Tom Tom Festival Recap: Our Managing Director, Jermeen Sherman, took the stage as a judge at the Crowdfunded Pitch Night, helping spotlight founders building bold ideas and shaping what’s next.

Thirteen founders delivered high-energy, three-minute pitches in front of a live audience ready to back the ideas they believed in most.

This year’s grand prize winner, Eat Better Today, received more than community support. After hearing the pitches, Black Ambition matched the original $5,000 grand prize, bringing the founder’s total award to $10,000.

The Grand Prize Winner, Troy Robinson, called the moment a “historic milestone in his business” and shared they were “forever grateful” for the support.

A night built on ideas, momentum, community, and turning vision into action!

For Play Pits, that problem was simple: finding a natural deodorant made specifically for active kids. What began as a mother’s solution has grown into a category-defining brand that’s changing the way families think about hygiene.

Now, Play Pits is available in CVS, bringing its kid-friendly, all-natural products to even more households across the country.
