In order to collect the card at the post, you must show a receipt of payment for the residence card, provide a valid residence card, if it has been issued. Holders of permanent residence permits based on the Polish Card are also required to submit a document to the institution in order to receive a permanent residence card.

Children under the age of 13 are not required to be present. You have to take your child's travel documents and a parent or legal guardian.

Please note that the number of available seats is limited!
