www.autokreacja.org Założyliśmy Fundację bo lubimy pracować z ludźmi. Nasza historia sięga roku 1992 kiedy działaliśmy nieformalnie.

W naszych projektach najwięcej czasu i energii wkładamy w inicjatywy, które dają nam szansę bezpośredniego kontaktu z uczestnikami - organizujemy szkolenia, warsztaty, spotkania i eventy kulturalne. W naszych programach współpracujemy ze wszystkimi, którzy chcą rozwijać swój potencjał i potencjał jaki ma każda społeczność, niezależnie od wieku, profesji, kraju pochodzenia czy etapu w życiu jaki właśnie przechodzą. Później już oficjalnie od 2002 grupa ludzi tworzących dzisiejszą Fundację z sukcesem działa tworząc wysokiej jakości programy społeczne jako stowarzyszenie a od 2010 jako fundacja. Jesteśmy przekonani, że jednym z najlepszych sposobów rozwoju i postępu jest wymiana doświadczeń, dialog i rozpowszechnianie dobrych praktyk. Dlatego też jesteśmy otwarci na nowe inicjatywy i chętni do podejmowania współpracy z partnerami reprezentującymi wszystkie kraje, kultury i aktywnymi na wielu polach.

We are not only hosting! Our participants took part in MYTHIC, an Erasmus+ Professional Development initiative designed to modernize youth work by integrating entrepreneurship and replacing “ad-hoc” activities with professionalized, “turn-key” systems. Recognizing that youth workers face increased pressure from digital disruption and operational burnout, the project bridges the gap between traditional methods and future-ready practices. The core of MYTHIC is a six-day Training Course (TC) in Slovakia, where 24 youth workers from eight countries collaborate to master inclusive entrepreneurship, organizational systems, and ethical AI. 12-17.05.2026

Hear me Out  Training Course. 1 - 9 June, 2026
We came as strangers, worked as a team, and left as an Erasmus family with certificates in hand and minds full of inspiration.

“Hear Me Out. How to Use Participatory Audio for Supporting Young People” was a 7 days long training course for youth workers implemented in June 2026 in Wladyslawowo, Poland.

Participating representatives of different organisations from the European Union and the Eastern Partnership region had a chance to explore how digital based tools and methods (audio / voice recording / storytelling) can be used to support their young beneficiaries, especially young people at risk of exclusion. During the training, we engaged in various types activities, exploring both theoretical and practical aspects of the topic.

What’s new with our mission to connect generations and fight digital exclusion? 📱 Our very first Newsletter is officially out! Inside, you'll discover all the highlights from our recent meeting in Rome 🇮🇹, hosted by ANTEAS, where partners from Italy, Germany, Lithuania, and Poland joined forces.

Here is a sneak peek of what we’ve been working on:
✅ Exchanging best practices for senior digital education.
✅ Planning the training program for our "GECKO Facilitators" (kicking off in September 2026!).
✅ Preparing local support groups ("Social Crews") to help older adults confidently use smartphones and access eHealth or public services.

Youth Re:Build �is an international initiative that empowers young people to actively participate in shaping the cities they live in. By bringing together youth organizations, municipalities, urban planners, and community leaders, the project creates a collaborative environment where ideas for better public spaces can grow and take shape.

Power of Stories. TRAINING COURSE
13th-21st April 2026
Puck, Poland

The Power of Stories was a 7 days Erasmus+ training course focused on digital storytelling (Berkeley Method) and how it can be used to support young learners with fewer opportunities.

The main aim of this training course was to discover how storytelling and filmmaking can be used as an educational approach to help young people tell their stories in a digital way and share their personal, unique perspectives with the world. During the project we used “learning by doing” approach, which means that each participant created their own digital story (a film) to get fully immersed in the process and to understand the method. After the films were done, participants meta-analyzed the Berkeley Method and learned how they can adapt it to their own context to match it with the unique needs of the young people they work with in their respective local communities.
