For the past two years, the Sejm has been unable to decide whether to put to a vote a motion to lift the immunity of four prominent politicians from Prawo i Sprawiedliwość [Law and Justice – translator’s note].
This has blocked the possibility of launching criminal proceedings against 12 individuals accused of criminal offenses.

A motion to re-vote on lifting immunity has stalled in a parliamentary committee. It is justified, even though P*S rushed through a vote on the matter before leaving power, because new circumstances have emerged in the criminal proceedings.

When new evidence appears, a motion to lift immunity can be voted on again.

Unfortunately, members of the parliamentary immunity committee are afraid to make a decision, concerned that a similar move could one day be used against them.

As a result, they hedge their bets and come up with excuses to avoid taking any decision at all.

Szymon Hołownia tried to push them into action, but failed.

Will Speaker Włodzimierz Czarzasty be able to bring this matter to a conclusion?

Any resolution is crucial, because the lack of a decision prevents any of the accused P*S politicians from being brought before a court.

OUR SUCCESS – ANOTHER VERDICT: OLSZAŃSKI AND OSADOWSKI CONVICTED IN KALISZ ❗️

Wojciech Olszański has been sentenced to one year of restricted liberty. His associate, Marcin Osadowski, received eight months.

What was the case about?

In 2022, the neo-fascists came to Kalisz to testify in the investigation into the disgraceful antisemitic gathering they had organized in the city on November 11, 2021. During that event they burned a copy of the Statute of Kalisz, a historical document granting rights to Jews, while chanting “Death to the enemies of the fatherland!” and shouting that Jews should “get out of our country.”

Less than a year later, Olszański and Osadowski were once again parading through Kalisz, convinced they were untouchable after being released from detention.

Outside the county administration building they shouted that Ukraine is a “state parasitizing” on Poland after noticing a Ukrainian flag displayed on the building.

They then grew even bolder, shouting vulgar calls about “f***ing” Jews.

In court they behaved arrogantly. Olszański even shouted at the court and insulted an expert witness. On the market square in Kalisz he also attempted to attack the president of the Racist and Xenophobic Behaviour Monitoring Centre (Ośrodek Monitorowania Zachowań Rasistowskich i Ksenofobicznych). After the verdict, however, he suddenly fell silent.

The verdict in case II K 144/23 is not yet final.

This is another conviction for the two leaders of the neo-fascist movement. Olszański will probably be performing community service for the rest of his life. But until they receive unconditional prison sentences, they will continue to convince others that spreading hatred can be done with impunity.

The case concerns a violent attack carried out by a taxi driver against a pregnant woman.

PREGNANT UKRAINIAN WOMAN ATTACKED BY TAXI DRIVER 🔴

Anastazja has lived in Poland for ten years. She is five months pregnant and lives with her husband in central Warsaw.

On Thursday, February 12, the couple were parking outside their apartment building. Moments later, her husband tried to leave in their second car.

He could not. A taxi was blocking the exit.

The driver had entered a narrow park access road despite a prohibition and simply stopped there. Two passengers remained inside the vehicle.

Another car attempted to leave and sounded its horn.

“F*** off back to Ukraine!” the taxi driver shouted through his half-open window after noticing Ukrainian licence plates.

Anastazja calmly tried to explain that he needed to move because he was blocking the exit. The driver called her a pr******te.

He then sprayed her and her husband with tear gas from a large canister resembling police equipment.

Someone called the police. Anastazja began choking from the gas. She continues to feel the effects of the chemical substance to this day.

The taxi passengers panicked and jumped out of the car. As the driver attempted to reverse, he nearly ran one of them over. They eventually got back into the vehicle and all fled the scene.

Police are investigating the case under Article 257 of the Criminal Code — assault motivated by nationality, which carries a penalty of up to three years in prison.

The Centre is providing legal assistance to the victims.

This incident reflects what we have long warned about: anti-Ukrainian rhetoric is fuelling growing contempt toward Ukrainians in Poland. Far-right groups openly support Russian propaganda, taking part in a hybrid war against Poland aimed at stirring social unrest and hostility toward Ukrainians.

Through figures such as Braun, Olszański, Korczarowski and others like them, the Kremlin fulfills its objectives.

