🇬🇧 MORKOD, together with Medical Ministry Internationaland Health Partners International of Canada, has delivered another shipment of life-saving medicines to the Department of Health of the Kyiv Regional State Administration. Київська обласна державна адміністраціяThe donation, with a total value of over €170,000 and a total weight of approximately 900 kg, represents the second joint medical shipment to Kyiv oblast, made possible through the coordinated support of international organizations.
As in previous missions, Fundacja MORKOD ensured full in-country coordination and the safe delivery of the humanitarian aid to the beneficiaries.
The medicines will be distributed to 4 medical institutions, providing essential treatment and support to more than 5,000 patients in the Kyiv region.

🇺🇦 MORKOD разом з Medical Ministry Internationalта Health Partners International of Canadaдоставив чергову партію життєво важливих ліків до Департаменту охорони здоров’я Київська обласна державна адміністрація
Ця донація загальною вартістю понад 170 000 євро та загальною вагою приблизно 900 кг є другою спільною медичною поставкою до Київської області, що стала можливою завдяки скоординованій підтримці міжнародних організацій.
Як і в попередніх місіях, MORKOD забезпечив повну координацію в країні та безпечну доставку гуманітарної допомоги бенефіціарам.
Ліки будуть розподілені між 4 медичними закладами, що забезпечить необхідне лікування та підтримку понад 5000 пацієнтів у Київській області.

The MORKOD international NGO has delivered 6 tons of medical humanitarian aid worth a total of €250,000 to the Department of Health of the Київська обласна державна адміністрація.
The foundation also express gratitude to the international donors Health Partners International of Canada and IHP UK for providing medical supplies, as well as to project partner, Medical Ministry International, for their support in implementing this initiative.

🇺🇦 Сьогодні минає три роки з початку повномасштабної війни в Україні. Три роки, які змінили мільйони життів, принесли біль і втрати, але також стали історією сили, стійкості та взаємодопомоги.

У цей день ми згадуємо всіх, хто постраждав від війни, хто був змушений покинути свої домівки, хто втратив близьких. Ми також дякуємо всім, хто допомагає – медикам, рятувальникам, волонтерам, гуманітарним працівникам.

Разом ми продовжуємо підтримувати тих, хто цього потребує, і віримо в майбутнє, де головною цінністю буде мир.

🇬🇧 Today marks three years since the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine. Three years that have changed millions of lives, brought pain and loss, but also became a story of strength, resilience and mutual assistance.

On this day, we remember all those who suffered from the war, who were forced to leave their homes, who lost loved ones. We also thank all those who help - doctors, rescuers, volunteers, humanitarian workers.

Together, we continue to support those in need, and we believe in a future where peace will be the main value.

Morkod provides assistance to populations in distress, to victims of natural or man-made disasters and to victims of armed conflict. They do so irrespective of race, religion, creed or political convictions.

Morkod observes neutrality and impartiality in the name of universal humanitarian ethics and the right to humanitarian assistance and claims full and unhindered freedom in the exercise of its functions.

Members undertake to respect their professional code of ethics and maintain complete independence from all political, economic or religious powers.

As volunteers, members understand the risks and dangers of the missions they carry out and make no claim for themselves or their assigns for any form of compensation other than that which the organization might be able to afford them.

Providing access to health care doesn’t always look like a doctor’s office. It can look like a child-friendly space, a mobile medical unit, a pop-up clinic, or a personal visit from a psychologist.

Increasing healthy equity means providing access to clean water, nutrition foods, safe shelter, livehood support, hygiene items, and the long-term investment that improve the underlying determinants of health.

This , we emphasise our commitment to ensuring all people have the capacity to exercise their right to health services.
