26 startups have received Microsoft Azure cloud credits — a huge boost for scaling, experimentation, and global expansion. Amazing to see such strong momentum and support through the Ukrainian Startup Fund and Microsoft partnership.

💫 26 українських стартапів отримали хмарні кредити Microsoft Azure для масштабування своїх продуктів

Цьогоріч у лютому УФС приєднався до Microsoft for Startups Investor Network, відкривши нові можливості для українських технологічних компаній. У межах цієї співпраці стартапи, що були або є учасниками програм Українського фонду стартапів, змогли претендувати на хмарні кредити Microsoft Azure вартістю, еквівалентною $150 000.

Маємо перші результати програми – кредити Microsoft Azure отримали 26 стартапів:

Стартапи зможуть використати кредити від Microsoft для:

✔️тестування, розробки та масштабування продуктів
✔️підготовки до виходу на міжнародні ринки

Microsoft Azure credits допоможуть стартапам пришвидшити створення технологічних продуктів, успішно вийти на ринок та безпечно масштабуватися. Ця ініціатива посилює інтеграцію українських стартапів у світову інноваційну екосистему та створює додаткові умови для їх зростання.

It’s crazy how fast “other people’s kids” grow up 🚀

Huge congrats to Nazar Ponochevnyi, Nick Shcherban, and Oleksandr Kuprii — the team behind Harmix, on securing $1M from a Canadian family office to launch their new Proactive AI Manager, Pam.
⠀
We still remember when they joined our accelerator back in 2020 and later took the final stage at Kyiv Tech Hub 2020. Even then, it was clear they were building something special. Back then it was all about a powerful multimodal AI engine — analyzing video, audio, objects, mood, and context to enable natural-language search across media (which is why companies like Red Bull and Sky TV were using it in production). The system powered search across massive media libraries — over 30M assets — combining audio, video, and contextual understanding.

Now they’re taking that same deep-tech DNA into a much bigger problem. Pam is a proactive system with long-horizon memory that connects fragmented data across tools like Slack, Gmail, and CRMs, constantly monitoring workflows, spotting bottlenecks, and even generating insights without being asked — tackling what they call “operational blindness” in SMBs.

What’s especially interesting is its ‘self-onboarding memory’ — instead of asking users to manually define preferences, it learns directly from emails, Slack, meetings, and past interactions. It continuously updates context, detects inconsistencies, and asks proactive questions — making outputs actually reflect real relationships and priorities.

The new funding will also go into security (SOC 2), self-hosted deployments, and scaling across North America and Europe.

We’re genuinely proud that we had the chance to cross paths and work with such a strong team at an early stage. What they’ve achieved since then is entirely on them — and it’s inspiring to watch.

The European Innovation Council has announced the results of its latest funding initiative — awarding €20 million to 41 Ukrainian startups and SMEs, with individual grants ranging from €300,000 to €500,000.

The program supports companies working in AI, cybersecurity, robotics, biotech, space, and renewable technologies, helping them move from development to real-world deployment and integrate faster into the European innovation ecosystem.

We’re especially proud that startups from our pool are among the winners — including FarsightVision, Extra Vision, Sirocco Energy, Input Soft, and TechNovator, along with many other outstanding Ukrainian teams.

We’ve just wrapped up two inspiring days at the MIT Universal AI Summit, organized by StartSmart CEE, at the Museum of Polish History. 🎉

Over the course of the summit, leaders from business, science, technology, and education gathered to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming the economy, education, and society—and how it can be implemented responsibly and effectively.
⠀
A major part of the discussions also focused on Poland’s growing role in Europe’s AI ecosystem — from infrastructure and compute capacity to talent development and the rise of globally minded founders. The conversations highlighted how the country is positioning itself as a regional innovation hub and an increasingly important player in shaping Europe’s technological future. 🇵🇱🇪🇺

The event also featured the StartSmart CEE DemoDay, where 10 startups presented their solutions to an international audience of investors and experts. The winning team, SI Robotics, received an admission ticket to Web Summit 2026 in Lisbon. 🚀

The PUSB team was present throughout both days, engaging with speakers, partners, and fellow participants from across the international innovation ecosystem. We’re excited to see great news from BaBayte OÜ, a startup participating in our acceleration program.
⠀
The Ukrainian-Estonian startup has secured investment from Green Flag Ventures to further develop BabAI, their onboard AI module designed to enhance drone survivability. The system uses electro-optical and infrared sensors to detect incoming threats, analyze interception trajectories in real time, and autonomously perform evasive maneuvers — helping drones operate more safely in rapidly evolving threat environments.

Built from real field experience, BabAI aims to protect both drones and the people who operate them by enabling faster-than-human defensive responses directly on the device, without reliance on the cloud.
