيران اليوم الدولي لضحايا العدوان من الأطفال الأبرياء الذي يؤكد على أهمية حماية الأطفال في مناطق النزاعات المسلحة. في هذا اليوم من الضروري تسليط الضوء على الواقع الكارثي الذي يعيشه الأطفال الفلسطينيون، ولا سيما في قطاع غزة، حيث تحولت الطفولة إلى ساحة مفتوحة للقصف والجوع والنزوح والحرمان من أبسط الحقوق الأساسية.
The International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression is observed annually on 4th of June to shed the light on the importance of protecting children in situations of armed conflict. On this occasion, it is essential to shed light on the catastrophic reality facing Palestinian children, particularly in the Gaza Strip, where childhood has been transformed into an arena of bombardment, hunger, displacement, and deprivation of the most basic rights.

تدعم مؤسسة آكشن إيد فلسطين شريكتها جمعية الدراسات النسوية التنموية الفلسطينية في تنفيذ أنشطة توعوية تستهدف النساء والفتيات النازحات لمعالجة مخاطر العنف الجنسي والعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي في حالات الطوارئ. وقد استهدفت هذه الجلسات النساء في المناطق الوسطى من قطاع غزة من خلال مشروع "تعزيز قيادة وتأثير الشباب الفلسطيني، وخاصة الشابات، من أجل مجتمعات صامدة، عادلة، وخضراء"، بتمويل من الوكالة الدنماركية للتنمية. تأتي هذه الجلسات في إطار تعزيز أجندة المرأة والسلام والأمن في غزة من خلال تقوية قيادة النساء، وتوسيع خدمات الحماية، ودعم مبادرات المجتمع المدني التي تقودها النساء والشباب في ظل الحرب المستمرة والأزمة الإنسانية.

ActionAid Palestine supports its partner, the Palestinian Women’s Development Studies Association, in implementing awareness-raising activities targeting displaced women and girls to address the risks of sexual violence and gender-based violence in emergency settings. These sessions targeted women in the central areas of the Gaza Strip through the project “Strengthening the Leadership and Influence of Palestinian Youth, Especially Young Women, for Resilient, Just, and Green Communities,” funded by the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA).

كل يوم بالنسبة لحنين هو فصل جديد من التحدي والصمود والبقاء في منطقتها الواقعة ضمن المناطق المغلقة من مدينة الخليل، جنوب الضفة الغربية، والمعروفة بـ H2. تعيش النساء هنا واقعًا مختلفًا، تختلط فيه تفاصيل الحياة اليومية بالحواجز العسكرية والقيود المفروضة على الحركة. لكن، رغم كل ذلك، تنسج النساء هناك قصصًا من الصمود والإبداع لا يمكن تجاهلها.
حنين نحوي واحدة من نساء هذه المنطقة، لم تختر الطريق السهل، لكنها اختارت أن تصنع طريقها رغم كل الصعوبات. فالحركة هنا ليست حقًا بديهيًا، بل تحديًا يوميًا مليئًا بالقلق وعدم اليقين. تدرك حنين أن يومها ليس سهلًا، وتعيش مشاعر القلق والخوف طوال الوقت تجاه أي عمل ترغب في القيام به. فالخروج لزيارة الأهل أو العيادة أو الحضانة أو المدرسة محفوف بالمتاعب والخطر. فعلى سبيل المثال، قد يتحول الطريق إلى السوق، الذي لا يبعد سوى دقائق، إلى رحلة طويلة مليئة بالتفتيش والانتظار.
for Haneen, each day is another chapter of challenge, resilience, and determination to remain in her community located in the restricted H2 area of Hebron city in the southern West Bank. Here, women live a different reality, where the details of daily life are intertwined with military checkpoints and severe restrictions on movement. Yet despite all this, women continue to weave powerful stories of resilience and creativity that cannot be ignored.
Haneen Nahwi is one of the women of this area. She did not choose the easy path, but she chose to carve her own way despite all difficulties. Movement here is not a given right, it is a daily challenge filled with anxiety and uncertainty. Haneen knows that her days are not easy; she constantly lives with fear and stress regarding any task she wants to accomplish. Visiting family, going to a clinic, taking children to nursery or school, all are journeys fraught with hardship and risk. For example, the road to the market, just minutes away, can turn into a long journey of inspections and waiting.
