🌍 We are proud to introduce NODES (Network Of Diverse European Societies) – a pan-European platform connecting student societies and youth organisations working on European affairs, public policy, and governance. 🇪🇺
Founded in 2025 on the initiative of Jakub Mirkowski (European Union Society) and currently coordinated together with Victoriya Hermanchuk (KSE EU Club), NODES brings together leading university organisations across Europe:
🇵🇱 SGH Warsaw School of Economics – European Union Society
🇺🇦 Kyiv School of Economics – KSE EU Club
🇪🇸 IE University – IE European Union Club
🇩🇪 Hertie School– futurEU Club
🇮🇹 Università Bocconi– European Generation
🇧🇪 KU Leuven – Minos Leuven
🇬🇧 UCL – UCL European Society
Four of the member universities – SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Bocconi University, Hertie School, and IE University – are part of the CIVICA – The European University of Social Sciences alliance, while Kyiv School of Economics, although not a CIVICA member, closely cooperates within the alliance.
Together, our member organisations represent a community of more than 350 students actively engaged in European public life – from participating in EU institutional events to contributing to policy debates and engaging in dialogues with decision-makers. 🤝
NODES focuses primarily on educational activity and policy-oriented cooperation. We organise joint webinars and seminars dedicated to European public policy, climate governance and the European Green Deal 🌱, European security and foreign policy 🔐, as well as institutional and governance questions shaping the future of the Union.
Beyond events, we collaborate on analytical writing through the EU Journal 📝, publishing evidence-informed commentaries and policy reflections addressing Europe’s most pressing challenges.
By fostering transparent cooperation, intercultural dialogue, and a non-partisan approach to public policy, NODES connects expertise across borders and empowers young Europeans to actively shape the continent’s future. 🚀
