We are pleased to introduce all candidates for the first WRRC Athletes’ Commission!

Each dancer has submitted their motivation and vision for contributing to the development of our sport, giving you the chance to learn more about their goals and perspectives.
This weekend in Krakow, athletes will vote to elect their representatives — one from each country — who will help shape the future of WRRC.

Fabio Rovedoni
Country: Italy
Age: 20
Category: Boogie Woogie Main Class
Discipline: Representative of Boogie Woogie
Additional Member Role Accepted: Yes
Motivation: I’d like to be part of the Commission because I want to bring an athlete-focused perspective and help strengthen fairness and development within our sport. I aim to contribute actively to decisions that affect training, competitions, and athlete well-being, and I’m motivated to collaborate to ensure athletes’ real needs are genuinely heard and valued

Krzysztof Michalski
Country: Poland
Age: 22
Category: Rock’n’Roll Main Class Contact Style
Discipline: Representative of Rock’n’Roll
Additional Member Role Accepted: No
Motivation: I am highly motivated to join the Dancers’ Commission because I strongly believe in the development of sport and the importance of athletes’ voices in shaping its future. I thrive in teamwork environments, I am communicative, and I feel confident working with people from diverse backgrounds. I can clearly see areas within the federation that can be improved, and I am convinced that real progress can only be achieved through coordinated cooperation between the presidium, international federations and the athletes themselves. I see this initiative as an excellent opportunity to strengthen that dialogue and finally give dancers “more to say” in decisions that directly affect them.

Yehor Alieinikov
Country: Ukraine
Age: 25
Category: Rock’n’Roll Main Class Free Style; Rock’n’Roll Main Class Formations
Discipline: Representative of Rock’n’Roll
Additional Member Role Accepted: No
Motivation: I would love for dancers to have a real and easy way to communicate with the international federation, share their ideas, and receive meaningful feedback. I want to help build an environment where athletes can express themselves not only on the dance floor, but also in the development of our sport. For me, being part of the Commission is a chance to support the next generations of dancers, help them grow, and make sure they have everything they need to reach new levels and deliver truly outstanding performances.

MATEUSZ GWIAZDA
Country: POLAND
Age: 20
Category: Rock’n’Roll Couple Dance Show
Discipline: Representative of Rock’n’Roll
Additional Member Role Accepted: No
Motivation: I am applying for this position because Acrobatic Rock and Roll has been a part of my life for over 13 years. I love this sport, and I would like to actively contribute to its development and promotion. I hope that my experience, both athletic and professional, will help support the promotion and growth of this sport. I would like to use my commitment to actively support Acrobatic Rock and Roll and to represent the athletes’ perspective within the WRRC Presidium.

Sofia Stativka
Country: Ukraine
Age: 19
Category: Rock’n’Roll Formations Lady
Discipline: Representative of Rock’n’Roll
Additional Member Role Accepted: Yes
Motivation: Because it's important to me that the athletes' voices are heard and taken into account in decision-making. I understand the needs and concerns of the participants well, as I'm actively involved myself and know the process from the inside. It's important to me to maintain fair conditions, transparency, and the development of the discipline. I want to contribute to improving communication between the athletes and the federation and help create an environment in which everyone can grow and perform at their best.

Axel Javier Armijos Jorgge
Country: Italy
Age: 21
Category: Boogie Woogie Main Class
Discipline: Representative of Boogie Woogie
Additional Member Role Accepted: No
Motivation: I would like to be part of this commission to give a relevant contribution to the WRRC Boogie Woogie community, which is unfortunately living a crisis due to the lack of communication between who makes the rules (the Boogie Woogie Commission) and who has to follow them (the dancers),; in addition, I'd like to make the judging system transparent and more understandable to all the dancers in order to make sure that every single coach can understand from where each couple has to start to improve.

Eliška Musilová
Country: Czechia
Age: 21
Category: Rock’n’Roll Small Lady Formations
Discipline: Representative of Rock’n’Roll
Additional Member Role Accepted: Yes
Motivation: I have devoted most of my life to Rock’n’Roll and I am highly motivated to contribute to its further development. I enjoy learning new things, finding solutions, and coming up with ideas that can help dancers. I pay close attention to the people around me and I am interested in what they appreciate in the sport, what they struggle with, and what changes they would welcome. I take in all these insights and think about how to use them constructively to improve conditions.

