✨El pasado viernes, 21 de agosto, tuvimos el privilegio de retomar nuestro Instituto de Liderazgo junto a los directores escolares de la región de Ponce (OREP), dando inicio a un nuevo año de aprendizaje, colaboración y crecimiento.
Durante este primer taller del año académico 2026-27, nuestro equipo viajó a Ponce para explorar temas como el liderazgo instruccional y el acompañamiento docente, el uso de datos para la toma de decisiones y la mejora continua, y la importancia del autocuidado en el liderazgo educativo.
Esta iniciativa cuenta con el valioso apoyo de la Fundación Titín. Nos entusiasma continuar este camino junto a los líderes escolares de Ponce y seguir fortaleciendo su capacidad para impulsar el aprendizaje y el bienestar en sus comunidades escolares. 📚🏫🚸

✨Last Friday, August 21, we had the privilege of reigniting our Leadership Institute with school directors from the Ponce region (OREP), kicking off another year of learning, collaboration, and growth.
During this first workshop of the 2026-27 academic year, our team traveled to Ponce to explore topics including instructional leadership and teacher coaching, using data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement, and the importance of self-care in educational leadership.
This initiative is made possible with the valued support of Titín Foundation@. We’re excited to continue this journey alongside Ponce’s school leaders and strengthen their capacity to advance learning and well-being across their school communities. 📚🏫🚸
