To stand with Israel in practical expressions of support and friendship

2. To teach the Church worldwide regarding God's purposes concerning Israel and to link churches with Israel

3. To be an active channel of reconciliation between Jews, Arabs, and Christians

SALAM (Hebrew: Shalom) is originally a traditional very popular Arabic Christian song known and sang around the whole Middle East.

Is Christian Zionism a recent invention? Far from it.

In this fascinating session from the Jerusalem Summit, Anglican canon Dr. Jules Gomes traces its roots through influential Anglican leaders even before the 1800s, revealing how a literal reading of Scripture transformed both theology and history.

Discover how a Bible-based Zionism once became the prevailing view within the Anglican Church, helping to forge the Balfour Declaration, challenge Replacement Theology, and inspire generations of Christians to stand with the Jewish people to this day. Even so, the Anglican Church itself has increasingly turned its back on Israel, with dire consequences. A compelling historical journey with profound implications for the Church today.
