Mentoring is a journey in which both sides have their role. An active role.
For mentoring to truly bring value, it requires attentiveness, openness, clearly defined goals and commitment from both sides of the relationship.

That’s why our Mentors will take part in the workshop:

“I Speak, I Listen, I Support – Communication That Develops”

During the workshop, they will:

⭐ develop their active listening skills and learn how to ask questions that encourage deeper reflection,

⭐ learn how to provide constructive feedback that strengthens motivation and helps identify areas for development,

⭐ explore ways to build a partnership based on trust, openness and shared responsibility,

⭐ practise conducting mentoring conversations to respond more confidently to Mentees’ needs and support them in achieving their goals.

The workshop will be delivered in cooperation with our partner, Inprogress, and led by Romuald Krysiak.

📅 The workshop will take place on 2 September from 5:00 to 8:00 PM (CEST).

The workshop is dedicated to Mentors of the 9th edition of the PMI Poland Chapter Mentoring Program and will be conducted in English.

„A co jeśli nie będziemy do siebie pasować?”
To naturalna obawa.
Ale jest coś, co obserwujemy w mentoringu:

Dobra relacja mentoringowa nie zawsze zaczyna się od identycznych doświadczeń.
Częściej zaczyna się od poczucia, że „ta osoba mnie rozumie”.
I właśnie dlatego tak dużo uwagi poświęcamy nie tylko doświadczeniu, ale też:

– Twoim potrzebom
– temu, gdzie jesteś zawodowo
– temu, jakie rozmowy mogą być dla Ciebie wartościowe

Czasem jedna dobra relacja
zmienia więcej niż seria kursów i szkoleń.
Zmiana, która zostaje.

Bo dobry matching nie kończy się na podobieństwach
Zaczyna się od przestrzeni do prawdziwej rozmowy.

Za każdym zgłoszeniem stoi coś więcej niż doświadczenie.
To często jest:
– moment zmiany
– zawodowy chaos
– potrzeba odwagi
– chęć przyspieszenia rozwoju

Dlatego czytając zgłoszenia,
zadajemy sobie pytania:

– Co ta osoba próbuje dziś zrozumieć?
– Co ją zatrzymuje?
– Co może ją ruszyć dalej?

Bo dobry mentoring zaczyna się od ciekawości.
Nie tylko wobec rozwoju.
Ale także wobec drugiego człowieka.

Ciekawość, która napędza.
Bo najlepsze rozmowy zaczynają się od pytań, które mają znaczenie.