And when we bring them before the courts, there are cries that they are being “prosecuted for words.”

Words can wound. They can destabilise a state. They can even kill.

NATALIA RUŚ, KNOWN AS “NAJKA,” LOSES IN THE COURT OF APPEAL – COURT RULES SHE PRAISED A CRIME ❗

The District Court in Rybnik, after examining the prosecutor’s appeal, overturned the acquittal of Natalia Ruś and ordered a retrial in the criminal case.

This means that internet personality Natalia Ruś, known as “Najka,” who is associated with the accused Grzegorz Braun, will once again take her place in the dock. 🔴

Natalia Ruś will now stand trial before the District Court in Rybnik for publicly praising crimes committed repeatedly by the accused pro-Russian MP Grzegorz Braun. 🇷🇺

The charges concern an offence under Article 255 of the Criminal Code. The prosecution brought the case following a notification submitted by the Racist and Xenophobic Behaviour Monitoring Centre. 🔴

This ruling by the District Court in Rybnik is extremely important, as it paves the way for us to bring several hundred other offenders to justice — individuals who publicly praised bias-motivated crimes committed by leaders of Konfederacja Korony Polskiej [Confederation of the Polish Crown – translator’s note].

We also remind you that Natalia Ruś, represented by the underperforming lawyer Sławomir Korbela, has already once lost a criminal case against us with a final and binding judgment.

At that time, the court found that the information we had disseminated about her was true.

WE DID IT – THE CRIMINAL TRIAL OF GRZEGORZ BRAUN BEGINS ON MONDAY ❗

After three years of intensive efforts, we have brought MP Grzegorz Braun before the court.

Braun will stand trial at the District Court for Warsaw Praga-Południe (case no. IV K 665/25).

The proceedings were initiated following a series of notifications filed by the Racist and Xenophobic Behaviour Monitoring Centre and two other organisations.

A representative of our organisation will be present in the courtroom, as the Racist and Xenophobic Behaviour Monitoring Centre has been admitted to the proceedings as a party.

In this trial, Grzegorz Braun faces seven criminal charges prepared by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw, including on the basis of our notifications.

This will allow our organisation to submit evidentiary motions during the proceedings, thereby supplementing the prosecutor’s actions.

If the court grants its consent, we will inform you on Monday about the course of the hearing.

WE PUBLISH A RECORDING IN WHICH OLSZAŃSKI SAYS HE WILL FLEE TO AVOID PRISON – THE BELARUSIAN KGB CONFIRMS IT ❗🇷🇺

We submitted this recording to the District Court in Warsaw. Despite this, the judge made a risky decision and released the criminal Wojciech Olszański from pre-trial detention pending trial.

In addition, the Belarusian KGB organized a demonstration in Minsk during which representatives of the Lukashenko regime publicly confirmed that the neo-fascist Wojciech Olszański intends to flee to Belarus and that they are demanding he be allowed to leave Poland.

In these circumstances, the decision of the District Court in Warsaw aligns perfectly with the expectations of the Belarusian KGB.

This is absurd. Olszański is openly mocking the court and the Polish justice system. He says he cannot be imprisoned, that he will “run off to Belarus and live out the rest of his days there in debauchery and excess.” Belarus confirms it is aware of the defendant’s plans and is waiting for him with open arms. Meanwhile, despite the obvious flight risk, the Polish court simply releases him.

THE COURT HAS MADE A SERIOUS MISTAKE ❗

The District Court in Warsaw decided to give repeat offenders Wojciech Olszański and Marcin Osadowski a chance, allowing them to leave detention until a final and binding judgment is issued in their case.

This is a major error.

Wojciech Olszański already has an invitation from the Belarusian KGB, which is effectively encouraging him to flee Poland.

Before his arrest, we secured a conversation between him and another member of “Kamractwo,” in which he admitted that if things started to heat up, he would immediately “get the hell out” to Belarus.

Another leader of “Kamractwo,” convicted criminal Paweł Kondratowicz, who was released in similar circumstances, has been wanted by police for months. Immediately after leaving detention, he fled and went into hiding abroad.

Releasing Olszański sends a signal to the far right and his supporters from Konfederacja Korony Polskiej [Confederation of the Polish Crown – translator’s note] that attacking Jews and Ukrainians can go unpunished.