Kristyna Kohoutova
Country: Czechia
Age: 27
Category: Rock’n’Roll Formations Lady
Discipline: Representative of Rock’n’Roll
Additional Member Role Accepted: No
Motivation: I would like to be part of the Dancers Commission because I care about the development of our sport and I would like to stay involved in discussions that shape its future. I believe it is important for dancers to have a voice, and I would be glad to contribute with my perspective.

Kornél Kovács
Country: Hungary
Age: 21
Category: Rock’n’Roll Main Class Contact Style
Discipline: Representative of Rock’n’Roll
Additional Member Role Accepted: Yes
Motivation: I would like to be part of the Dancers’ Commission because I believe dancers should have a stronger voice in shaping our sport and its future. As active athletes, we experience competitions, rules, and conditions first-hand and I want to help ensure these experiences are heard and considered. I would like to stand up for dancers when it comes to fairness at events, including issues like the drawing process, judging transparency and how difficult dance and acrobatic elements in a routine are evaluated. I often hear worries and frustration from fellow athletes, and I think it is important that these concerns can be communicated constructively. I am committed to supporting better communication between dancers and the WRRC, and working on improvements that benefit our whole community. I would be proud to contribute to the development of Rock’n’Roll in a positive, athlete-centered way.

Sandro Spendier
Country: Austria
Age: 31
Category: Rock’n’Roll Main Class Free Style
Discipline: Representative of Rock’n’Roll
Additional Member Role Accepted: Yes
Motivation: I would like to give the active dancers a strong voice. My goal is to represent their interests, share honest feedback, support development and ensure that dancer perspectives are directly included in future decisions. I am in the world cup since 2010 and danced in different categories - therefore i have connections to many dancers, trainers and countries. It would be also important for me to have dancers from formations, from couplecategories and from various countries inside the commission to have many perspectives. I would be honored to serve the Rock‘n‘Roll community in this position - if you have further questions you can ask me anytime.
Best Regards
Sandro Spendier

Patrik Ciprić
Country: Croatia
Age: 31
Category: Rock’n’Roll Main Class Contact Style
Discipline: Representative of Rock’n’Roll
Additional Member Role Accepted: Yes
Motivation: First of all, I am always advocating for fairness and equal opportunities for everyone in sport. With my experience of 24 years dancing and competing there is so much to share with other competitors, but also with coaches, judges etc. I would like to work for on improvements of our sport and be that bond between governing body and dancers, so our opinon is heard.

Oscar Ågren
Country: Sweden
Age: 24
Category: Boogie Woogie Main Class
Discipline: Representative of Boogie Woogie
Additional Member Role Accepted: No
Motivation: I believe the democratic establishment of the Dancer's Commission is very positive for the sport and WRRC, and would like to contribute in that spirit. In Sweden, we frequently discuss how WRRC and ourselves can improve - this feels like a good opportunity to share these thoughts with the WRRC, other countries and dancers. I feel it is important to engage oneself in these initiatives when the opportunity presents itself as I truly believe in the power of coming together and optimistically strive to improve the environment that surronds us. That is why I would like to be part of the commission.

Luca Zilocchi
Country: Italy
Age: 24
Category: Boogie Woogie Main Class
Discipline: Representative of Boogie Woogie
Additional Member Role Accepted: No

Dear Dancers, Coaches, Organizers, and Fans,

As we reflect on this extraordinary season, our hearts are filled with immense gratitude and pride for each and every one of you. This message comes from the WRRC Presidium with deepest respect and appreciation for everything you bring to our beloved sport.

TO OUR DANCERS – THE HEART OF OUR SPORT
Every single day, in your clubs across the world, you dedicate countless hours to perfecting your craft. We see the sweat, the determination, and the passion you pour into every training session. We witness the challenges you overcome – the physical demands, the mental strength required, the sacrifices you make. Whether you're mastering complex acrobatic elements, refining your musicality, or pushing through moments of doubt, you never give up.
Then you travel to our competitions – to Stuttgart (August 22-23), Geneve (October 11), Montelimar (November 1-2), Dunajska Streda (November , Velika Gorica, Zagreb (November 22-23) – and you share your artistry with the world. You spend time together, support each other, and showcase your mastery and craftsmanship on the competition floor.
What moves us most is this: for us, EVERY dancer counts equally – whether you're a World Champion or just beginning your journey in our sport. Your value to our community is immeasurable.
THE MAGIC OF YOUR SPIRIT ✨

The atmosphere you create during competitions is nothing short of extraordinary! Your cheering, your support for one another, the pure emotion in your eyes as you watch your fellow dancers perform – this is what makes our sport truly special. We see international groups working together, strengthening bonds across borders, and building our global Rock'n'Roll Acrobatic and Boogie Woogie community into something truly remarkable.
This season, we've witnessed historic and emotionally charged finals. Your big hearts create the atmosphere that resonates through our entire dance community. We are incredibly proud of you!

