Service and play time.

Last week, we had the joy of welcoming an amazing group of young women volunteers from OU Relief Missions

Their hearts, energy, and dedication made a beautiful impact as they spent meaningful time with the children of Esc. Inés María Mendoza - Bayamón Inés María Mendoza School, sharing smiles, encouragement, and genuine connection. In addition, they generously helped clean and care for our facilities, leaving behind not only cleaner spaces, but also a spirit of love and service.

We are deeply grateful for their time, their hands, and their willingness to invest in the lives of Bayamón’s children.

Thank you, OU Relief Missions, for reminding us that when people come together to serve, hope grows stronger.

One Hand in Caguas

After two days of hard work, our dear group of volunteers from OU Relief Missions joined us in Caguas to make a difference. They continued organizing efforts at the free store, helping serve the community, and prepared sandwiches for those experiencing homelessness in the area.

We are truly grateful for their dedication and heart to serve those in need. Together, we can!

Volunteers in Gurabo.

Today we wrapped up two days of hard work, heart, and purpose. The incredible OU Relief Missions volunteers stepped in and gave their time and energy at the Historic Bible Museum.

This museum is part of the ministry of Rev. Douglas Marti, who for over 50 years has been a light of hope—providing food, safe spaces, and care for children across Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Central America.

We are deeply grateful to every volunteer who showed up, served, and made a difference. This is what impact looks like when we come together.

Apoyando a quienes apoyan.

Un día especial de voluntariado. El reverendo Douglas Marti, el entrenador del Bayamon Basketball Club, un líder comunitario de Alturas de Bayamón, y nuestro fundador K**e Garcia trabajaron mano a mano para apoyar en la reorganización del Museo de la Biblia en Cataño y la Tienda de Jesucristo en Caguas.

Commitment to Communities in Bayamón.

We started 2026 with our first group of volunteers from New York.

A group of retired volunteers from OU Relief Missions, players from the Bayamón Basketball Club, local leaders, and neighbors came together to clean and prepare the first home renovation project in Alturas de Bayamón.

Beyond the work, they connected with the community by sharing snacks and fruit throughout the neighborhood, building relationships and hope.

At One Hand / Apoyemos, we are deeply committed to creating social impact in our communities and developing new young leaders through service.

One Hand / Apoyemos is a humanitarian movement dedicated to serving the communities most in need.

Compromiso con las comunidades de Bayamón.

Iniciamos el 2026 con nuestro primer grupo de voluntarios provenientes de Nueva York.

Un grupo de voluntarios retirados de OU Relief Missions, jugadores del Bayamón Basketball Club, líderes locales y vecinos se unieron para limpiar y preparar el primer proyecto de renovación de vivienda en Alturas de Bayamón.

Más allá del trabajo, conectaron con la comunidad al compartir refrigerios y frutas en todo el vecindario, construyendo relaciones y esperanza.

En One Hand / Apoyemos, estamos profundamente comprometidos con crear impacto social en nuestras comunidades y con el desarrollo de nuevos líderes jóvenes a través del servicio.

When we walk in faith and commitment, we find ourselves walking alongside the right people.

I am deeply grateful for the dedicated members of the One Hand Apoyemos Board. Their talent, service, and commitment expand our programs and multiply the opportunities we have to bless communities in meaningful ways.

Gracias en Venezuela.

El pasado día de Acción de Gracias, las iglesias de Araure Venezuela y Estado Portuguesa, recibieron el envío de ayuda humanitaria desde Puerto Rico.

Después de un viaje de 10 semanas por barco de Puerto Rico a Miami y tan solo 10 dias de Miami a Venezuela; las cajas llegaron a su destino en las provincias de Venezuela.

Reconocemos el arduo trabajo y la labor de los pastores. En medio de la situación que vive el país se han mantenido firmes sirviendo.

Le damos las gracias a Ruddy Export. La compañía fletera quien siempre nos ha apoyado e hizo la entrega en tiempo récord. Dios los bendice y camina delante de ustedes.
