At some point during this year’s Congress, you probably noticed two things:
how seamless it all looked…
and how much had to happen behind the scenes for it to stay that way.

That wasn’t accidental.
That was leadership! 💪

The XXth International Congress of Polish Student Societies is next.
A milestone edition. Expectations are not negotiable. 🤓

We’re looking for the next Project Leaders, the people who will become the face of the Congress. Not symbolically. Literally.

You will define how it is perceived, what it stands for and how it delivers.
You will lead a team of ambitious, highly capable people who don’t need direction, they need someone worth following. 🫵

This is not a role you “try out.”
It’s one you grow into, quickly…

❗️It’s decision-making under pressure.
❗️Owning outcomes you can’t fully control.
❗️Setting standards you’ll be expected to meet yourself.
❗️And occasionally answering questions you don’t have the answer to yet-confidently. 😉

But also:
✔️building something that thousands of people will remember,
✔️working with a network that stays long after the Congress ends,
✔️and gaining experience that doesn’t quite fit into one line on a CV (you’ll try anyway).