The average supporter of Braun does not understand that this is merely a temporary lifting of detention pending trial. From their perspective, if someone walks out of prison, it means they are innocent.

Unfortunately, Polish courts rarely consider the broader normative impact of their rulings and judgments, focusing instead almost exclusively on the individual defendant.

OLSZAŃSKI ALSO HAS ANOTHER SENTENCE, BUT THE COURT OF APPEAL IN GDAŃSK HAS BEEN UNABLE TO HEAR THE APPEAL FOR THREE YEARS ❗

Three years ago, the District Court in Bydgoszcz sentenced Wojciech Olszański to one year and eight months of unconditional imprisonment for issuing threats against Members of Parliament.

However, the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk, staffed by appointees linked to Zbigniew Ziobro, has for three years “failed” to convene and hear the appeal.

Hearings are scheduled and then repeatedly canceled — this has been going on for three years.

In our view, this is a deliberate action aimed at the government of Donald Tusk and Minister Waldemar Żurek.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ❗

IN OCTOBER, THE MAJOR TRIAL OF THE LEADERS OF THE NEO-FASCIST, PRO-PUTIN ORGANIZATION “KAMRACTWO” WILL BEGIN

We inform you that the District Court in Warsaw has already scheduled the first three hearings in case no. XVIII K 146/25, in which the leaders of the neo-fascist and pro-Russian organization “Kamractwo” will stand trial.

The first hearings have been set for 2, 22, and 29 October 2025.

Importantly, alongside the prosecutor, a representative of the Racist and Xenophobic Behaviour Monitoring Centre will also act as an auxiliary prosecutor in the case.

The criminals Wojciech Olszański and Marcin Osadowski are currently being held at the Białołęka Remand Centre. The court ruled that they must remain in custody due to the risk that they could flee to Belarus. The court also invoked Article 258 §3 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, citing concerns that the defendants could commit further acts posing a threat to health or life.

Repeat offenders Wojciech Olszański and Marcin Osadowski have repeatedly physically attacked other individuals, including journalists, witnesses, and prosecutors testifying in their previous trials.

During a police search of their shared apartment, bayonets and fi****ms were discovered.

Both defendants have repeatedly threatened to kill people with different political views, as well as those of different national or ethnic backgrounds.

All of this led the court to conclude that they must remain in detention pending trial.

ACCUSED SELF-STYLED CATHOLIC INFLUENCER NATALIA RUŚ, ALIAS “NAJKA,” TO FACE COURT AGAIN ❗

We have already secured one final criminal conviction in a case against Natalia Ruś. Now, her next case will be heard by the District Court in Rybnik.

SHE COMPARED UKRAINIANS TO PARASITES ❗

Together with her mother, she publicly insulted Ukrainian women and children who had fled the war following Russia’s invasion of their country.

Ruś publicly compared people fleeing the war to parasites, saying she feared “they would infest our country.”

RUŚ HAS CLOSE TIES TO THE ACCUSED GRZEGORZ BRAUN

This time, Natalia Ruś, who frequently meets with the accused Grzegorz Braun, will stand trial for violating Article 255 of the Polish Criminal Code. She is charged with a criminal offence consisting of publicly praising a prohibited act.

In the coming days, the District Court in Rybnik will determine whether Ruś committed an offence by endorsing the antisemitic attack in the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, carried out by her associate.

CONTACTS WITH A PRO-RUSSIAN TRAITOR 🇷🇺

It has recently emerged that Natalia Ruś was in contact with a man named Jacek Prosa, who works for the Belarusian regime and maintains ties with individuals controlled by the KGB.

Prosa is a close associate of Russian spy Tomasz Szmidt, a former Polish judge, as well as Davide Carbonaro, a criminal priest who fled to Belarus and began working for pro-Putin propaganda.

Natalia Ruś also repeatedly met with a significantly older man from Braun’s circle, Adam Kania. He is known for assisting criminal Marek Majcher in committing fraud. Majcher is currently being held in pre-trial detention on charges of abusing a woman in her ninth month of pregnancy and an infant.

All of the individuals mentioned above share one thing in common: they actively disseminate content aligned with the propaganda of the criminal Putin regime.
