Welcome Men in Pregnancy and Fathers!
This page is for us, so we can share our experiences while meetingUp (in real life)!
There are Walking-Meetings & Sharing near Las Bemowo every two weeks on Sundays.

In the meetings we will do some exercises to make sure we can all share & listen to each other. We keep the focus related to our lives and role in pregnancy & as fathers.
Other ideas for activities are welcome too.
The motivation behind this page:
I experienced we have an important role in supporting our pregnant woman and our developing child. And to take that role is not always easy. Very often new things show up!
A lot changes in our lives and relationship appear, while in the mean time we have to stand ground. For example when our woman gets emotional or panics, or maybe in Hospital when a doctors' lack of empathy creates more nerves then healthy.
Also through my work with people I found out that pregnancy and the (natural) birth-process are very important experiences for our children. This seems to have (often) unconscious but continuous effects on our child's life..
I feel that we as men can benefit getting to know more about our role and get used to it. And that sharing with others can do a lot in that. Meanwhile, in our 'no-so-social media' age, real Contact is maybe more difficult than ever. Therefore I feel like changing something and to meet up more..
We are doing this for ourselves, for our partners and our children - for now and for the future!
So let's get practical, meet up with other Men in pregnancy and with more and less experienced Fathers, wherever we are. As much as possible in real life!!