TO OUR COACHES – THE ARCHITECTS OF DREAMS
Behind every dancer stands a coach – YOU are the ones who guide them every single day. We know how challenging it is to work in our sport. The demands of our dance disciplines are exceptionally high. The technical requirements of acrobatic Rock'n'Roll, the sophistication of Boogie Woogie, the artistic demands of both – these require extraordinary dedication.
Yet you, our coaches working daily in clubs around the world, care for your dancers and elevate the athletic level to stellar heights. You transform dreams into reality, potential into excellence. Thank you for your unwavering commitment, your expertise, and your endless dedication.

TO OUR ORGANIZERS – THE FOUNDATION OF EVERYTHING

Without you, our sport simply would not exist in its current form. We know the tremendous challenges you face – the logistics, the financial pressures, the countless hours of preparation, the responsibility you carry. Every dancer, coach, and fan should be grateful for your tireless work.
Together, we're striving to make each competition better than the last. We have many ideas to facilitate and improve the competition experience, and we want to work hand-in-hand with you to create optimal conditions for everyone. We recognize the challenges ahead, and those of you organizing competitions understand this better than anyone. Our deepest thanks to you, our organizers!
WE CELEBRATE THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS SEASON

we will focus mainly on the Main Class category.

Montelimar, France – The World Championships in Boogie Woogie and Rock'n'Roll were simply exceptional! Those who attended understand the emotions we experienced. The Boogie Woogie Seniors and Main Class delivered something truly special – the level of dance and the intensity of emotions reached breathtaking heights. Our Boogie Woogie champions and all senior competitors left us with memories that will burn bright forever. Nobody expected such powerful emotions. The Boogie Woogie Main Class demonstrated the ultimate achievement of athletic fulfillment for all competitors in this category.
We must also acknowledge that Main Class Free Style continues to reach the highest level year after year. Acro coaches are increasingly aware of our sport's demands, and we hope to return to the glory days when we had over 40 international couples competing in this category. We need more countries, more continents – let's work together on this, because this is our shared future!
Special recognition goes to the French fans – you created an absolutely incredible atmosphere during these championships!
Velika Gorica, Croatia – The senior category finals brought fantastic emotions and outstanding performance level. Main Class Contact Style has reached a truly satisfying standard. From judges and coaches alike, we heard that this was one of the best finals in the history of this category in our sport!

On Sunday, we witnessed the rebirth of Main Class Free Style Formations! Thank you for your preparation and hard work. We know the sacrifices and daily dedication required to prepare a full squad. The costs of preparation and participation are enormous. Training both acrobatics and dance in a sports hall is truly a monumental challenge.
Thank you to every Formation that prepared for the World Championships – you are ALL extraordinary to us. Young dancers watching your performances should dream of being part of and competing in such formations. Thank you for creating the history of our sport!

GIRLS / Ladies FORMATIONS – A TRIUMPH OF EXCELLENCE AND ARTISTRY
A special recognition must be given to our Girls / Ladies Formations – both small and large groups! You have become synonymous with quality and exceptionally high-level competition. Your synchronization is breathtaking, your choreographies are magnificent, and you are the pride of our entire community.
When we first created these categories within our federation, we had many doubts and questions. Would they succeed? Would they attract enough participants? Would the level be competitive?
Today, the standard you have achieved gives us absolute certainty that we made the right decision. You have exceeded every expectation! The precision, the artistry, the dedication you display on the competition floor is truly remarkable. You have proven that Girls / Ladies Formations deserve their place at the highest level of our sport.
Bravo to Girls / Ladies Formations sports! You are writing a beautiful chapter in the history of our disciplines!

LOOKING AHEAD – WORLD CUP FINAL IN KRAKOW!
Now we turn our eyes to the World Cup Final in Krakow! We believe we can count on your fantastic performances once again! Create that loud, emotion-filled atmosphere we love! We're keeping our fingers crossed for your preparations for the World Cup Final in Krakow and for the final Formation competitions of this year!
The entire WRRC Presidium is grateful to you for your efforts and dedication throughout this part of the season.
You are the reason our sport thrives. You are the reason we believe in a bright future. You are the heart and soul of Rock'n'Roll Acrobatic and Boogie Woogie.

Thank you. We are proud of you. We believe in you.

With deep respect and warm regards,

WRRC Presidium
